Considering this is the most expensive item on the menu was somewhat underwhelmed. Members price would be closer to reasonable. Waited just under an hour for mostly cold items and greasy fried food that should have taken a few minutes. Quality of the actual seafood was questionable. I would suggest

Slightly disappointing as the food was only warm rather than hot…having said that our party enjoyed the fish and chips and burger…the chicken schnitzel was fine but the pepper sauce had a very antiseptic taste…efficient staff and a nice environment

Nice place, staff very helpful. Food was abit slow and came out warm. Disappointing and need to change this for lunchtime. Big menu and choice. I had nachos and this was way too big a serve. Still good place to go though overlooking beach.

We had dinner at the surf club this evening and I could not fault anything. Gorgeous position. Superb staff. The food is disappointingly basic AF... Total hospital food court vibe. The mash is Deb, the croutons are bread crumbs. The kitchen either doesn't have an actual chef, or doesn't have a chef that cares. Still 5 stars based on location and service. Eat beforehand. (◍•

Excellent food, busy place, specials menu is good has a variety. I had the beef stroganoff, but was lacking mushrooms.

The selection of beers 'not my cup of tea' everybody else were easily satisifed. We had fisherman's basket, tuna special and extremely yummy nachos. Overall great. Will definitely return next time we are in town.
