Burgers and fries are amazing. Friendly staff and quick service too. I love the Mr Truffle burger with added fries. But slightly over priced for burger and fries but it is certainly more tasty then a Maccas and KFC burger!
Will recommend and come back.

If you know burgers you know the BC. The perfect blend of saltiness, sweet, soft, and crunchy.
I went overboard and added fried chicken and some sriracha BBQ aioli. Everything was terrific even after traveling for 20 minutes. All the proteins were done to perfection, the maple bacon jam is so good and the poutine is so moreish.
The service as an industry standard in Australia is great. I had the bl chicken burger. It was a great portion of a burger but the only thing that went against it was the chilli jam. Get that off and this is one of the better burgers you'll have around. Cheers.
I went to BL many years ago and mistakenly ordered fish and chips. I came back to redeem myself, deciding to opt for the Flame Canada in order to get a taste of the OG Blame Canada whilst wanting a good kick. The burger was all I could have hoped for, extremely saucy and meaty, whilst having the right amount of spiciness from the habanero sauce and jalapenos. The milk buns soaked all the juices and also were infused with chilli flakes, making the experience a battle from start to end. I also ordered the weekly loaded fries, which was liberally topped with chimichurri, onions, chorizo etc., a fun meal to share with the mates. The casual joint itself was small, but well lit and accommodating, a good spot to go to before heading to the movies. Personally, the prices weren't excessive and are pretty fair for the quality. I look forward to revisiting soon to get a taste of the other entries within the menu.
Really nice place with really good food. We had a burger and the loaded fries which was bacon, peri peri mayo and shredded cheese on top. Their loaded fries changes over time. Personally I felt that there wasn’t much places to sit. I did go during lunchtime so that’s understandable since the place is small
Great burgers and fries - pricey but delicious. I had the classic cheesburger which was divine, if a little bit too small but have yet to try the famous blame canada before deciding the final rating. The shoestring fries are perfectly seasoned, flavoursome and more-ish

The burgers are nice and are nice for a quick takeaway. I ordered their original burger and it was amazing. The staff are really nice and would come again.
Ordered the Blame Canada combo. The fries were some of the best I’ve had in a while. The beef patty was cooked well - super juicy. The bacon was a bit tough but the strong maple flavour came through quite nicely. Overall, a very good burger, but I could’ve done without the layer of poutine. Looking forward to trying their other burgers - and having more of their fries. 👍🏻

Hands down this is the best burger joint in Parramatta. I've tried the other famous ones but the Blame Canada is absolutely amazing.
The bun is moist and supple, while the patty is beautifully medium rare topped with some maple glazed crispy bacon and some chips....I'm already salivating writing about it.
It isn't exactly cheap but you sign-up for their loyalty program and get this Burger for $10 which is amazing. They've introduced some new ones as well, the Flame Canada and Mr.T-Ruffle (I think)... they are great too. It's my favourite burger joint in Sydney. I wish they start doing some nice crispy Onion rings too it would be perfect. It's Burgalicious
Bar Luca never dissppoints.. Hubby had the famous Blame Canada and i had the fiery version of it (Flame canada). Flavours were spot on. Fries were ever so crispy. Only suggestion wud be to make the Chicken popcorn in smaller pieces cuz even though the coating was flavourful it didnt come through quite well..

If you want a monster burger, complete with bursts of occasional neon colour and oozing with cheese or sauce or (usually) both, don’t pass up on Bar Luca. Gotta add the fries and a drink! Decadent satisfaction :)
It’s an every now and again kinda joint tho, most people find it too heavy to be a regular spot.

I love their trendy decor especially the bold and colourful wall.
Dishes I’ve tried: Flame Canada, Mr T-ruffle, Mac n Cheese and Fries.
Everything was delicious and faultless really.
I loved both burgers. The Flame Canada was spicy and flavoursome. I appreciated the perfect level of spiciness (for me). Sometimes when the dish is very spicy it ruins the whole taste. Not the case for this Flame Canada.
Mr T-ruffle was awesome, especially for truffle lovers like me. It’s good that the truffle was just enough for me to enjoy without going overboard.
The fries, wow! Thin and crispy with great flavours. You know sometimes at burger places the fries are just so-so? Not here! I would happily just come by for the fries.
Last but not least was the Mac n Cheese. Without going too cheesy, their Mac n Cheese was quite unique. Definitely not the taste that I expected. It’s yum tho, don’t get me wrong :)
Overall, everything that I tried was perfect (for me)!
Super quality burgers and fries. That is all. Totally hit the spot for my burger and fries cravings and was the perfect place to eat at after not having any burgers/fries in aaaages!!! I got the BL chicken with fries and it was absolute perfectionnnnnn!! Burger was constructed so beautifully and the contents worked together soooo well. Chicken was juicy and tender and wasn’t dry at all. The fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly and the serving size is just right. You definitely get what you pay for here and I totally recommend it!! Am definitely coming back to try other things on the menu. Left sooo satisfied and happy ❤️❤️

It places itself in my top 10 burgers on my list. Not too big but so juicy that the patty juices comes out. Topped out with fries which i personally like to eat with Sriracha sauce, people should try it out. Its the best.

