Nice and lively atmosphere. Can be a bit crowded on Saturday night but that's common. Lot of stalls to choose from and a bunch of friendly staff. Definitely suited for all ages.
With five kitchens serving up American, Italian, Mexican, Asian and contemporary Australian, there’s ample choice and even the fussiest diner.
Love cocktails? Of course you do! The Collective's fanciful new selection includes the Au Lait Martini (espresso martini served in a waffle cone) and boozy tea cups aka Portuguese Breakfast with gin, Cointreau and homemade marmalade - out of control!!

Great staff, awesome food!! Ordered the crab and truffle Arancini balls and prawn san Choy bao. Delicious! Highly recommend. We were a party of 8 and everyone enjoyed their food. The only item we didn’t rate was the Mac and cheese.
We chose dishes from all five kitchens, and were not disappointed. There’s a very broad range on each kitchen’s menu, yet the ordering system is smooth and brisk. Justin Hemmes would do well to eat here, and apply this model to The Newport, in Sydney
This restaurant is the best idea! I love how you can chose from multiple cuisines in the one restaurant! The staff are amazing and know exactly what to do.
Firstly, the food that this place is amazing and delicious with ALOT of variety! Awesome for families or groups that can’t decide on where to go for dinner this place serves Mexican, modern Australian, Asian and Italian dishes. The service at this place is also high quality with a waiter constantly filling up your glasses throughout the night. The system at this restaurant is also very smooth with ordering from a iPad tablet and quick service. Would highly recommend this place !!!

The food was awesome, great variety and quick to come out. Service was fantastic. We had a table of 20 & our own waitress who couldn’t do enough for us. It caters for kids & some of these kids had never eaten at this type of place before & they couldn’t get enough. Look forward to our next visit!
Like it, great vibe and ambience... service is ok but not fantastic. The food we had was great and all the dishes around us really looked good too.
The prices are a bit rich for certain dishes. And there is a service fee per person ($3), which we were not told about. It was just on the bill at the end.
The best place to be in Palm Beach, super cool vibes and awesome staff. The whole idea of the multiple restaurants in one is so well planned and having them all in one menu makes ordering super easy not to mention the fact you don’t need to leave your seat the entire time!

Have been here a few times and Really love the concept of this place as you get to choose a variety of cuisines all under the one roof.
The outdoor setting is quite pleasant and has nice ambiance. Good vibe for a Wednesday night.
Staff were friendly and attentive to the right degree. Not too over the top.
All good ordered on each occasion were well presented and flavourful.
The ribs were falling off the bone. The chimichanga was a large serving and the pineapple was a great, refreshing touch. The prawns were my favourite as they were a little different to the usual flavour and had a great texture. The sriracha mayo added a great spicy flavour.
The Mac and Cheese was sufficiently cheese but did not have that crunch on the top layer.
Chicken wings had a pleasant sweet flavour with the sauce. Not very meaty though.
The prawn and pork dumplings were as expected. A vinegar based sauce created a bold flavour.

I have been here a few times now. Concept is great with excellent menu options. Decor fits well with the theme and blends nicely with the relaxed atmosphere. Jalapeno poppers and the pork shoulder were a standout amongst a vast array of close contenders. The main let down for me has been the service however. Amidst the chaos of this open hall style area when it gets busy the service has consistently faltered with missed or late dishes and erratic drinks service. Would be an easy 4.5 - 5 for me after some fine tuning.
Three of us dined here on a Friday night at 6pm where I had made the reservation a week in advance. Not all the tables were filled so I'm unsure as to why I couldn't have made a later 7pm reservation. We ordered the supergreen salad which had great flavours and texture. The jalapeño poppers were awesome. The best however was the chilli Singapore crab. Loved the taste and texture of the sauce and wasn't too fishy as the waitress had warned us. They also serve sparkling water complimentary as well as tap which I enjoyed.
What a great place! My girlfriend and I went here for lunch on a Friday. We made sure we'd booked because we'd heard how hard this place was to get into. Now we know why. The never ending choices of delicious food almost matches the attentive full table service we experienced. I would definitely recommend this place but be sure to book way ahead of time! 😍
Gave them a higher rating because of the concept. Very cool concept having different "food truck like" kitchens offering different cuisines. The space is huge and the decor is very trendy. We waited over 45 minutes for our truffle burger and it had a nicely cooked patty with a beautiful brioche but the wait just wasn't justified. The falafel we ordered was on the drier side and it lacked some spice. We got the guacamole only because I wanted to try the blue corn tortillas, unfortunately we got plain corn tortillas instead but they were still nice and clearly freshly fried. Overall this venue is very cool and trendy and will probably come back for a drink, just unsure about the food at this stage. Might give the other "kitchens" a try.
Incredible new idea in Palm Beach, this is a must-visit for any locals or visitors!
A trio of smart thinkers had the idea of taking menu variety to a whole new level, combining 5 kitchens in the one restaurant area. You can order off any menu, but they'll just bring out the food whenever it's ready (ie. you can't order an entree from one and a main from another and expect to time it!)
The atmosphere in this place is amazing, the music and lighting made for a more casual but vibrant mood, and the young staff are very well-trained and extremely friendly.
Mainly designed for sharing, the cuisines offered include modern Australian, American, Asian, Mexican and Italian. Banquets coming soon.
The highlights? Undoubtedly the Pork Belly nuggets, the Agave & Chipotle Pork Shoulder and the Hoisin Duck Bao. Four of us ate, and were extremely full, for a total of just under $70 - price point is beyond good!

