Review Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar Patterson Lakes - Patterson Lakes

Awful experience- pizza was at best lukewarm and I only live 7 minutes away. No staff wearing masks and the man who served me had torn gloves on. He didn’t remove them to use the eftpos machine and immediately went back to preparing food after he served me. The pizza looks nothing like the image on the website - 2 half cherry tomatoes per slice and some shriveled bits of something green. Texture of cardboard. Disgusting - never again.

Ordered a rocket and prosciutto pizza and received the wrong pizza. Called up to get the correct pizza delivered and had to ask multiple times to get another one sent. Not one apology on their behalf. We also oredered carbonara pasta which had no flavour.

Although we continue getting pizza here because we like it, the service level has dropped again lately. Last delivery was ordered at 5:45pm and didn't arrive until 7:30pm. Tonight we picked up and they gave us an incorrect pizza so we had to go return it and wait again. They are always apologetic but it's worth noting that 40% of our orders are either late or wrong.

If I could give a zero i would. Ordered via diliveroo only in edithvale. Took over an hour arrived cold and requested no tomato but guess what...it had tomato. $45 for 2 "large" pizzas..horrible. the grease at the bottom of the box just shows how long it was sitting for.

Having flexibility to make your own pizza is always a very good idea. Loved the hospitality and advise given by the chef. It was a lovely tasting pizza.

Never again will I go here. $50 for 2 stale completely dried up what are supposed to be vegetables. Asked for a refund but aparentpy that is to hard for them. With so much competition around they really need to rethink there product or work in a food waste center because i wouldn't feed it to my dog.

I’m sitting here watching them make everyone’s pizzas mid covid crisis. No one in the kitchen is wearing a mask, they are not wearing gloves, and they are touching EVERYTHING with their hands. They’re sneezing without covering their mouths. I literally feel nauseous watching this .

We loved our 2 x extra large Vegetarian Supreme Pizza with a wonderful genuine care and passion to make the Pizza tasty and delicious scrumptious. The ambience was very clean and Hygenic. My 2 year old daughter loves every single bite of her pizza 🍕🍕🍕🍕😋😋😋😋😋 The pizzas were very fresh, tasty and scrumptious we finished them in less than 5 minutes..... perfect flavour without extra sauce or salt ..... Also loved the amazing hospitality by the store manager and the lady who was preparing our pizzas 🍕🍕😋😋with a smile 🥰🥰 Thank you so much Crust Pizza Patterson Lakes, I would highly recommend anyone who wants to eat a tasty fresh pizza.
