Ordered through Menulog for a small chocolate shake with other food and received a falf filled small vanilla shake and the rest of the food.
Place was packed when I popped in here. Nevertheless service was quick and well priced as always. Place was kept tidy and self serve panels were all in working order which was great.
Had been a regular customer but off late it’s worst in customer service. Would never go here!! Priority for drive in orders and customers in kiosk made to wait more than 20mins and end up getting wrong items or incorrect proportion. The guy in the counter is holding the soft serves and not handling
Been going here for 15 years regularly. About 20% of the time the screw up the order and miss something. All the other Maccas in the area are awesome. But for some reason they have trouble getting it right.
Was great years ago very slow takeaway service most of the time cars are asked to park on the side and wait for food.
Double check your order before you drive off short quite a few times.
Drive through here Sunday night 9pm was so fricking slow. Cars stuck in drive through and orders going out at snails pace. Train your staff better.
Ordered through Uber Eats last 2 orders and very disappointed. Order # one all items arrived cold, Order # two the fries arrived cold and no straw provided for drink order.