Went on a Tuesday night which was probably good since it wasn't too busy. My friend who had already been before raved about the blame canada burger so I had to get it and let me tell you... I was not disappointed!
BLAME CANADA: Hands down the best burger I’ve ever tried. Beef, cheese, bacon and poutine...need I say more?! For $16, it is a very filling and messy meal (the restaurant kindly provides wet wipes) but totally worth every cent.
It was a great first experience, the staff were all so friendly and the food was delicious. Although it did take a while for our food to be done, we had a table with working arcade games built into it. It was a great way to pass the time! I recommend the "Blame Canada" burger! Will definitely come here again!
Deep fried mozzarella patty is definitely recommended, the burgers were nicely cooked however beef patties were a bit too thick and bland half way through the burger. Loaded fries were also delicious and worth the money!!

Opted for the Classic Cheese burger and shared some loaded fries with a mate. I've been on the hunt for the best burger in Sydney and I'll tell you what, this is right up there in the top 5. Burger was full of taste and the fries were sensational. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try a burger that will blow your mind!
One of Sydney’s most notorious burger bars has opened a store within Parramatta’s CBD, another notch on the suburb’s foodie bedpost. The vibe and fitout of BL Parra is as if you’ve stepped into an RnB Fridays sesh, ready to party with the burger gods. BL Parra has largely the same menu as its cousin in the city, so we decided to stick with our favourites.
Whenever someone asks me what my favourite burger is... I don't even hesitate before claiming Bar Luca's BLAME CANADA as my number 1! It might seem like such a cliche'd answer because ... is this not EVERYONE'S favourite burger?! But I still proudly LOVE it. No burger tops it (yet)! Recently I got a double blame canada and added a mozarella patty to it and it was INCREDIBLE. I mean, honestly, could not fault it! And their loaded fries.... DELICIOUS!! Would recommend bar luca to anyone in a HEARTBEAT as an absolute must try. You will not be dissapointed!

I'm absolutely thrilled BL burgers opened up in Parramatta ! Now i can enjoy one of my favorite burgers closer to home! Since store opening, i've visited twice and i don't plan on stopping. The burgers here are just like the ones i've enjoyed in circular quay but obviously this is more 'take away style'. The service is quick and the burgs are certified juicy.
Hubby chose the classic cheese, i the weekly special 'flame canada'. Both yummy. Classic was simple & tasty. The flame Canada - definitely hot !
At least as good as the city outlet. Try their famous Blame Canada burger. Good stuff! Want to try their mozzarella pattie! Oh you read that right!!!! Veg burger good too.

Blame Canada burger- For some reason my patty was well done, not pinkish and moist like burger project down the road. Maple Bacon was hard. It was quite a challenge to eat as all the sauce and cheese curds keeps falling out. The flaws aside, the burger came in a milk bun and whatever was in that sauce...made it one damn tasty burger.
I preferred the flavours of this over burger project, but burger project's burgers looks more finessed.
Will go back.

Went back a few weeks ago to try the FLAME CANADA, a spicy version of the BLAME CANADA. It contained BL beef, melt cheese, sriracha maple bacon, habanero poutine, pickles jalapeno, chili maple aioli, chili milk bun. This time the patty was perfect. This was easily the best and tastiest burger I've ever eaten.
Today I went to try THE JERRY, which contains:
Pretzel Crumbed Chicken
Sex Pastrami
Big Salad
Cereal Milk Mayo
No Soup For You
BL milk bun
Messy to eat, it was bigger than the Blame Canada, the Pretzel crumbed chicken was making me thirsty. It was also little dry. Needed a bottle of coke to wash it down. Couldn't taste anything that made it stood out, too much chicken which made up 80% of the burger. Too much happening. Overall ok, nothing to wow about, bring back Flame Canada.
Located outside of the Westfield, on the streets of Parra. BL Burgers westside is attracting more and more people. We waited about 20mins for our takeaway burgers. There is only 4 tables inside, so we had to sit in the park. BL Burgers have 6 burgers to offer, a special burger of the week and “snacks” but a shitload of HACKS including lettuce buns, deep fried mozzarella pattie, peanut butter! I can see people having mega fun with these hacks and i will be hacking the shit out of my burger next time.
Parramatta in 2017 has finally arrived! The dynamic duo Sarah and James Robbins has opened another one of their BL Burgers shops in the heart of. Parramatta. Everyone out West was ecstatic to hear about the news. Based on the. queues during lunchtime since they opened made that quite evident. You'll find Bar Luca's offshoot shop
If you've been to Bar Luca in Circular Quay, you're gonna love the fact that this place is closer to home if you're out in the West like me. I always order the Blame Canada burger - includes streaky bacon, beef patty (a little pink) and poutine (gravy, cheese, fries). I also ordered the seasoned fries with aioli sauce - makes for the perfect side hack.
Tastes exactly the same as the OG in the city. If you're impatient during your lunch hour, don't go here. But trust me it's worth the wait if you want a decent burger.
They also really need a bigger location cause man, is it crowded!
