The Exchange has been great for years. The food options are sensible and healthy. Service is always pleasant too.
Great little Cafe in hidden in amongst the Osborne Park Industrial Park.
Have only tried the coffee while waiting for appointments in other places.

Only been here once so will try them again but coffee was scalding hot, far too hot. Tasted nice if not slightly burnt. May change review when I try them again. Nice looking place and friendly staff. Second time around is with much better coffee. Still great staff.
Great place to get a feed and drink. I don't drink coffee, but my colleagues say the coffee is the best they have had in Perth. I like the breakfast menu, something for everyone. The range of teas is also excellent.
