This is what happens when you order online. 2 slices out of each pizza have absolutely no toppings, just the base and you get Hollendaise drizzle on half the pizza. Would not order again.
Excellent customer service. Mr Vijay from Parramatta outlet is really awesome. I would like to give 10 stars for his service. I ordered hot and spicy veg pizza and cheesy garlic bread. Both tasted great. A small suggestion, crest can be soft and better.

Do not order from this place. The worst service ever! Ordered Pizza through Menulog never received it. When contacted was told that the pizza is still in the oven and we have no delivery driver, never bothered to contact the customer and let them know that they don’t have a driver and they are not
the worst service and the rudest staff. better off ordering dominos. Wonder how pizza hut still has a franchise with such people.
Can't get the order right!!! I have had requested pizza with thin crust base and twice they give me pan base once, then medium base. The toppings are non-existant and service overall is very poor
The pizza quality here is really good. But... I find the ordering app is not talking to their system. Found having to always wait when I arrive even when the app says the food is ready. Its always a 5 minute wait with this place....
Ordered online.. and got uncooked pizzas and even not had correct seasonings as asked.
Called the store to get them replace or do something he just denied and advised might do in future orders.
Simply pathetic. Didn't had this kind of experience in other outlets. The person was simply rude.
