Review Iconic Cafe - Parramatta

My go-to cafe in Westfield Parramatta. Has an amazing coffee selection and has never disappointed. I would highly recommend this place if you're nearby

My first time here at Iconic Cafe. I had Eggs Poached with sourdough bread. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Thank you Iconic!

Waited a while to be served, food was alright- pancakes were the best but don’t recommend the açai bowl. Poor customer service, barley any tissues were supplied, but ambience was very clean.

THE BEST COFFEE YOU WILL EVER HAVE IN ALL OF SYDNEY! I have been here a few times and consistently received the best coffee. The temperature, the taste, the froth, the creaminess. Does not matter what coffee i order it tastes amazing every time. Keep it up guys - love your work!

My favourite Cafe in Westfield. Food is fresh and the menu offers a wide variety of dishes. The coffee here is amazing, ask for oat milk! The staff are super friendly and attentive.

Food was great, came fast. Just didnt like when you enter fancy cafe, pay money for it (1 entree, 1 brekkie, 2 drinks=50$) and there is nobody to serve you, had to get up like 3 times when I wanted smthng. Need more staff :-)

Pretty good food, and the chocolate milkshake that I had was outstanding. Service was good. A bit pricey for a cafe though, and portions are smaller than some of their competitors in Westfield Parramatta.

Decent cafe in parra, the ambiance was nice considering it was in the middle of the shopping centre, we did get a table on the above section so that might be why. Food was decent. Will return to try other dishes.

Everything from the food to the service and atmosphere stinks. What’s even stinkier is the middle aged Asian mans attitude and his lacking customer service skills.
Give him the sack!

Good food, (I had the nachos and enjoyed every bite), I thought the prices were reasonable and the service was quick and attentive. I look forward to eating there again.

Rude staff, poor management and average food. I will definitely not be back to this place after the owner was so rude to his customers. If I could, I’d leave zero stars!

I visited this pleasant cafe in Westfield Paramatta and the experience was delightful. I was greeted politely and orders were taken promptly. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and eggs icon. The mocha was good the eggs icon was served to expectation. The yolk was runny as I cut into it and the whole dish was flavoursome. I will definitely go back there for my brunches!

Very very rude one staff member with me today coz my son was eating sugar spread on the table. I used to be the regular customer coz I loved the coffee here and I always gave good feedback. But not anymore and will never visit this cafe again.Last month as well one other staff member was rude with me and delayed taking order from me.Highly disappointed.Overall Unpleasant staff.

Cute and cosy busy cafe located in the heart of the Westfield Parramatta at level 4. The vibe of the cafe is great, the service was prompt and the coffee was really good and well done. The menu has a variety of choices to choose from, so it's a must to visit if you're in the Westfield!

Have visited this cafe a couple of times.
They’re located just in front of David Jones.
We had lunch there during our first visit. Dishes tasted ok but not remarkable. Pricewise, it’s a little bit on the expensive side.
The second time around I had a take away coffee. Coffee is pretty good.

Good place to hang if you're local and want a decent feed. Had the avo smash and it came with a generous amount of avocado, feta and tomato. I also added poached eggs as well. The egg yolk was runny as soon as I cut through it so win, win. Had a soy cap here. Good but not something mindblowing if you're a coffee snob.

Service is kinda slow but it's the perfect place to unwind if you need to catch a break after shopping! Or just want some brunch food on the ASAP.

I had the chicken salad and it was really good! The chicken was cooked well and tasty. I would prefer more chicken with my salad, but it was surprisingly good. My family enjoyed their meals as well.

This is what I got for $13 today. What a terrible disappointment. Tiny portion and overpriced. When I went to express my disappointment to the manager he shrugged his shoulders and said "That's how it is. Being from the north shore you should know all about small portions." What disgusting behaviour and rudeness. Change of both the manager and portions very much needed here!

Pretty decent little cafe in the middle of Westfield. I can't speak for the main dishes, however I was impressed with the coffee (Coco Mocha Nut with added shot of coffee, and Piccolo Latte). Brewed well and very aromatic, lovely flavour. Also tried the Blackberry Cheesecake which I was happy wasn't too sweet, and very nice presentation. My friend tried the Baked Cheesecake and stated it was also quite good. Will definitely be back for the coffee.

Like most of the other reviews on here, the food preety much is average .My partner ordered the big breakfast. He was rather dissapointed. It wasn't big at all. Rather it was too small for him. The sausage was the tiniest sausage, that you would at least think they would include two.

I had the iconic chilli dog. It was ok, but I expected a bigger sausage. I got the same tiny sausage on my chilli dog that my partner had on his big breakfast. You would expect a hot dog to have at least a decent sized sausage.Harry de wheels is 20 times better.

We expected soo much more than what we got.

The coffee on the other hand was very nice. However, a regular coffee is soo small. The cup looks like a baby cup. No more than 200 mls. I notice this with a lot of cafes , their coffees are soo small. My partner had to order another large coffee.

Would not be back , apart from maybe getting take away coffee.

I've been coming here for years and the coffee is consistently really good! I find the food fresh, well prepared and always good! Never any issues this is a trusted cafe and the only one I'll go to in Westfield parra for coffee breakfast or lunch. Kid friendly and always nice staff.

Unfortunately it was a disappointing experience for me. The food was pretty average and since it's right in the middle of the shopping centre, it's not as relaxing. However the waitress was extremely friendly and accomodating.

