Not particularly clean restaurant, mistakes on the order, no serviettes and food not made correctly (including forgetting salt on the fries - how?).
On the bright side everyone survived to tell the tale, but that's not a customer service target to aspire to.

I was with my two granddaughters and they were so interested with what was going on behind the counter. We did an auto order but forgot to order table service but the lovely lady behind the counter, that was quite taken with girls, said she would bring them to a table for us. Thank you!

At the end of drinking my flavourless chai, the cup still felt heavy. The whole amount of the chai powder was still sitting at the bottom of the cup. There was absolutely no effort to mix it at all. We were the only ones in drive thru. Really disappointing.
Worst quarter pounder I've ever had. Cold / Dry az and the chips were cold. All together BLOODY AWFUL.
