Really well seasoned dishes and generously servings and poportions
Food is delicious. Service is excellent. Great value for money too. The best Japanese in Parramatta. Highly recommend to check this out! You won’t be disappointed:)

I've been to this hidden gem in Parra twice and I'm eager to return for more!
The restaurant itself is quite small and together with outdoor seating can accommodate about 20 people. The food on the other hand, is quite generous in both quality and variety. I ordered a chirashidon and a special katsu bento on two occasions and the sashimi and sushi were very fresh and had good a split in variety (salmon, tuna, kingfish, among others) unlike a lot of other sushi places that tend to give you mostly salmon. The chicken katsu in my bento was tender, juicy and well seasoned. Lastly, both of my dishes were carefully and beautifully presented.
The only thing I thought needed to be pointed was the service time, especially if you order dishes with my components like I did. While the staff was friendly and attentive, each time my dish took around 20 minutes to arrive at the table. This is likely to due to a lack of staff as I only observed 2 in total (1 male chef + 1 female floor staff).
Overall, the food is delicious, the prices ares fair and I will definitely return to try their other dishes.
Great value and tasty food, nice staff, quick service. Noticed that they were a business award finalist which is well-deserved. Would highly recommend digging into their lunch and dinner bento sets!

Absolutely love this place! The staff are super friendly and helpful and the food is top notch. Highly recommend the grilled salmon and prawn special roll.
Helpful and friendly staff at Alpha Sushi. Today I ordered the Chicken Katsu Bento, which was small, however, quite tasteful. Miso soup was pleasant as well.
A new gem and win for the Western suburbs! Finally more Japanese cuisine that gets one excited enough to leave the house and travel 2 suburbs across.
It is a clean little place that serve up some delicious sushi at pleasant prices. The staff is so polite and accommodating.
Highly recommend the alpha sashimi platter for $30 it is incredible value and massive slices that taste very fresh.

✔️Was so impressed with this little sushi joint on parra eat street! Came here on a Monday night just when they were closing their kitchen but they were so welcoming and more than kind enough to let us sit in and eat in. Between 2 people we ordered the alpha sushi & sushimi platter which was more than enough. We watched them prepare everything, the platter came out so nicely presented and it all tasted fresh - even at 9pm! Thanks guys for your great service and quality of food.
❌ If you don’t like strong tasting sushi or sushimi (like me) this is probably not for you. Don’t get me wrong I 100% recommend to sushi lovers but I am generally not a fan. In saying that, regardless of whether I like sushi or not , they deserve a great rating based on how good their sushi is.

We come here a few times a month and it never fails to impress us. We always get the salmon lover platter and a special bento. The sashimi is always fresh and you can tell a lot of effort has been put in to make it look and taste delicious. Definitely our go to Japanese restaurant !
For the price you are paying you are getting quality food. It comes out fresh and quickly. We ordered a $5 sushi roll thinking it would be tiny, however, when it came out we were all surprised with how much they give you. It’s all really tasty and I now prefer going here than sushi train as you get much more and pay less than you would at sushi train. Highly highly recommend !!!
Really nice sushi in Parramatta. Kingfish and tuna sashimi were so fresh and sliced so thin. The Chilli Tori is a delicious roll. Would definitely come again xx

Came in to this sushi place after it was recommended by another friend. It is conveniently located off of church street, and is less than a 10 minute walk from the Westfield shopping centre. The restaurant had a casual and relaxed atmosphere with the cool breeze blowing in through the open door that my friend and I sat in front of. After settling down we waited another 15-20minutes before we were forced to flag down the attention of the waitress who wasn't friendly and seemed almost rude when she was taking our orders. Despite there being only two other customers in the restaurant, who came after us but were served before us, which I didn't feel like was acceptable. The food arrived soon after however not all of our dishes could fit onto the one table so we had to place some of them on the table next ours. We ordered the snow mountain special roll, grilled salmon aburi, seaweed salad, takoyaki and chicken katsu and avocado roll. I would return to this place for take away as I am frequently in parramatta however I don't think all of the items on the menu adequately reflect their prices.
Really friendly service here as soon as you walk in the door. Their lunch time bento boxes offer really good value and their small sashimi plate is not only beautifully presented but really delicious. If you're in the area I definitely recommend giving them a visit.
Me and my friend needed a really quite bite before going to a show at nearby theatre. I thought the food came out pretty timely and I did enjoy the presentation. Just look at the pictures. The food was okay and the wasabi was nice and spicy . I thought the interior was cute and staff was friendly. I'd like to check out what else is on offer next time.
A new sushi place opened up in Parramatta. Hurray. I did not have time but quickly got the chicken karaage bento box. It was well cooked and well accompanied with plentiful rice, vegies, and sauce. Friendly staff and very nice interior ( adore the small miniature figurines).

AMAZING! My partner and I eat sushi atleast once a week and this place has been on our list to try and it was a knock out. The special bento box for $22 is a must try and the lion king roll is something you can't just go with out. Service was amazing, lovely people working there who are friendly and quick to serve and get your food out. Without a doubt, new favourite go to place in parramatta !!
Great little spot for Japanese. Not only do they do sushi as quick take away but they do eat in including bento boxes which I love. The perfect combination for a wet cold night in Parramatta
