Fantastic little place. Beautiful food. Great service. Viv, the owner, is just the best. She brings a welcoming warmth that you just love going back for. Definitely recommend popping in for either a well made coffee or a delicious home cooked meal. You won't regret it!!
Some reviewers remarked on the rudeness they experienced.Of course rudeness should not be tolerated (anywhere) ,- and it is bad conduct for anyone who owns a business.
But, 'Extreme Rudeness' by the owner or by staff does not come out of thin air - without something triggering it ! ?
So - Customers and Owner/Staff both check and then be at your best and courteous behaviour to create a pleasant Café !
Beautiful food. Came by as I was in the area visiting my husband for work. Very surprised at how tasty the Vietnamese beef salad was! Lovely owner as well who is very generous (gave my daughter a free hot milk, chips and chicken). Definitely worth a visit!
My colleagues and I come here for the roast beef gravy roll with chips. I think it’s tasty and the price is reasonable for what we get. I haven’t eaten the other meals, but if this is what you feel like then highly recommend.
Under new management, the Perfect Peach is going from strength to strength.
A comfy new leather sofa and funky stools show the start of the visual transformation.
The new owner, Vivian is friendly and making subtle changes to the menu which are very welcomed and yummy.
Her line of muffins and treats are delicious and she promises more changes and specials are on the cards.
The coffee is smooth and hot as It should be.
Service is prompt and the shop has a welcoming air about it. The cost of food is decidedly cheaper than the other nearby cafés and it always freshly made.
The roast beef and gravy rolls are always a big hit at lunch time and the new curry puffs go down a treat.
The hot meals are Asian inspired and sell out quickly.
I highly recommend a visit to the "new" Perfect Peach.
I am very impressed with the new makeover of this place since the change of the new management or owner. The staffs are very well mannered and attentive. The menu has varieties from fish 'n' chips, roast beef to teriyaki chicken, satay beef and fried rice, noodles and including muffins and rolls and sandwiches. I highly recommend the Vietnamese Beef Noodle. If you have allergy with peanuts, best to order it a day before to have it made specially without peanuts.
I love the dining area which I believe can cater up to 30 people which is suitable for large group of up to 8 per table or small group or 2 with or without kids. Friends meeting up for coffee will be surprised to see what this cafe is offering for lunch. The prices range from $8.00 to $12.00 depending on small or large and just a difference of $2.00 at times for extras. Recommend it highly. This is still one of the cheapest places you can find for a good decent meal.
Great place to go.... This is a nice cafe. The food is always consistently good. The service is fantastic - the ladies there go out of their way to be friendly...they remember your name, your order. The Asian Beef salad is particularly nice...but that is just one of the delights. Highly recommend this place.
A real Peach of a Place. I have eaten here several times now, and each time I have been happy.
Lets be honest this is not gourmet dining. It is very good quality and reasonable prices. (unlike another cafe in the area).
For lunch, I quite often have the mixed takeaway, a combiination of either fried rice, egg noodles or rice noodles with a variety of curries, beef in black bean sauce, Lemon chicken etc etc, standard type asian fare. These are always freshly made, served hot and very filling. ($11.50 for a serve I think, but I may be wrong).
The other thing I eat regularly is their fresh chicken and salad rolls. These are the long type roll, stuffed to overflowing and are made fesh each morning. They are fresh and filling. I will continue to dine there because I get good food at a reasonable price.
(They also do things like toasted foccacia, Turkish breads etc. with different fillings).
Such lovely personalised service. They remember their customers and have great tasty food! Still need to try their drinks. :)
First order here after a couple of times pass by - bought hot chocolate medium and raspberry muffin. The hot chocolate wasn't the good one as it was more milk for hot choco medium size. Muffin was ok. 4 stars for their friendliness - the boss was also friendly and calm. I may return to try other menu like their food buffet or bento box as they sell main meals too.
Parking area is small so you need to drive reverse for exit or reverse parking.
Beautiful service. Excellent coffee. I normally ring up and have my order ready in a flash. Highly recommend.

Just grabbed lunch for the first time ever from this place. Firstly, the lady serving was just lovely, very helpful and friendly and secondly, this meal was incredible! Absolutely delicious food that was obviously made with a lot of care and consideration (and given that they wanted feedback, tells me that they are looking to constantly improve, which I don't find very often with these types of places).
Thankyou guys, the keto brocoli, bacon, chicken and seeds bowl was incredible (and I also love that it's in an environmentally friendly package).
Highly recommended to try 😊
My go to stop for coffee in Osborne Park. Extremely friendly staff, and the cutest puppy. Worth a visit :)
Had a burger which was excellent. Their chips also are really good.
