Great food, well cooked and well presented. Loved the laid back atmosphere and old world decor. Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely return regularly
First up i thought the front of house staff were hard working and courteous, which is always a great sign. We went to try the new menu, and it has a lot more 'chefy' options than before, like pistachio crumbed chicken, slow cooked ribs, s&p pork belly salad etc. Anyway we ordered standard pub food, a rump and a linguini marinara. The marinara was crazy chilli hot, i love super hot food but it was way over the top. To their credit they replaced it sans chilli and it was great. The tomato base was deep in flavour. The way they handled our complaint was brilliant, a sign of well trained and thoughtful staff. Would highly recommend a visit as it suits both pub grub and slightly more adventurous diners.
Love this authentic English pub. Decor and dim lighting just adds to the authenticity and is awesome. There always something for the kids to spot and get curious about. Meals are tasty and HUGE! Staff are lovely and respectful. The bar is usually packed, so sometimes takes a while to get a drink. But that happens everywhere.
Good little local pub. Quick and efficient service. The bacon and sage crusted pork rib eye was delicious, the champ was great. Enjoyed the decor as well.

A great local pub with a good British style menu for both Bar and Restaurant,,Top international ales and lagers on Tap, friendly Staff,
Only problem we have found is there is no Seating Plan for the Restaurant online to enable Foodies like us to book a Favourite Table before arriving a day or so earlier at a set time,
Went for dinner, no reservation as the waitress showed us to a table of 4 in which there was only 2 of us, she muttered I just hope we don't get busy.. Bit rude.. Ordered kilpatrick oysters for entree, they weren't cooked barely any bacon, however the Angus schnitzels were fantastic.. So was the Diane sauce.. The waitresses took their time clearing tables but they did get it done.. And at the end they had plenty of tables spare.. So there wasn't any need for that comment.
Dined for the first time at this British Pub last week, and absolutely loved it! Had a beef and Guinness pie, was served by a real life English person, and was offered another wine at my table before mine was even finished. Great atmosphere, great service, great food. It's all I ask
A+ Beef Burger. I've been here a few times for lunch. My recent go-to has been the Beef Burger. The patty is quite large but delicious. What I find most interesting and somewhat surprising is a beetroot paste/mash. Classically, it's combined with lettuce, tomato, and onions. However, the beetroot mash is something a bit different. I find that flavours complement very well and keep on going back to the burger.
I would come back any time for a casual mid-week lunch.
Atmosphere is great. Food Is ok. I reccomend the steak
