Review Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar - Parramatta

First time ordering to deliver. Food came 1hr after I ordered it, barely warm. Delivery driver almost took off with part of my order. Cheesy Garlic Bread and Chocolate Hazelnut Scrolls were burnt. Peri Peri Chicken and Pepperoni Pizzas were barely warm and hard, like it was ready 30mins prior to delivery. Chicken was dry and 1.5 pepperonis per slice - not sure if that’s normal.

Ordered takeaway pizzas and it came very late. The delivery driver was nice, but pizzas were subpar. Don’t use their website as it will automatically choose the closest crust - use a food delivery app so you can choose a different Crust that is within the vicinity

Their quality has gone down drastically. A ceasar salad I ordered had wilted, yellowed and nearly rotten leaves. Even the pizzas that were suppose to have baked potatoe slices actually have french fries/potatoe chips. Never buying again.

We ordered a veg supreme pizza and baked chips and the pizza ad chs was cold ad pizza is like rubber when you eat and when I contact store on first instance the store person speak rude and say it is not Cold and I mentioned take your pizza back and eat and than you reliaze how it is. He said he will send new pizza in an hour and after that he called me he is not sending anything and starts shouting it is not Cold at all. Worst experience ever not recommend anyone to get any pizza from them and specially person from store don't know how to speak with customer.

I ordered a ‘peri-peri beef’ add prosciutto and it was absolutely dreadful. I used to always think of crust as a ‘premium’ pizza restaurant but it’s really gone downhill. I took the pizza away and when I opened the box I thought she’d given me the wrong pizza. I went back and she assured me that it was correct… I asked where the ‘house cooked ground beef’ was and she said it was on the pizza and said these lumps of paste were the beef!! What?! It does not even resemble beef in any way shape or form! I honestly thought she was messing with me.. surely this falls under false or deceptive marketing because this is not ground beef. She then said the prosciutto was under the cheese…. Nice way to hide how little prosciutto they put on even when you pay for extra. It was shocking. Never again.

Something is not right with this Crust. I'm new to the area and usually enjoy the quality ingredients and freshness of Crust from the other side of Sydney. At Parramatta, I have ordered here a handful of times, and each time getting disappointed. The ingredients feel and look old, and topping quantities are sparse. The dough has been reliability rubbery. The service has been awful. It's run by children who seem to avoid human interaction unless absolutely necessary. Don't waste your time here until it's under new management. I'm now happily traveling the extra 10mins to Castle Hill Crust for the quality and taste I am used to

We ordered pizza on 22/03/2022 at about 8:45pm. We called them before picking up and the staff told us it will be ready in 10-15 minutes. When we reached there, we saw that staff arguing and yelling with another customer who was already there. When i asked the staff for my pizza, she told me that it is not ready and she is going to make it now. I didn't say anything and told her to take her time. After, she handed over me pizza, i walked out of the shop and when i ate it, the crust was way too thick from middle and thin (normal) from the edges. The toppings on the pizza were undercooked. I had a bite and it was tasteless , i couldn't really feel any taste. I usually love their pizza and grab it from them like at least twice in a week, but this time, not only the staff seemed to be careless and unkind, but also not dedicated towards working. Dissatisfied this time.

Crust Pizza - North Parramatta has continued to disappoint time and time again. My partner went to Crust Pizza last night. Ordered the Peri Peri Pizza and is now ill. This is the third time we have gone there and gotten sick. Wont be going back again as it looks like they don't handle their food appropriately. Be aware as ordering a pizza from here is a gamble, you could get sick. I've had Crust pizza from different locations and they seem fine, its specifically this one. If you have a pizza craving, I suggest Dominos (yes its cheaper and most fast food like) but you can be guaranteed that you won't get sick. Their pizza turn over is a lot quicker.

Crust is yet another pizza place in Western Sydney, but they definitely stand out from the rest. Nice pizzas (nothing unique, but well made and tasty) and a nice vegetarian selection. Definitely worth checking out.

I have a friend who used to deliver pizzas for a rival brand, and he mentioned to me long back that Crust does not make good pizzas. I should have heeded his advice, though. I dropped in here a few days back, and my experience was pretty disappointing.

It is a small place with less than comfortable seating. Those short, flat, weird chairs are anything but comfortable. But since this is primarily a pizza delivery place, I guess they didn't pay much attention to the seating.

I went for a Florentine Ricotta pizza, mainly because the name sounded fancy enough for me to try it. The actual pizza was disappointing, though. It had a very weird flavour, and actually tasted bitter! Can you believe it? I ended up leaving the last 2 slices unconsumed, because I just couldn't eat it anymore.

Not to mention, their pizzas are kinda overpriced as well.

My opinion may not be very valid because I'm a vegetarian, and most of their menu items are not for me. But if you are a vegetarian too, I wouldn't recommend Crust. You have better, less expensive options out there.

Food - 1.5/5
Ambiance - 2.5/5
Service - 4/5
Value for money - 2/5
Overall - 2.5/5

This is our go to pizza place. We mostly do take aways but their selection of pizzas are very much exotic. My personal favourites are vietnamese chicken, Mexican carne and spicy seafood. Their beef bologna is recommendable as well which comes with cherry tomatoes. It tasted really good while i had the flu.

Good pizzas! The mediterrenean lamb, morrocan lamb and mexican are all quite good. And they have plenty of variety.
The Chicago deep-dish, though, is nowhere close to original deep-dish pizza from Chicago, in fact its not even a deep dish pizza. Its just regular pizza that is folded along the sides to look like a deep-dish. The original Chicago deep-dish will have the topping/filling inside it, and baked to perfection.
Wont mind going there again for the other pizzas.

The crap pizza bar. I Had To pay $21.00 For Potato chicken Club Only To see that sauce was Coming Out Of Tube Like Tooth paste, Tomato Sauce From a 6 Dollar Aged Can & Piri Piri Taste like you Eating Some peper Sauce. Why Did They Have To change All The Sauces & Toppings!!! Maybe To Rip Off The Customers & Make More money Quick. I used To Buy Al Least 10 Pizza A Week From crust diffrent locations Now Zip.
If IHave To Pay $21.00 & Get A Load Of Crap , which Is Baked On A cheap Oven Like pizza hut Rather Than a Woodfired Oven, Then I Pay $6.00 & Get A Pizza From pizza hut, which taste Much Better.
Frank

Am i the only one that doesnt like the pizza here?. Been to another branch, my experience was the same, this has slightly better ambience though as it wasn't next to a petrol station.

I find it pricey for what you get, the pizza's are thin crust, though I do like their variety. Took 10-15 minutes to have the pizza ready, the people at the counter were friendly. For myself, you can find better pizza elsewhere.
