Review Rashays Parramatta - Parramatta

I am a big fan of buffalo chicken wings so when i saw they had a deal for 10 wings for 10 dollars i was immediately in. I also ordered a side of chips and a can of coke coming to a total of around $16. The wings were ok, a little dry and the buffalo sauce could use a bit more flavor and heat, especially if you dip them in the accompanied blue cheese sauce, then they lost all their heat. The side of chips was very generous.

had a reservation at 6 30pm. Got there, and they said our system is down and we can't take you in, while there were already guests dining. Was left starving for the next 2 hours.

I have tried Rashays dine-in restaurants before and have always been highly satisfied by the food and service. However, I ordered the fish&chips with drink from Little Rashays and was very disappointed at the serving size. For $15.90 I expected more than what I was given and the container definitely could have fit a larger serving, or even some salad. It’s understandable that the Little Rashays menu is very limited compared to the restaurants, but I still expected more. 3 stars as they were quite quick to prepare my meal.

Ordered the Chicken Schnitzel and Chips for $13. Portions are a bit small but the food tastes great! Staff were nice as well, but seemed a bit distracted at times

Very bad customer service and everytime I go there my order it's not correct and missing a steak when I only do take away I can't go back because I'm busy at work and ruined my lunch for the day

Amazing food. Vegetarian pizza was good. Friendly staff. Guy named Parth was very helpful. He made sure, my order was served properly and in timely manner. So impressed by his customer service skills. Thanks

Tried the steak and chips combo for the first time. It was ok. I asked for medium and it came out well done. However the steak was a thin 180g piece so I can understand how it would be easy to overcook. Chips were crispy and it came with one sauce.

Order 2 kids meal and took long time to make. Very disppointed

Amazing and delicious food experienced to start the day in Rashays Mount Druitt branch with my friends.  We have an excellent customer service of crew named Ahmad and even the Owner/Manager Alladin was very friendly to the customers with good of sense of humor and help us taking group photos.  The chicken schnitzel with creamy mushroom sauce was so delicious with rockets and crunchy chips. My friend finish the steak and cleared her plate. We enjoyed cup of flat white coffee and the price is so friendly. Ahmad is a highly recommended and well trained crew that you will encounter in Rashays Mount Druitt. Thank you Rashays for making our day brighter- Sarah, Riza, Norah, Gedd and Rhia.

this place is the go to when you’re looking for something healthy and delicious at a food court. i highly recommend!!<br/><br/>service 4.9/5 <br/>the female staffs here are extremely friendly and attentive. they always greet you with a happy smile and takes your order right away. i’ve been here so many times so the ladies just puts in my order which is super convenient for me. however the male staffs aren’t as friendly, they don’t really smile but that’s fine. <br/><br/>taste - 5/5<br/>the food here is always fresh. i always order the rashays chicken with chips and it has never disappointed me. the chicken is always nicely grilled, juicy, tender and hot. the fries are always nicely and evenly salted. absolutely delicious!!! <br/><br/>look and feel - 5/5 <br/>this place always looks clean and tidy. i’ve never seen it dirty or messy (i go here at least 3-4 times a week) which is very satisfying to see. every staff knows what they’re doing and are extremely attentive towards their customers. i always feel very satisfied and happy as a customer every time i eat here and the staffs warming smile just makes it even better. i absolutely highly recommend this place. you’ll be very lucky to be served by one of the girls that i love. she is super friendly and nice. always a 10/10 customer service from her!

Good sauce, bad steak<br/><br/>I had the 10 dollars steak and it's one of the worst steak that I've eaten so far. First of all the steak was dry, it was disgusting, it was tough and it was not seasoned. Second of all the steak was overcooked. it was really chewy and rubbery. Third of all, it was very small, it feels like the steak has been cut to a patty size. The only good thing that I will say is that the sauce saved the meat, that mushrooms sauce was really good, it makes the food taste better.

Pretty good offering for food court food. This outlet is located on the level 5 food court inside Westfield Parramatta. The meals are variations of the same basic items so good for them to manage inventory. It’s pretty much grilled chicken, chicken schnitzel or steak and they’re combined with chips, salad or pasta. Not the biggest of menus but they offer pretty decent value. Service was quick and quite friendly. <br/><br/>Had the Schnitzel Penne Pasta. Nice crunchy piece of chicken schnitzel on top of penne pasta with creamy mushroom sauce. The schnitzel was topped with same sauce. Added a coke for an extra $2.<br/><br/>Overall enjoyed the meal and would try again.

Rashays had a promotion where everything on the menu was $10. So why not! <br/>Ordered a chicken schnitzel with penne pasta and a grilled chicken with chips. Considering the price the food was decent.
