Review Vietastic - Parramatta

Taste is good! Soup is hot and delicious. Lots of ingredients, not just noodles. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and tidy. Price is reasonable. Vietastic!

Always great. Whenever I'm in Parramatta I make a point of grabbing a pho here. Everything else on the menu I've had has been great as well. Quick, clean, delicious, great service and best of all, cheap!

I gave Vietastic a go today because my workmate has been hyping it up. I ordered a Pho Dac Biet just to sample a dish that is crucial for Vietnamese restaurants in Australia. It arrived in a relatively small bowl for $14, the broth is rich and has a depth of flavour that requires no augmentation with sauces. The highlights were the tripe that was nice and crunchy and their very thinly sliced rings of onion. The letdown for me was the quantity of meat in general, the beef ball was quartered, the belly meat was also too lean (with no attached fat). The bean sprouts/basil/chillies that came along with the dish were quite compact as well, and the chillies are not hot at all so they ended up tasting like raw capsicum. The overall impression for me is that the dish is competent but have a lot of room to improve for the price they are charging. One thing that a lot of Vietnamese places forget to do is try your chillies before serving them. If they are not hot, they being a different flavour to the palette and is not as pleasant to consume.

Best Asian inspired food in Parramatta. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Food is always prepared fresh to order. Great value for superior food.

Hole in a wall, local spot in Parramatta. Good vietnamese dishes, very fresh and fairly authentic. Definitely a great spot for a mid week bite if you feel like vietnamese food.

Service was great and attentive. Food was lovely to eat although some might be a tad more expensive than it looks! Location is quite tucked away in the back alleys.

Complete with a blinding lime green and fluoro pink interior decor, Vietastic is a spacious casual eatery offering your standard Vietnamese fare of pho, rice dishes and rice paper rolls. It’s self-service tea from a thermos kind of establishment and is fine for a quick meal, although I do wonder if the constant “dinging” coming from the kitchen was a microwave...

just your average yummy vietnamese food! food was average but portions were big and filling :) in the heart of the busy cbd , they handle busy times well

A nice little Vietnamese restaurant tucked away from the busy city that is Parramatta. Have been here a couple of times and always had a lovely meal to eat. I love their prawn rice paper rolls. Fresh, tasty and healthy! I've also had their fried rice and it's out of this world. Big serving and super filling. The restaurant is also super clean and staff are friendly. However, payment is cash only so don't forget to withdraw before you eat!

Simple yet satisfying meals! <br/>What makes them different from other Vietnamese restaurants, is the peanut sauce! It Goes well with everything and is super addictive. <br/>The restaurant itself is quaint, and service is attentive. This place is a must- try, for days when you want a simple and casual meal.

Food here is to die for, don't get fooled, it looks all casual but the food is tops! Their peanut sauces and salad bowls tho!!! Yum. Prices are decent :)

Vietastic Vietnamese cuisine is situated at shop 26 55 to 57 George Street Parramatta. It is right above the Parramall Shopping centre sign. You can dine in or take away. They use the freshest of ingredients and you can indulge yourself with a tasty Laksa amongst other tasty meals.

Very very highly recommend, solo fresh and lovingly made. Rustic and small but that makes the ambiance even better. <br/>A must to try

Where did my previous review go?. OH im so sure ive reviewed this place as ive been twice for some unknown reason and been disappointed twice. ITs food is just to up to Cabramatta standards and i felt portion sizes was a little smaller than it should be. Not for me, wont be back
