Waited almost an hour for our bacon and eggs, even though there were only a few people dining there. Finally came out and all our meals were cold. Two of us had mushrooms, which were burnt and cold, not to mention that we only got a couple of little pieces each.
Very nice coffee and fattening cake. Great place to relax for a while after shopping. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Ordered take away and when I rocked up was stone cold and was pretty much an assemble your own meal(that was ice cold) they hadn’t even tried making it look decent everything was just randomly chucked into the box and this isn’t the first time definitely never getting food from here again

Looks like in house service is a lower priority and Uber eats orders are first above all else, sad for in store clients. Once Uber orders completed and 40 minutes later received drinks, 45 minutes later food shame it was dry and burnt. We complained and asked for 2 drinks and received only one..so
Maybe the chef was having a bad day...but the lady across from me sent the wrong meal back 3 times, and mine came out with cucumber slices instead of coleslaw...we all waited a long time so I didn't say anything about mine.
Surprisingly good coffee but slow service on the smoothies on Sunday. Maybe because other places nearby are closed?
