We had the delight of eating at Charred on our weekend away for Day on the Green, the degustation menu was outstanding and great service from all the team. As per the photos the food has a real artist flair and substance to it, and great local produce. Also worth trying the locally inspired cocktail
This place would probably be one of the best restaurants in NSW. The variety of flavours and types of dishes in the tasting menu is extensive. The food portions are good and you could tell that the best available ingredients are used to cook your meal.

Top quality restaurant in food and service. Everyone knows what they are doing. The food was great. The wine was local and great. The place is better than a lot of so called 5star places in Sydney. It was a pity that an older amorous couple ruined the feel of the place later in the night.
