Review Emperor's Delight Chinese Restaurant - Pakenham

We used to live in pakenham and this was our main stop. Food is great. Have moved house and nothing near me can compare. I miss this restaurant so much. Every time we travel through we also make a point of having a meal

As a waitress here for a couple of years I have always loved the food and the friendliness of the chef's and wait staff :) I order food here when I am not working and always bring some home for my family. In the kitchen they use the freshest ingredients and cut the veggies daily. Please come and try, I recommend the 'san chow bow' for an entrée, fresh and tasty :)

Great Value for money and food is amazing. There is nothing flash about this restaurant but the staff are friendly and helpful. Whether its your first time or your a regular you are made to feel right at home. Highly Recommend.

Singapore noodle & special fried rice very nice but the seafood combination might as well be called vegetable combination for $23 all you get is vegetables with very little seafood. Very over priced dish otherwise food was good

I made an order which was stuffed up. I had a vent on Facebook as you do. Their response? Was to post my name, address and credit card details on the Internet! If you value your security, do NOT place an order with this restaurant.

Family Pack Takeaway = yum. Whenever getting Chinese, we get the Family Pack from Emperors. Always happy, always enough food for us 5.

Why is the restaurant empty on a Friday night?. Well what a pleasure it was to rock up unannounced and get a table for ten on a Friday night. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves and thought that was great. During the course of the night it became apparent why. Most of the food was crap. I ordered the Malaysian Randang Curry. It came out in a bowl overflowing with sauce and the meat was rubber and full of fat. Could not eat it at all. Another chicken curry dish was just chicken with a heated jar sauce poured over it. The satay combination was full of gristle and not tasty. We were too scared to order desert and left shortly after. No apology given over the meals. We will not be back.

Food not good at all, salty, floury And chicken fatty.<br/>Ordered a large take away one night and the Singapore noodles were off! And smelt like a bin.. Not fresh at all..

Food was great. Banquet was really good. Fast service and very fair prices. Decor needs updating but that's it. More than meets the eye!

Need new staff. We were sitting in the dining room eating our meal and the waitress starts talking about the rash she has up her arms at the top of her voice, way to wreck a meal!

Not the best, but certainly not the worst! Satay was average, but Honey Chicken was great!