BREAKFAST REVIEW!
We've been waiting to visit since opening day, and we finally had a chance to drop by for breakfast. Decor and vibe are on point! It's a great social spot to bring a group of friends or visitors from out of town as it offers such a unique dining atmosphere. At breakfast there is only one kitchen open, so it wasn't the full collective experience (we'll be back for that).
According to our waitress there is a vegan/vegetarian menu however as we arrived with only 5 minutes to order, we just went off the regular menu. We got the avo on toast and the acai bowl to share. Both meals were tasty however the avocado on toast was a "build your own". You literally get half an avocado and two pieces of toast to spread yourself. I think they were going for hipster, but it just comes off a bit kitschy. Other than that the food all tasted great, and the coffees were delicious. It ended up at $15 each for the two of us which really isn't bad considering what we would usually pay elsewhere.
Looking forward to visiting again for lunch or dinner with a bigger group!

We had heard so many positive experiences from friends and could not wait to go see if the Collective Palm Beach would live up to our expectations. The concept of having a choice of meals from Several outlets went down so well with our group. From the moment we arrived the wait staff were very attentive. Our table was perfect for our group of 7. The restaurant was full good to see. The drinks and food arrived promptly. The Sangria was perfect. We chose Asian Mexican and Greek all our meals were great. We were seated downstairs which suited our party. There is also upstairs. I did go and have a sneaky peek. Verdict a big YES ,we will dine again, we loved the vibe of The Collective.
This place is awesome, great place to get a variety of different styles of food, the service is great and the food it self was soooo good. Would recommend this place to go check out, they have a roof top bar as well which we will be requesting next time we visit.
Italian food was amazing. Liked the gyoza. Chicken wings were not too great. Nice ambience and good customer service.

They work off a digital menu system. You are given 2 mini tablets & order each dish one at a time through that. These orders are sent to the separate relevant restaurants, so do not expect all of the food to come out at the same time, as they operate individually.
Our group ordered from Luckies Diner (American) - Royale with cheese burger, Pig Mac, Cajun seasoned fries and from Umami (Asian) - BBQ pork bao & a Panko prawn bao. The Royale with cheese comes ‘deconstructed’ - we placed the lettuce, tomato & pickle in the burger ourselves. All food was enjoyed.
This place has become one of my favourite places to take the family.. Great service! hip little place that offers so many food options. Family friendly and affordable.
Great concept that means you will have difficulty choosing what to eat - there are too many good choices across the range of 5 different restaurant cuisines.
In some ways this place is like a food hall - except it is not! The seating areas are nicely decorated. There is table service and friendly wait staff who care about your experience. The difference is that you can order from any of the five restaurants kitchens (and of course there is a well stock bar too).
The quality of the food is great and the service is fantastic. They give you a little tablet computer to order with - which is ok but I did not find the experience as intuitive or easy as many digital ordering system I have used. But don't worry there is always someone around to help you get your in order and make sure its what you want.
We had a few beers and shared a Nutella pizza that was amazing! Solid variety of beer and food options. Cool place to catch up and get a feed and have a few beverages.
