Great atmosphere. Fantastic service. This restaurant has a true family feeling. The food was delicious and service was very fast. My one feedback would be, I'd like more vegetarian options on the menu. Something with protein in it. But the service was really great and we'll come back for sure.

A family-run restaurant offering some very tasty authentic Italian dishes. We enjoyed the friendly welcoming service here. The ercolano pizza and panzanelli were noteworthy. The gnocchi was tasty. The Ninos sausage, we found overly spicy, and flavours were overpowered by spiciness. Great service and atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Quite busy, which meant we had quite long periods in between wait staff visits to the table. But the pizza here is absolutely incredible and worth any short delays. Woodfired Italian pizza, the dough is fluffy, yet crunchy and thin. Beautifully designed interior and a relaxed atmosphere.

Great little gem. Not the easiest place to find but worth the effort. Friendly service and fast service. The host was very enthusiastic and obviously proud of their family restaurant. He took time to share his food journey. Came with a party of 7 and everyone left satisfied. meal. Top marks too for the presentation!

This place amazed me. Its a suburban restaraunt that should be in the city and the front pages of the good food guide. If it was in the city it be one of the hottest tickets in town. The staff and service were impeccable. The prices very reasonable. The food was sensational. I'm salivating thinking about the food that I had. The only knock I'd have is I'd love to see a cannoli on the desert menu. But the deserts they have an offer were brilliant. This is a must try for anyone who loves Italian food. It will be on my insta hall of fame for great meals.

Great local Italian restaurant tucked away in Patterson Lakes. Wonderful atmosphere with a good vibe, staff are very friendly and helpful. Our meals were well presented and food was full of flavour, good selection of wine even though we weren’t a fan of the wine glasses. Overall experience was great and we are looking forward to returning to try the pizza.

My friend and I have made this our regular dinner date spot after our first visit years ago. The staff are just as warm and friendly as you’d expect from a family run business, I can’t express enough how lovely it is to dine amongst strangers who feel like long lost friends, somehow the food tastes even better when you’re in a great mood. We have had the pizza, several desserts and almost all of the pastas on the menu- you’re not going to go wrong with any of the choices. Likes: everything from the vibe to the menu and the conversation. Dislikes: I can’t live there LOL

What a lovely "AUTHENTIC ITALIAN RESTAURANT" 😉! One of my work colleagues recommended this little treasure & i am so so glad he did. I will definately be passing onto my family & friends (word of mouth is everything). The customer service was very attentive & friendly, the establishment is quirky & wowza the food was delish. The wine is the best Moscato we hve ever had. Will absolutely return. Thank you ALL, to this very successful family business & rightly so. WELL DONE !! 😁

It was my birthday and my boyfriend picked this italian restaurant being on of our favourites. Always great service and soulfull authentic italian food. Lucky to also get a good table.

Have been here a few times for dinner over the last few months and can never fault the food or the service. It feels very authentic and the staff genuinely care about delivering an experience rather than just putting food on the table. Look forward to many more Italian meals here

Had a lovely dinner here tonight. Great service. Wine was amazing and so was our entree. Pastas were good but I would have much more flavour and more seasoning in the Spaghetti Olio. Lamb Ragu Pasta barely had any lamb but the flavours were good. Really enjoyed the Tiramisu ( it felt like it was just assembled on the spot just before serving instead of a set Tiramisu . We had dinner at Ercolano last night and were very impressed. Every meal ordered on our table was delicious and the waiter’s recommendations were perfect. Exceptional food and service, can’t wait to go back!

