Great coffee and its good to see you pay penalty rates. I would suggest for your business apply a 10% increase and be glad to pay the staff what they deserve. The staff can make or break a business. Appreciate them and most will return the sentiment.

We are fortunate to have Wild Rye's Bakery in our beautiful village of Pambula. I visited their 2nd shopfront in the village which just caters for their own roasted coffee. Ideal for a quick stop for just a cup of coffee without the crowds. Best bakery by far in the entire Bega Valley.
