Review Nando's Westfield Parramatta - Parramatta

When I saw the Nando’s at Westfield I just had to try out. Nando’s has been favorite place of ours when we were living in Singapore. The portions here are so big. Menu is different from Singapore Nando’s menu and it’s understandable as this is a different county. But my husband was sad as they don’t have the Portuguese chicken liver curry in here. I love the food. Salad was really good and loved the colors. Paella also good. Service is really great.

I hope first experience is not the last experience. Visited the place yesterday almost in the closing time, so didn’t get much thing (not complaining about that). The burger 🍔 which I ate, didn’t find it delicious/tasty. Trust me I had plenty of burgers from other places and this one is not so good. But as I said in the beginning, will try some other dishes later.

Located right alongside the bus terminal and across the road from the railway station. This store needs a good deep clean. Friendly staff. Fast service. Dine-in and takeout available. There’s a wash basin located at this store. The sanitiser is located next to the wash basin. Open till 10pm every night, but on the night I visited there was a sign saying they’re closing at 8pm.

Nando’s has always been my “go to” shop in kogarah unfortunately the said shop is permanently closed. another favourite shop is that of auburn which also had the same fate as that of kogarah. i went to paramatta recently and saw the huge signage saying Nando’s.. alas! I can finally have my Nando’s after a year of abstinence due to shop closure secondary to covid restrictions and issues. well, the food was served hot. i wasn’t that excited when I started eating.. not sure what was missing in my meal. I had the usual chicken and spicy rice. nevertheless, I’m still happy that this shop is still open. would love to try other menu on my next visit.

I love that they could make the vegetarian Supremo. Lot of vegetation options. The halloumi pita pocket was delicious

Where should I start from . I went to Nandos Paramatta with a lot of expectation. Personally started going to Nandos in South Africa since 2001. Have been to several other Nandos in the middle East etc . We took the dine in option . We were told that we have to scan a QR code to place the order . All good till now . Just before we placed the order maybe 10-15 mins since we arrived we were told that they don't have full chicken and we have order something else . I just laughed at the poor staff delivering the message . How bad can a restaurant be managed when the main items are not available. It was during the Easter break of 2022 so not sure if someone forgot to order whole chicken for the restaurant that focuses on grilled chicken. As we had travelled 10 Kms to get there decided to order something to get the Nandos fix instead of finding another joint . The wrap was leaning on the side of slapped together as the photo shows the cheese did not even melt . I didn't want to take a photo as it was not anything good to shout about but decided that maybe whoever owns the place needs to have a hard look on what goes around . Don't think I need another Nandos fix anytime soon as I will be buying the sause from Coles and making the same . The only points are for the staff who delivered the message good or bad and the location.

I ordered a Great pretender classic burger through Deliveroo (1st order#4780). And they sent me the burger which was with a chicken patty. I contacted Deliveroo and they asked me whether I would need a refund or another replacement to which I said I want a replacement (2nd order#3138) And guess what they sent me another burger with a chicken patty. Well they don't even know their menu. I tried to contact them via their phone number listed on google but couldn't even get in touch as I had to be in the queue for a long time.

This service from her was the best we had to experience her name is Finalle . The way she is talking to customers and doing her amazing service it was super extraordinary. We applause her for her great excellent service. We would not hesitate if she is crown a status as a leading member in any industry.

Service is very slow. Ordered a stock standard 1/2 chicken and chips. Took 20mins to arrive even thought the dining area wasn’t full. I do believe the bottle neck is with all the food delivery orders. Skin on the chicken was black and inedible. I wasn’t game enough to wait another 20 mins for them to cook it again.

Nandos is one of the only places that serve consistent, piping hot, fresh chicken the way you like it. Staff are generally friendly, and the environment is usually clean. Love how there’s always sauces, napkins and plates for the customers to grab at will.

Sometimes I crave some portugese chicken, and sometimes I am not able to go any further than Nando's. I've had some really mixed experiences with Nandos unforuntately, and my most recent visit wasn't anything out of the ordinary. We ordered the Supremo burger and supremo wrap. The wrap to me was really very underwhelming with what seemed like mostly bread rather than filling. The burger was definitely more substantial! Chicken was well flavoured, though a little on the dry side. I love the hot sauce here, which pairs wonderfully with the hot chips - these however aren't anything special. I was pleasantly surprised with really friendly service, that went through the customer line nice and quickly. The food reached us fairly quick too.