Yummy! We had a fabulous night at this local gem. From the minute we got there we were made to feel welcome.<br/><br/>Our little one was very hungry and they were very accommodating. He devoured the home made bread, before his Tagliatelle ragu arrived. Best ragu/bolognaise we have ever had with home made pasta.<br/><br/>We shared the chicken and the baked gnocchi... Delicious!<br/><br/>We had Tiaramisu after.... So light and tasty. Possibly the best Tiaramisu we have had.<br/><br/>Fantastic authentic Italian restaurant, definitely a new favourite for the whole family 👍

A nice night at Ercolano but definitely not perfect. I enjoyed all our food but also it all could have been a bit better. We had Bruschetta, Arancini, Prawns for entre. For mains cozze and spaghetti pescatore. Desert Tiramisu and affogato. Tiramisu and the cozze was my favorite, but my wife thought cozze was too salty. Also spaghetti pescatore was quite oily with not enough chili. The prawns were cooked correctly with good flavour but could have been deveined better. With my Italian food I like a bit more chili mixed with Tomato-y flavoured sauce, even the arancini could do with a chili tomatoe-y sauce.

I’d heard wonderful things about this local delight. We certainly weren’t disappointed. Nino is a wonderful host and we were looked after by Emily, who introduces herself as you’re seated and provides recommendations across the menu. We ordered the arancini followed by the pasta special- papardelle with sausage and mushrooms. Our meals were delicious and authentically Italian. We are looking forward to returning, the Nutella pizza looked wonderful but we couldn’t fit it in!

What a great place food was wonderful very busy lots of hustle and bustle it was like eating with my Italian friends and family would love to go back but leaving soon so next time I visit

Authentic Italian dishes are made here, look no further. I heard raving reviews from friends by word of mouth so I must try this place and catch up with some friends over some pasta and wine. The menu and the service is supper attentive no better way to dine. This place brings all loved one together with their food.

I’ve had take away pizzas from here before, they are delicious but a little pricey for pizza so we only order them occasionally. I had the pleasure of dining in their restaurant last night for the first time (no pizza) and it was equally delicious. The staff was kind and helpful, we had gnocchi and mussels from mains. The gnocchi was full of flavour and the mussels had that sauce that you just want to soak your bread into. The tiramisu was light and not too sweet just the way we like it. I highly recommend

Took my mum here for lunch on Saturday, was really impressed with the style and atmosphere of the restaurant and super friendly and excellent service. Mum had the stuffed chicken which was beautifully presented and delicious and I had the lamb ragu which was excellent as well. All in all we had a fantastic lunch, would definitely recommend, 6/5

Had lunch and dinner at this fantastic quaint ristorante. Service is personal and super attentive, owner has a passion for his wine selection and the pairing or his food with the available drinks. Share platter and Arancini were delicious, highly recommend the Cozze and Gamberi pizza. Will definitely be back for this tasty food.

We walked in off the street on Sunday night, had no booking and asked for a table for four. We were greeted in a warm and friendly manner, provided a table set for 6 and redone for 4 , no bother. The menu was explained in passionate detail and we felt very welcome.The service was great , the food, sausage entrees with dips and pasta pescatore wonderful, (plenty of seafood) and good serve size. Dessert and a nice Merlo made for a great night within a warm Italian ambiance . We will be back.

Disappointed with order delivered by Uber eats. (Delivery was fast and food was not cold). Portion of risotto tiny and bland. Arancini was nice however. Overall wouldn't use again.

Very welcoming and friendly staff upon arrival added to our overall experience. 1st time here and surprisingly busy for a Tuesday and that in itself, certainly suggested it would be a fine dining experience. Delicious food, plenty of it and all at a very reasonable cost. Will certainly be back to explore and taste the rest of the menu.

Food is all very pleasant and wine went down well too. The prawn entree is an outstanding dish! One letdown out of 10 dishes was the pan fried potatoes, needed more rosemary however this is a minor criticism. Cannot wait to come back to try their pizzas, salivating just thinking about it. Wait staff very polite and accomodating. Thank you for a lovely evening.

I chose Ercolano for my birthday as I had heard amazing reviews from several friends around the area and I absolutely loved it!! Incredible authentic Italian food that made me feel as if I was sitting in the heart of Naples. The service was impeccable and owner, Nino, was super friendly. Highly recommend!

Authentic Italian restaurant tucked away in Patterson Lake. Owned and operated by a lovely passionate family and you can really tell that it’s made with love. All the dishes are meticulously presented and the slow cooked lamb ragu pasta will make you want to come back! A variety of wood fire pizzas to choose from and a great range of wines. Each dish is given equal importance and is evident in its presentation. Also must try the home made sausages as pictured. A must for Italian lovers!