Conveniently located inside Westfield Parramatta, Iconic Cafe offers the usual brekkies. We had their big breakfast and flat white. There is nothing really special about it. Just your usual ready to cook brekkie items put together on a plate bordering close to boringville. Coffee was decent though.

Toss your appetite into your typical cafe food located in the heart of the shopping centre. Toast with dishes such as haloumi sandwich and pumpkin salad which I enjoyed but weren’t particularly stand outs as were the other dishes (below).

Located near David Jones. Its a loely spot to grab a coffee and unwind after spending lots of cash shopping. Food is ok but i highly recommend the pavlova.

Good coffee shyte food, not much more to say. Will not go there again for food. Its smack bang in the middle of level 3 or 4 of westfields parramatta so it attracted the classy people of the area, in their adidas pants, tight t shirts and bump bags if you're lucky. But thinisnt the cafes fault.

This is your typical middle of a Westfield shopping centre kind of cafe, came here for a quick bite before the boyfriend went to work. The staff have these ipads which they wear across their shoulder which is quite nifty for taking orders. Can't say much for the food - had a simple bacon and egg roll which I asked the relish to come out on the side ... but the relish was forgotten (had to ask again).

Delicious bruschetta// absolutely loved their bruschetta, was so tasty and fresh. Their caesar salad was also nice but for my taste there could have been more dressing. (They also made fresh croutons which were so yummy dipped into the runny egg yolk)

I come to this cafe whenever I'm in Westfield Parramatta and my experience with the service and food have almost always been positive. I love Iconic's beef burger and their buttermilk pancakes but the prices are pretty expensive for a shopping centre cafe. I can forgive them for the steep price they charge for the burger and pancakes because they are pretty good.

There have been times I have had negative experiences which make me question why I keep coming back to this cafe. The service 80% of the time is quick and friendly but there have been times that I've had to wait 10 minutes for a menu. During one visit, it took 30 minutes for my nachos to come out even though the cafe was not that busy that particular day. I also recently got to try their iced chocolate and I will avoid this in the future. For $5.50, I expect more than a bottle Dare or Moove poured into a glass lined with chocolate syrup topped with a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream. I say Dare or Moove because this was what the iced chocolate tasted so that was very disappointing.

Amazing food and service. It has become an instinct to walk towards this well lit cafe in front of David Jones for a casual lunch or brunch. Highly recommended. The picture linked is a vegetarian wrap, which evidently display their photogenic presentation

Food and coffee is nice if your in the centre. Service is consistently appalling. If you have no option go there but something in your order will be forgotten or your order all together. Every. Single. Time.

Whilst I can only comment on the coffee, and the service, I can comfortably say it is up there with some of the best shopping centre coffee shops I have tried. The owner was really friendly, and a good barista.

I wish there was a negative rating option. Staff n service sucks.
very disorganized. kept waiting for my order which was just a coffee.
Had to order extra chips n cake (takeaway) to cover the EFTPOS limit of 15$ which is OK.

Got the chips but no cake. (i didnt know that it might take such a long time to cut a piece of cake).
The waitress comes n i say that i didnt get my cake.

Heres the worst part...
She comes back with the cake BUT POINTS AT ONE OF MY SHOPPING BAGS AND ASKS "IS THAT CAKE IN THERE"???
WTF. F*&king ______ . I am not going there again. NEVER NEVER NEVER.

Food is at top notch! Friendly staff. Good coffee. I really believe that this place would do better outside the shopping centre. A little expensive for a cafe in a shopping centre.

A great place to touch base for a much needed coffee break. This time I had a late lunch, eggplant wrap. Normally I don't get the vegetarian option because I find it too oily but was quite lean and healthy here. They also serve all day breakfast... Bonus!

Lack of customer service. When a regular customer orders a beef burger with a simple request as no beetroot.
Then the burgers comes out with beetroot. Now you would think that the chef will make a new plate but no she decided that what she needs to do is take the beetroot put and send it back !! Then when I call the manager to explain that she should have prepared a new plate ! His reaction was well you should have told us you have allergy!!! Really what if she added barbecue sauce instead of tomato ? Will she wipe the sauce out and add the correct one !!!!! Disgusting and when the manager decide dot deal with it his comments was I am not listening ! Really may be he needs to leave how to be a good manager and make sure that his team is professional but if he is the example !!!

Iconic homemade soup... Served with two crunchy pieces of toasted and buttered bread, this pumpkin soup is definitely a winner. You can request to have butter on the side if you want to butter the bread yourself. The soup came with a few big dollops of sour cream which when mixed well into the soup, enhances the flavour of the pumpkin. The soup is thick, creamy and full of flavour.

What a little gem!. The chicken and mushroom crepe is divine. Staff we friendly despite the cafe being bustling. I think I found my new chill out spot in Parramatta!

Have been here a few times and have always had a good experience. The creative coffees are a delight and the hollandaise sauce is amazing !
Great break to have in the middle of the day

You have to pay extra for vegemite!!!! 2 pieces of over priced dough dough with 1 vegemite. When asked for another told that would be extra. Food came 10min before drinks. Then tea comes without milk, was scared to ask for some in case it was another cost. Staff were hurried even though not super busy. Iced latte was watery and weak. Tea was to strong due to the extended wait for milk. Unhappy camper.
