Review Deepslice Pizza - Parramatta

Good pizza and reasonably priced. Ordered a couple of times via uber eats and would order again. Margarita, vegetarian, chicken & feta, and garlic bread. Chicken & feta was better on our first order though, second order had too much basil but had less flavour.

We ordered two pizzas with regular crusts and with extra cheese, one of them was Tandoori Chicken and the other one was with Sea food. We were confused about the second choice but this guy helped us to select and suggested us to go for Seafood pizza. Initually I wasn't sure about that one but it was really good. Actually we liked both of them and enjoyed every bit of it!! We took a bundled meal of two pizzas, garlic bread with soft drink. The garlic bread was really awesome...

Absolutely no care taken to detail or quality, the chicken I got was literally raw. Look at this and tell me you'd eat here.

I really am not a person that gives reviews but after coming to this place I was shocked, it is pizza in value with great toppings/ taste, we’ve been fooled eating dominos and Pizza Hut, deepslice is a must try place. The team makes you feel like it’s home and to be comfortable and take a seat and eat. That’s why they say when the managers good to the team members the food and environment would be amazing.

Place looks very small so it doesn't seem very welcoming, but prices are good for the regular range of pizzas. Am yet to try the gourmet ones, but overall was satisfied with the quality of the pizzas I had. It seems like it's trying to compete with the fast food pizza places, and it does so quite well.

Would not come back here. Not sure who is writing that place is cleaned. Look at the photo that is after wiping the table. All the pieces uncooked dough are just laying on the table-welcome all the flies! Nothing is covered. Pizza is very dry and rather poor on cheese or another stuffing. For $6 I can get more cheese in Domino's pizza. Not the place that I'd like to come back.

On my lunch break, I went there for the second and last time. Dirty area, lots of dough just laying out in the open, overall- pretty run down. The prices are inconsistent. there are deals that are cheaper in the menu than they are advertised on the wall. I paid for extra chicken because, unless you do, you just get like 10 small chicken cubes of meat (no joke). When I got it, there was the usual sprinkling of chicken, but i was already at the office so I'm not going to walk back to get another 10 tiny cubes of meat. what a joke. places like this are why people go to fast food joints. fast food franchises are reliable to a point.

Avoid this place like the plague! God awful food and horrible customer service. I thought Deep Slice Parramatta had potential. It looked promising and the pizza smelt magnificent. I specified I wanted an additional topping on my pizza (Italian Sausage) and to my disappointment I was served with no Italian Sausage but Olives instead. The principal in this case is that I paid an additional fee for the sausage. I then informed the bloke who served me that this was not the topping I ordered and although he appeared disinterested and extremely passionless, he had the audacity to tell me that I did order Olives. I told him that I carefully explained my order upon arrival and I had 2 witnesses who confirmed that they heard me order the sausage. After 3 attempts at explaining my order, the worker (with reluctance and attitude) hastily went under way to make a new pizza from scratch which was incredibly under satisfying. It was burnt, bland and would not surprise me if the chef slipped in nasty surprises off the floor due to myself returning his failed attempt at food. I implore you not to spend money at this petty shop as the staff are unappreciative, presumptuous and give you the vibe that you are invading their space. Seriously in this case, I should have gone to the Pizza Hutt up the road. If I could award this place zero stars, I would. Boycott this impudent excuse for a Pizza shop.