My husband and l celebrated our 38th Wedding Anniversary at Ercolano on Thursday night by checking out this new restaurant in Patterson Lakes. It was full, glad l made a reservation.<br/>Upon arrival we were welcomed by two lovely family owners, we were shown to our table. The lovely waitress Natalie could see that l was unsure which wine to order so asked if l needed help to choose, after a few questions she gave me a taste of a wine she was considering putting on the menu it was perfect, and called Handpicked. (ironic)<br/>Then she offered help with the menu, job done, l had a bruschetta and my husband had calamari for our enteès. The serves are very generous, for main my husband had the Pork Belly and l had the stuffed chicken. Both tender good size meals and very tasty. So much so my photos of the food where too late the meals were either gone or half eaten.<br/>I was very happy with my choices, full but not uncomfortable, but my husband couldn't resist ordering the Nutella Pizza with icecream and strawberries on top as these kept passing our table for other customers.<br/>Well it was so good, really good, he ate the lot, and l rolled him home.<br/>l think the prices are very reasonable, the service is wonderful, very attentive, pop in a good wine and I'm yours.<br/>We will definitely be back, we have recommended it to our friends and they have loved it and one is going again this week.<br/>A definite must try, you'll be hooked.<br/>Keep up the great work and you will be rewarded.<br/>Thanks for a memorable anniversary.<br/>Julie and Richard<br/><br/>From me, about any restaurant reviews.<br/><br/>PS. Ercolano is the newest addition to the Patterson lakes restaruant scene. Upon entering we had originally booked for two. However, my sister had come home from work early, so I asked her to come too ( thinking it wouldn't be much of an issue). We were left standing at the entrance as the manager/owner ( I'm assuming) spoke Italian to another one of his staff, explaining our situation ( yes i could pick up on a few words). As we peered into the restaruant there was a number of empty tables which had more than two chairs, so I couldn't really work out what the issue was. From the time we sat down we all felt abit awkward, no wait staff approached us to ask how anything was like they did for every other table. Our table was probably the one they wanted to pay most attention to as the restaurant is receiving two separate average reviews tonight as a result.<br/><br/>After an awkward start, we ordered the aranchini for entre to share. They were quite nice, probably needed abit more mozzarella in it. Bit overpriced also I found for an entre. <br/><br/>The spaghetti carbonarra was good. Traditional egg style with no cream, which is what I was expecting. Only negative Was The panchetta wasn't seared for long enough which resulted in the dish lacking salt. <br/><br/>Gluten free pizza was pretty average. Average base, toppings weren't anything spectacular. <br/><br/>The pasta pescatore was very good. Fresh seafood, very nice white wine sauce. Only negative was it was very small. If I got a bigger entre it would have been perfect. <br/><br/>Might come back in the future as I live in the area but wouldn't go out of my way for it. <br/><br/>

We arrived with our booking for 2, which turned into 3 and they made it very awkward that we had the extra person even though there was spare tables. From this I feel as though our experience was not as positive as the other diners. It took about 20 mins to get someones attention to serve us. From what we saw the wait staff were constantly checking on everyone asking how it was all going and if they need anything whereas we got nothing but being ignored when we needed something. The blonde waiter was very friendly and was only one to notice us after 20 mins. Our meals were nice but was not great. The food was very flavourism but was quite over priced for what it was / the experience. I will return but I hope my experience is better and feel more welcomed.

We tried this new restaurant on a Sunday night and it was busy, but that didn’t effect the quality of service or the fantastic food. We found the prices to normal for great food.<br/>We will definitely be coming back.

The pizza was absolutely perfect. Thin base, great quality ingredients for the topping. Beautiful flavours. Delivered within 20 minutes.<br/>Can't wait to dine in and try some more of their menu. Definitely the best pizza available in the area, by far!!

Brilliant food and charming and friendly service. The drinks/wine list is also excellent. No wonder this place is full every night! Ercolano is an authentic Italian family run restaurant- the real deal. Loved it.<br/><br/>
