Review Poke Bros. - Parramatta

I have to start with, poke bowls are a bit of an in trend at the moment and I love them. Haven't really had a bad one yet and loved the bowls here. The Korean chicken with Kim Chee was delicious. We made a mistake in not reading that salmon could be raw sashimi or cooked and they did raw by default, when we asked for it to be cooked they obliged very friendly and, I have to say, on what came back, the salmon was cooked to perfection. Very friendly staff, good drink selection. Atmosphere could be spruced up a little and music to universal taste rather than what was probably their own young taste, but not too bad. They could do with a beef selection as well. Thoroughly recommend, looking forward to trying again. Oh and how often do you get the service run after you 100m down the path to give you a free mochi dessert for not telling us about the salmon, which really was not an inconvenience.

One of the best Poke Bowl in Sydney! A great variety of options! Staff are friendly and helpful! The shop is clean and spacious. Definitely will come back for more pole bowls! Highly recommended!

Cute lil place, we frequent here often and these pics were taken on different days. Food is consistently yummy and service friendly. Only complaint can be that the aircon is not strong some days. There was one day that the salmon was cooked (due to fridge issues they said) which was an easy fix and we ordered the tuna. Other than that we love coming here for a quick bite. So glad its in parramatta now.

The poke bowls tasted great. The ingredients were fresh, servings are generous and overall they’re delicious and I’ll be back again for more. The one issue though is I found the staff to be quite lacking in professional service. The team are young and they are polite but during my time and in my observations, they can work on their professionalism towards customers. Even in just their mannerisms and tone of voice. When I was next up to order I wasn’t greeted, the girl just gave me a look and a nod. I think service can be improved but apart from that the food itself is really good for a decent price I’d say.

A Poke Bowl is a delicious Hawaian Salad Bowl. Glad to have this in the west. Their salads are high in protein and nutrient and full of flavour, without the guilt. So glad i found this place in the west of Sydney.

Best poke bowls I've tried in Sydney! Fresh ingredients, great servings and tasted delicious. I loved being able to the create or customise my own bowl with a solid range of protein, toppings, condiments and sauces! Staff were quite friendly and helpful too.

Good lunch option. You can create your own bowl from a set of ingredients or can choose from options from the menu. You can always pick your desired dressing. Service was quick,however staff are not very attentive and seem to be a bit people shy. They had some issues with ingedients that day and staff is clearly not trained in customer service when something like this happened so there were some unhappy people in the shop who were just dismissed with "your order was cancelled" without any further detail or apology. Maybe something to improve