No doubt when it comes to their chicken! I like their mild sauce, just a little kick of spice. Their peri-peri chips is my favorite side along with the coleslaw.<br/><br/>Though I’m not a fan of the wraps, maybe I’ll try again next time - hope to get some improvements :)

Nandos chicken has always been great, their spice levels very good, I love the espetada with some cold coleslaw! This particular nandos the service could be improved a bit more with register staff being a little more friendly. Also the condiment bar is not always stocked up even during dinner time. It is a little bit of a busy nandos being so close to the buses and train station.

I love Nandos!<br/>It's definitely one of my favourite places to eat and it's veggo friendly also. <br/>The service here has always been really good ass n the lady behind the counter is always super lovely. <br/>Our food came out relatively quickly so no complaints from us. <br/>The price isn't bad either considering the food is quite filling. <br/>Located just outside of Westfield and super close to the station, it's super easy to get to and is great for a quick lunch time meal!<br/>Definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Nando's is a very well renowned name in specific preparation chicken with a Portuguesa touch, and it doesn't disappoint at that when I was there, though a wee bit improvement would be welcome including in spaciousness, ambience n service

I went here around 4pm and there weren't many people which was good.<br/><br/>Food: I ordered the classic wrap which was OK. It wasn't bad nor amazing and was like a MacDonalds wrap. There was no cheese on my wrap even though I had ordered cheese which was around $1.30 extra. To my disappointment there was also A HAIR in my wrap.<br/><br/>Service: I had to wait 13 mins for my wrap.<br/>

I tried the veggie paella and caramelized onions. It was delicious. The service was prompt and courteous. The place seems busy all the time.<br/>A little on the price side but worth it.<br/>

Chicken heaven with an African twist called the peri-peri sauce. You have the option to adjust the chili from mild to may god help you. You can choose mango and lime if your kids can't handle the heat and just grab one of the bottled peri-peri sauce in the condiments section to dip or lather your juicy chicken with. We had the mixed platter which includes regular chicken cuts, strips and chicken ribs. The chips were good and the rice was on fire!

I have a love-hate kind of relationship with Nando's! <br/><br/>This one in Parramatta is just like any other Nando's - albeit slightly more crowded. I was here late on a Friday night. Went for a Veggie Pita, Peri Peri chips and a drink. They were all really good, although a bit on expensive side.<br/><br/>The service was good, as was the ambiance. A nice place, no doubt about it. <br/><br/>Food - 4.5/5<br/>Ambiance - 4.5/5<br/>Service - 4/5<br/>Value for money - 3/5<br/>Overall - 4/5

Their food is great and so are the staff. Sometimes hey can be kind've impatient with the customers but other than that it's good. Was the first Nandos I ever went to. Went with a friend loved it a lot but wish they could be a bit nicer towards their customers

My impression: I have been here many times, and at first I have to say the food was good, but over the years it has got bad, really bad :(<br/><br/>The bread is dry, the meat is very sinewy and they seem stingy on the sides, chips and sauces compared to before.<br/><br/>The customer service is not great, and the overall presentation of the place is messy and not maintained.<br/><br/>I don't eat here anymore and I wouldn't commend them. Maybe try another Nando's? (although it seems most of their standards have dropped based on the different ones I have been to)

Absolutely not the best franchise out there, stuffed up my order to begin with and then went onto explain to me what goes in the pita. (ps. I have the same pita at all nandos outlets)<br/>No common courtesy to rectify the mistake instead went overboard and poured extra sauce without my consent.<br/>Some spanish speaking guy at the till was rude and almost borderline dickhead.<br/>Return factor - NIL<br/>AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I come here once or twice a month on weekends and I've always had quick, friendly service and the food always comes out pretty quick and tastes good. I must admit, I've been a Nando's fan for a long time so maybe I'm a bit biased. I can't say I've had a bad experience with this branch, eat-in or takeaway.

Nando's at Parramatta provides a comforting atmosphere for an economical cost. Good lighting, along with family-friendly table settings allow for a comfortable and positive atmosphere. Along with decent customer service and friendly staff, Nando's is a go to place for all your chicken needs. In terms of food we had a meal of 2 chickens and 2 large chips. One chicken was spicy the other had lemon and herb. Both chickens were cooked to perfection and warm during service. Chips were seasoned well and also cooked on par. Overall, good atmosphere, friendly service and well-cooked food; 3/5

Run by Indian nationals. This restaurant is managed by a plain clothed wearing Indian married couple. They have employed Indian-only staff with one South American looking chashier. The kitchen moves very slowly with one man cooking at leisurely pace. The managers/owners aforementioned slowly slug around the place doing very little. I waited 30 minutes + for takeaway, as did many others. New management is needed as the outfit here is damaging the brand<br/><br/><br/>-----21 Feb, 2015-----<br/><br/>Slow to put out food.. Extremely slow, way too slow.

The worst nandos ever. Dirty and very rude.
