Food is usually good and fresh however customer service is always average (you can tell no one likes their jobs).
Dining room is always filthy and today I went in 5 minutes after they opened. Every table was dirty, the floor was filthy and there were plenty of staff there standing around
Customer service was absolutely appalling. The woman that served me mumbled and wasn’t able to speak clearly, and was rude mannered. Get home to my chips being 1/2 full and missing a pieces of chicken. I’d recommend that you check your order before leaving. This is not the first time that this woman
52 minutes in drive through with 2 cars in front of me.. no apology from the worker- just handed the bag out the window and closed it. The food is not worth 52 minutes… unless they had to catch the chicken. Avoid avoid avoid.
Good food and staff members. Reasonable waiting time and plenty of parking. Really suggest trying their chips and gravy if you're after something light.
been there a few times and every time it’s rude service and the employees look like they hate their job. going through the drive through as a customer I shouldn’t be given dirty looks and huff and puffed at. The food is fine but they need new employees if everyone is going to be rude!
Food is ok could be better. Workers are so rude and ignorant every time we go there somethings needs to change because a lot of people are sick of it.

Might be a good idea to update your opening hours. I drove over 20 minutes to the store and waited a good couple of minutes in the drive through to be rudely told at 8:55 pm that the store was closed even though I just saw someone order food as I drove in the driveway.
