They didn't put sugar in my latte after I clearly asked for 3 sugars. Couldn't be stuffed rejoining the queue to get it. They are also pretty slack when it comes to having apple pies ready to go you gotta wait 7 minutes for them
I don't normally give reviews but after countless orders of bad food, slow service and no care i give up.. just got home to find food missing from our stone cold order again.. i know staff are few at the moment but you need to do better.
Food was just slapped in the box, zero care. We were the only ones in the store so there was no excuse. Also pretty sure the 10-1 patty had been sitting for more than an hour.

we ordered thru menuloge and only received half our order and have had the same problem for the last 3 months with missing items out of orders.one time we ordered a nugget meal only got chips and sauce no nuggets no drink.i ring the store and get told nothing they can do about it ring menulogue.

Seems to be a huge lack of management at this place, the past 5-6 times I've come here to grab dinner I've waited for around 15-20 mins, in one case almost half an hour to receive 1 meal and all those times either no other customer except me or 3 or 4 other people were inside waiting. Times waiting
