Review Domino's Pizza - Parramatta

Worst customer service ever. Not only did I receive burnt pizzas, It was a mission to even obtain a refund. I was given a number to message to show the photos and I was told ill receive a refund. Waited 3 weeks and contacted the store, no answer. Contacted the number given to me to send photos and received a call being told off for contacting that number. Disgusting customer service, the staff member yelled at me on the phone and when I came in store for the refund. The look he gave me was like he really hated women. The store was filthy and greasy and this man's finger nails had that much dirt it was horrible.

Which color do you see the most on the pizza? If it's White then you should be happy that your eyes are fine the problem is in pizza that's served. The toppings are the things of past. Inflation is taking toll on your pizza through this pizzeria (supposedly). All that you get are flour and cheese for anything you order. So consistency is something that you can definitely expect and get.

Honestly the worst Domino's let alone restaurant I've ever ordered from and the bar for quality isn't high. Their pizzas are dry, burnt and consistently don't contain toppings or cheese. Delivery drivers leave orders in the wrong spot and don't update the pizza tracker to let you know the pizza has been dropped off so you are left there wondering "Hmm, wonder when my pizza will arrive" to come out, explore your residence only to find some cold, moist pizza boxes left in the depths of the unknown. If I could give zero stars I would. And if the Domino's website would let me order from the Domino's in North Parramatta I would, but it doesn't, it defaults to this hell hole.

My humble request to who ever is reading this, never ever make an order to this store. The delivery guy gave me 2 rings and even before I could pick up, he cut the call and just left the premises. I was trying to call him back and he would not pick up the call. I was waiting on the street for half hour but the delivery guy would never call back or come. But the most interesting reply that I got from the Gentleman in the store was that it was my fault for not having picked up the call that was given by the delivery person. Moreover since my Apartment premises had more than one entry gate, the delivery guy wouldn't know where to deliver and would leave. Wasn't that the coolest reply.

I just order a pizza lucky it came on time but that was the worst pizza ever. The flour was everywhere on each pizza and when I call them one of the staff told me that it is okay to eat the raw flour with the pizza

After calling 4x without an answer, we would have accepted a quick "We are too busy, please give us 30 mins" anything along the lines of that we would know to either wait or find another pizza shop, can't be that hard. I can appreciate the fact that you may have been busy but would it hurt to get a proper Hello and goodbye? The staff that called through tells me she got hung up on and wasn't sure if they took the order or not so she had to call back. Just a poor experience overall, I now can see why the word in the grape vine is that as a whole, Dominos has dropped the ball. What a shame :(

My son wanted a dominos pizza so I got him the small pepperoni pizza. There were only a few pepperonis but for $3, can't really complain. It's one of the few branches where you can actually eat in

Appalling customer service and lack of professionalism from this franchisee. Twice we had received the incorrect pizza and were promised a free one. We were assured that we would receive a free pizza with an ensuing order. When I called to order three pizzas ( including the supposed free one), I was treated repugnantly. I was unceremoniously told there was no record and the veracity of my request was put into question. The staff need customer service training and despite being a loyal customer with a history of orders, I was ushered off the phone with zero recourse. No business management skills and no customer relations. Will never order from here again. Abominable behaviour.

This would have to be one of the worst Dominos I have been. There shop was really dirty and the staff were rude. When I came in they ignored me for a good 5 minutes and continued their casual conversation before asking what I wanted. Then when I received the pizza it was about half the size of the box. Absolutely terrible.

Me and my friends decided to stay in on a Saturday night and what’s better than pizza and chill?<br/><br/>The food was delivered in a reasonable timeframe and everything was hot and fresh. Pizza toppings was generous unlike some of the other Dominos franchise I have ordered from. The only issue was that the chocolate lava cake spilt upon upon delivery. <br/><br/>You can’t go wrong with Dominos pizza. I highly recommend if you’re looking for something quick and easy to eat in the comfort of your own home!

Being a vegetarian it is hard to find good pizzas <br/>But domimoz serves delicious vegetarian pizzas! <br/><br/>It is my go to place when craving pizzas <br/><br/>I order <br/>Spicy veg trio, Vegorama and garlic cheese pizza everytime! <br/>All the pizzas taste wow with thin crust base. <br/><br/>The Staff is friendly and the service is quick! <br/>The most important thing is it is definitely value for money and can find coupons online and get the best deals! <br/><br/>Must try for vegetarians!

Amazing pizzas from their value range for $5!! Where else are you going to find a whole pizza for $5?? I have eaten here twice and never been disappointed. The dough is so fresh and toppings are basic but satisfying. The garlic bread and 2 cans of drink is $5 also which is such a bargain thank you Dominos Parramatta - Church St for the yummy pizzas! 😋

I ordered two philly cheese strak pizza from this store, the exact same thing that I ordered from Auburn store 2 weeks ago. Loved it the first time, however this time what the Parramatta store gave me was nothing better than dog-food. I have never eaten a more stale pizza in my life. None if the toppings were fresh. Never ordering a pizza from this store again.
