Review High St. Depot - Penrith

Hao Huynh
An old-fashioned arcade representing old-time Sydney and how trading activities occurred. Serves also as a thoroughfare between High St and Union Ln which is typical of the arcades and malls along High St. Easily recognised by the High St Depot cafe at the front where there usually is a big crowd.

This places has the best vibe. Awesome friendly n chatty staff. But most of all the food is totally amazing. such a great selection of food that's top quality and bursting with complimentary flavours. Coffee here is also amazing and after just about 3 weeks of me going there about twice a week they remembered my regular coffee order. A MUST try is the scrambled eggs, their fries are just the crunchiest, the breaky burger n their chicken kaarge burger are epic!!

Absolutely one of the best breakfast I have ever had. The Turkish eggs is truely amazing, 2 soft poached eggs cooked to perfection, a think round of fried (but not oily) eggplant, sweet and sour roasted pickled capsicum with juicy chorizo and a refreshing yogurt sauce. Seriously everyone must try. #highstdepot #penrith

One of the best choices you could make in your day is to visit High Street Depo. The food is exceptional, the coffee is awesome and the staff are amazing. Seasonal changing menu & different coffee roasts to choose from. Fresh juices and creative cafe food to kid-appropriate meals on offer. Just go.

The pumpkin salad was amazing yummy chips and tasty chicken burger. Could do with a few more chips on the side as the plate looks a bit bare but would definitely come back. Great coffee

Finally made it to high street depot after trying unsuccessfully for so long and it wasn’t a disappointment. Nice setting not to large, friendly staff good relaxing atmosphere. I had the crispy French and for my drink I had a pina colada both you which were delicious 😋. I will be a repeat coustomer and would recommend it to people. 👍😋😋

Our lunch today was worth a drive to Penrith. The pork belly with quinoa salad was so delicious the pork belly was perfectly cooked. Hubby's scotch cock with cous2 was presented well & tasted so great. Nice job chef! Worth mentioning the ladies provided a great service always with a smile. Highly recommended. Gratias! Thanks

Myself and my girlfriend had breakfast on Sunday morning. All of the staff were courteous and pleasant. Busy café yet the drinks and food were presented in good time. I am able to recommend the eggs Benjamin, house tomato baked beans and fresh orange juice. Our brunch was delicious.

As a barista and self proclaimed coffee snob, I have to admit these guys really do make a banging coffee. I was so skeptical of being able to find a good soy (Bon soy at that)latte in Penrith, but these guys have it spot on.

This is definitely the place to be on a Friday morning! Really popular and busy but the service was extremely efficient and accurate and no one was waiting for too long. The menu options were great, food was delicious and great value for money. I'll definitely be back!
