Had the Big brekky for $14 and also the salmon eggs Benedict with hot choc and mocha. Delicious food, came pretty quick on a busy Sunday morning. Quirky old school style diner, comfy tables and chairs. Staff friendly and attentive. Outside seating as well. Overall great food at good prices 👍.

I was in Parkes for the Elvis Festival. The Paragon did a great job of handling the huge crowd. The coffee was lovely.
