Stagger Joe is so yummy, avocado was so fresh. Back kitchen staff did an amazing job, he was so friendly and always smile to each customer that come in. However the latte I ordered were full of froth. Plus, I expected Barista to be friendly, in fact the lady barista here was not friendly at all to me. Seems like she doesn’t want to be there.
Very good service and fantastic food! My kids and I have been here a few times and are consistently impressed with the friendly service , delicious food and awesome coffee. And the cakes.....yum( the vanilla slice is the best I ever had).The kids meals are the perfect size
Definitely recommend the burger.Also this cafe is refined gluten free and dairy free. And they have a great vegan/vegetarian choice of food too.

A small friendly cafe in the middle of Parkdale was open on a Sunday arvo restoring hope for the daggy suburbs where most things are closed at this time.
The coffee is good and the vanilla slice tasted home made and was one of the best I ever had. Also have breakfast and a range of meals. A few deli items also available. Will have to come back for lunch soon.
Pretty happy with this little cafe in parkdale. Staff are friendly, the coffee was quite good and their little homemade cakes are delicious! I tried both the chocolate and raspberry & the orange and cinnamon, and loved them both!
Went here for a Saturday breakfast and was pleasantly surprised with the change of management/ownership from the previous cafe. Service was warm and attentive and the coffee and food came out at a nice pace. I had corn fritters which were delicious and all sorts of extra bits on the plate including salmon, egg and avocado. Hubby had his standard scrambled eggs on toast with bacon, and he was satisfied with the portion and enjoyed the bbq maple syrup on the plate. We'll be back. Thanks guys!
Love going there. Before me and my family sometimes go there because we love it so much. The kids meals are the perfect size. We love the coffees and the hot chocolates.
Have only had the coffee which is lovely. The place and staff are great - slightly off-putting is the extremely friendly waiter who kept interrupting our conversation to make chit chat with us. Just need to read the social cues of your customers a bit better 😊

Great place. I went to this little Cafe today to meet a friend for coffee. And we were greeted by smiles and a super helpful waiter, we sat outside because of the lovely weather, and had our coffee which I must say was one of the best latés i have had,and as a Melbourne coffee girl that's saying something. The coffee only topped by their AMAZING homemade cakes and i think the best waiter ever to serve them.

TLC On A Plate. Tower Burgers and Club Sandwiches - best I've tasted anywhere. Everything fresh and made from scratch. Can sense the love and care that's gone into making each dish. Great service, friendly staff, and food you'll definitely want to return for.

Now Open for Dinner. Out with friends last Saturday night looking for somewhere to have dinner when we walked past Cafeholics. We didnt know it was even open for dinner but the service and food is so great during the day we thought why not....and we weren't disappointed!
The food was amazing! we started with a tapas plate which our lovely waitress encouraged us to get. There was four of us so it was $36 we had mini salmon patties, mini sausage rolls and homemade fish fingers not to mention the dips and bread and there was enough for one per person so no one had to miss out.
Onto mains, my friends had the salmon, prawn pasta and lamb shanks and I tried the special (fish). All tasted delicious and came out in great time.
We managed to save room for dessert and it just kept getting better. With so many cakes to choose from we decided to share a caramel slice and one of their vanilla slices between us...one word YUM!
Food was great, price was outstanding for the value and the service was prompt and friendly...everyone should try!!
Special banana bread is a beautiful blend of nuts and berries with marscapone cream flowing over the moist bread. Delicious

Fantastic service, and delicious food and coffee! I had the Benyholics breakfast dish, a vanilla latte, and an apple berry crumble for dessert. My 6YO had the ham and cheese toastie soldiers, freshly squeezed OJ and the flourless chocolate raspberry cake. We loved it and felt very looked after. Will be returning!

Simply marvellous. Patrick is such a gracious and friendly host that it is a pleasure to have coffee and cake or lunch at his cafe. Infact the coffee and cake are so good that we travel from Murrumbeena to Parkdale to enjoy his hospitality. Without doubt the best vanilla slices bar none.

Top shelf vanilla slice and wine. Found proof of my theory that "find the best vanilla slice and you find the best café" when I had lunch today in Cafeholics on Como Parade West in the café capital of the south, Parkdale. Everything on the menu (except the quality bread rolls) is made in-house to the highest, home-made standards, as I found my very moorish vanilla slice to be. My glass of merlot, served by knowledgeable sommelier Jason to accompany my potato salad, is proof, too, that if you select top shelf wines you don’t need a whole cellar, only a shelf, to offer a choice to satisfy even the most discerning and fastidious wine drinker.
Parkdale's Gem. Sick of long queues and inconsistent coffee from the overly popular café up the road, I wandered down the quieter end of Como parade West to try my luck. Cafeholics caught my eyes with their window display oozing out beautiful food and cakes. To my pleasant surprise, their coffee turned out to be one of the better ones. Coffee was so good I decided to bring my family back for breakfast last Sunday. The café was packed yet the wait for food was reasonable, staff was friendly and provided prompt service. We loved the food and my wife enjoyed a fresh juice call Sunday hangover. We will be their regular now.

Today I tried their sausage roll for lunch. It was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend people visit for lunch as they have a variety of meals to choose from which can appeal to different cultures.

Friendly Service, Price is Reasonable.
Lacks consistency in food and doesn't have a great selection of choice.
I have been there quite a few times and enjoy it, but when a chicken Cesar salad (my favorite dish) comes out with everything you expect (except the chicken was tiny diced pieces of frozen chicken you'd by in packets from the supermarket and the egg was cooked through and sliced up, but the presentation... Was as if a mum had mixed it all up in a bowl for a child to eat) you'd be a little bewilderd. Yet, to my surprise ... Everything was cold... Stone cold... Yuck.
We did have another time where we ordered wedges... However the waitress simply went to IGA and purchased a bag... We paid more for the wedges than the price of the whole bag at IGA and our portion was 1/3 of that...
Perhaps stock control and Daily Prep would eliminate that embarrassment
Despite the hiccups it's a friendly place to visit for a coffee or juice (alcohol coming soon) but at present only the food isn't as glamorous as the pictures, here's hoping things improve
