Review Kfc - Parramatta

Yesterday visited this place Ordered The 3 Piece Box , extra 2 of the $3 chicken, and $5 something chicken nuggets. Took them less than 10 mins to prepare so I wonder whether this affected the food quality. -Chicken they had were not crispy at all. The chicken tasted no juicy for sure. I have been eating KFC for so long but this time I was disappointed! -Their chicken nuggets: 1 sauce. I think McDonald so far has the best chicken nuggets and they also provide us with different sauce. The taste was much better at Macca -Staff were not friendly at all -Potato chips are not crispy! Will try another option next time to see there are any different.

It has good tasting food but most KFC's do. The service is pretty fast but there are always heaps of people In line and not well managed lines. The workers are good at telling you when you're order is ready although sometimes the manager is needed for things.

Today I learnt the meaning of fast food. I just finished ordering at the counter and went to grab a straw. Boom. They called my number and gave me my Zinger box. I saw them filling up my box as I was walking to the straw dispenser so it wasn’t a stale order either. Fastest I’ve ever been served.

If there was an option for zero Star. I would have rated zero Star. Very Bad Service. I ordered two burger, Drinks and Chips and i paid for it as well. However i got one burger, drink and chips only. one of their staff told me they have received order for only one burger and he asked to me show my bank account to check how much i have been charged . I showed my bank statement to him and he told me that i will get a refund. Its been more than 2 weeks i haven't received it. Its not about one Burger, staff were so rude they were not ready to listen me. Very bad service. Incident was of 26 June 2022 Sunday around 4-5 pm.

Ordinary KFC experience. The wait was a bit longer than expected and compared to others but I got fresh hot chips so it wasn't so bad. Good service overall.

Tiny sources, no verges in the zinger burger, unbelievable business doing this for save money, ignore food quality. I can accept it raise the price. would it be only just two breads for later on, and it still call burger and showing the original picture on the screen to fool customer? Lol

I ordered and paid on the self serve, waited 20 mins, then was told payment was unsuccessful and that i had to order again. Few days later, I've checked my banking app and the money was deducted and paid to Parramatta kfc.

Rude service - missing a potato and gravy in my order. I went back to the counter immediately and was told it was in the bag, 8 in the bag but there were only 7. This guy (I think was the restaurant manager or supervisor) threw a potato and gravy on the counter as if i was lying or unreasonably begging for food. I wasn’t expecting an apology or anything but be a gentleman. I asked politely and paid for my food, YOU made the mistake and made it look like it was my problem by dumping the container on the counter. Never going back to this particular KFC. There is always another fried chicken or KFC outlet.

This particular KFC is so dissappointing,the one on level 4. Not only have I been servered the wrong order on two occasions but they also stand and fight instead of acknowledging and fixing the problem. What a freaking attitude! On one occasion I literally stood there forever after being served with my frozen drink just waiting for the straw to be handed over after multiple requests.

Love KFC but always have issues at this particular one. First time i got a zinger box & my chicken in my zinger was cold. Second time my chicken piece was cold & the customer in front of me had the same issue so they gave us a new one. Not good!

Ok so KFC has introduced their new black burger and hoping to be an indulgent treat decided to give it a go. The zinger black burger came inside a shiny black box and the grand reveal was a disappointment. The burger was small compared to the normal zinger burger even though it came with the usual sides of a zinger box. If you like the combination of a smoky bun, maple syrup, crispy chicken and sesame seeds then it's for you. For me the smoked bun and maple syrup wasnt a mouth watering duo. It overpowered the spiciness of the chicken and the sesame seeds on the bun. It might have tasted with the bacon that's included but i omitted the bacon.
