Review Cardinia Club - Pakenham

Cardinia Club is now our local since moving to the area 1.5years ago. Very clean, well presented venue. Park in the carpark around the back and enter through the back entrance, sign in and away you go whether it's catching up with mates or a sit down dinner and drinks this place has it all. Great outdoor area for dining and drinks too. Sports bar and pokies. Hats off to the great friendly staff. We hadn't been for a while. We both had porterhouse steak. The portions were small for the price and there was a bit too much fat on the steaks for both our likings. The chips and onion rings were a bit too crunchy. The salads could of been mixed around with more tomato. Our service was great though. Brushetta was perfect. Could of been one more slice with it. Drinks were great..

Lovely clean bright place to enjoy a meal. Pretty good prices. They must have been busy before our group got there, there were 4 things on the menu that they didn't have. (Each of my choices ) lol

The place has been renovated, which looks great, staff friendly. New table service system, where before you ordered at the bar or kitchen. Unfortunately food was not the greatest, certainly not in value department. The scotch fillets were tiny and thin, though nice but not really worth $48 for the surf n turf. There was a little bit of a bungle up with order with the entrée coming out after the main course, to which the bistro management refunded the entree. Then the salad was forgotten with the steak which we queried about, and was later added so no problem there. All in all 3 stars is about as maximum I can give with more attention to detail needed with better value, and quality in the food would make this a 5 star event.

Great club. The only disappointment we had was taking my 85 year old mum for lunch and she ordered fish and chips , when the meal arrived it was a senior meal with a very tiny piece of fish she was so disappointed, not only did she not ask for a senior meal, she hardly had much on her plate, and not too mention the menu says no senior meals on weekends and it was a sunday. Please tell staff that just because some people are old it dosnt mean they are ordering senior meals

Terrible dont bother going! First we had to check in with 3 different people at 3 different locations of the building. We were sat by our waitress which said its all table service - this sounds like a good start to the weekend. Firstly the waitress was very slow to get back to take our orders, we ordered a round of drinks which took longer than the food to come out, the food took about 30 - 40 mins mind you. The food arrives.... Terrible, bland (hospital food) my friends parm was undercooked, so we sent it back. The rest we just tollerated. After we finished dinner and eventually our drinks (the cocktails are pure sugar) i requested water several times then had to go to the bar and get it anyways. They explained there was a back log of orders however 5 people behind the bar having a chat living their best lives dosnt warrent for that call. We regretfully ordered another round. By now the pub was cleared out yet we waited 10 mins for our drinks again. In line to pay and we heard 2 other tables commenting on the same problems. Wont be back.

Wonderful sparkling venue.Fantastic meals and prices.Manager Tanya is an absolute treasure and host.She is so welcoming and nothing is a bother to assist guests.Thankyou again especially on my birthday, John & Trish, James & Rosemary.

Always a great time at Cardi Club. Service and food are phenomenal. Tanya has that place looking amazing and her staffing unit in order. Well done 👏
