Review Stir Crazy Noodle Bar - Penrith

I love stir crazy, went back after it first opened (having moved away) and it was just like it use to be only down side is the price! $23 for my noodles is a lot so only order on very rare occasions now like tonight via Uber eats so happy! They even pay attention to the notes so thank you!

Sorry, this is not Pho soup. Missing star anis taste. Pho is not red and very spicy. I don’t recommend the Pho soup in this place.

Food is normally great, but lately it seems they constantly put Uber drivers orders first and leave half your order on the counter for nearly half an hour while the rest is yet to even be cooked. When you ask how your order is tracking after waiting thirty minutes past pick up time, they advise consistently it will be ready in five minutes. I raised a concern about my satay sticks being left on the cold counter for nearly half an hour and was told they’d be fine, and it was with great reluctance that they replaced them.

Ohmygosh I looovveee stir crazy I'd love to give it 5 stars but they keep putting up the prices. The prices for a bowl of JUST noodles (no sides). To order 1 bowl of rice stick Malay chicken on delivery app with no drink or sides is legit $30+ 🤔 kinda extortion if I'm honest. I love their noodles but I'll only order it rarely now, I use to order it all the time. Oh how I miss my stir crazy. I do love the portion size tho. If I could never finish it I'd eat it the next day!

The food was shocking the soup smelt like old socks the rice was burn and sticky just don't go there $60 what a waste

As a stir fry connoisseur, I have had the privilege of trying many fine Asian cuisines. Unfortunately this establishment does not offer such a privilege. Ordering at 6:50pm and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Was then told it would be another 30 minutes. When I received my docket it said to BEGIN cooking at 7:30pm. This was particularly frustrating as my girlfriend was currently in labour and waiting for me in the car. She wasn’t the least pleased with me especially considering they forgot my fortune cookies. I’m almost sure I would have made it to the hospital in time if it was ready when they told me to arrive. I’m not sure the blood will come out of my car seats. The pad Thai is fantastic though

HORRIBLE SERVICE & LONG WAIT TIME. Literally ordered my food at 6:19pm & finally got it at 6:55pm. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I get it may have been somewhat busy, but I have been to other Stir Crazy stores where it has been dramatically busier & only had to wait 15 minutes.. NOT 36 MINUTES!

Service was appalling. I rang up to place a phone order for pickup, but was directed to order online via their website. Ok, fair enough. Went to website, appears broken and is stuck on select Windsor or Penrith screen, even after creating an account. Rang up again, mentioned website isn't working. Still wouldn't accept a phone order, even after asking his colleague If the website was down, to which he got the "no idea, havent checked" response, and then proceeded to hang up on me. I've ordered probably hundreds of times over the years (admittedly not recently), but I can't see myself going back if that is what service is like now.

Absolutely love this place! The food is always on point. I usually go for the Hokkien Chinese or Japanese Chicken and they're damn delicious! Whilst the service is friendly, the wait times can sometimes be a bit long but when the food is this good, waiting a bit longer is definitely worth it!

Won't consider going back to this place customer service is shit time wait is appalling staff r fucken rude food taste like shit would not step a foot bak in this place again

I always seem to order the Malay chicken Hokkian noodles, and it is always a delight. It's been way too long since my last visit. The queue was long, but service was fast, and my group all enjoyed their experience. Thank you!

Absolutely love this place. There is usually a wait but what good restaurant doesn't have a wait � food is always spot on. Staff are always polite no matter how busy they are. Keep up the great work. �

55 minute wait with no apologies or indication our food would take so long

When I was ordering take away I asked the main lady if I could get tap water which she declined as she said it was for dine in only. I don't really understand why because I'm still buying your product and as restaraunt serving alcohol under the liquor act 2008 are required to have available water for all customers (which I was). We proceeded to get our meals and dine in. When I asked if we could get water for the table I saw the lady clearly talking about us and had negative body language as she was glaring over, the waitress then bought out a jug of warm water which was very unpleasant to drink. It wasn't room temperature but in fact warmer. I don't understand what your issue was and it your body language was very unprofessional and inappropriate. Bad service.

If I could give 0 stars for the one in Windsor I would!!!! The owner was so rude on the phone I had to constantly ask about the serving of spring rolls and she kept not understanding me and kept giving me the price and when I didn't give her an answer right away she hung up on me and then when called again I got hung up on again. She is so rude and I'm never going there again!

Service was good as it was very busy but my partner and I found the flavour to be quite bland. It was lovley and fresh just lacking flavour. No problem with Towers and Windsor stores.

One of my favorite places to eat..been many times and the taste is always the same and spot on each time..will always go back..and the price is great too..�

When I want a noodle fix, this is the place I go. Great variety. Food always fresh. It's always busy, so no waiting time. Love the noodles.

I normally love my noodles but when I brought 1 the other day as a takeaway my baby corn was off but this wasn't the first time this has happened really disappointed
