Very disappointing, the Jacks Chicken burger was RAW!!!! Tried to speak to a manager however no one answered. Please make sure your cooks are meeting the correct cooking times no matter how busy you get, this can cause some serious illness!!

Multiple times now I’ve come here, early in the morning, arvo, doesn’t matter. I’ll be the only one there, I’ll order nothing but a Coffee and still I’m forced to wait 10 minutes in the waiting bay, and don’t get me started on when there’s actually CUSTOMERS here! Got wrong order, the meal they gave me two buns and a piece is lettuce and meat pattie with half a slice of cheese, cold, fries cold and soggy. Phoned and they couldn’t have cared, need to employee people that care about food and focus on the job given, employee a manager who actually speaks English

Got a burger with mold all over it, can't contact them to complain

Been a loyal fan of Hungry Jacks, however the particular order I had for my birthday was very disappointing. The Ultimate Double whopper was dry, bland and tasteless. A bit stingey on the chips. Not sure if order from this establishment again.
