Lack of communication and staff not knowing their cafe resulted in me paying $12 for one thin bit of toast with a small amount of avocado on it. I don't know how but the coffee is always great here. The staff are fun to talk to. Will have to try food next time round.

This is one of my favourite cafes in Parramatta when im shopping. Lush is very close by and it's a good place to sit whilst waiting for the kids to shop. Coffee is great and the staff are always friendly.

Absolutely terrible service. Rude to kids. My little was utterly disappointed the way babycinno was served in a paper piccollo take away cup even after specifying to serve like the way its done. Don't expect a cafe like service. Never again! Avoid bad start of the day.
