If you’re starving and know you can smash a big meal, I highly recommend this place! Lots of serving for the Aussie Brekky platter - bacon, kransky, beef, egg, mushroom, eggs, bacon and egg roll, and pancakes! Coffee ain’t too bad either - 100% organic. One of the best small business restaurants for that brunch meal.
Went here for my son's 8th birthday breakfast and really enjoyed it! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, there was a bit of a mix up with our order as we ordered a platter with pancakes (for the little fella) but it came with the acai bowl instead. But a quick swap and all was right with the world! Everything on the platter was fresh hot and tasty, and plenty to feed a family for 4. Would deffinetly visit again.
5 stars for this beauty nestled in the West! The owner Sonny was nothing short of amazing when myself and 3 of my girlfriends arrived to enjoy our Sunday brunch. Not only were all our fussy requirements met but the service was above and beyond. One didn’t like bacon, one wanted the açai bowl, I wanted pancakes, one was lactose intolerant.. and Sonny managed to customise a platter while adding extras without additional charge. And not to forget to mention he advised we order for 3 people as his honest servings were quite generous. Coffee was great & his deserts were delicious. The presentation was too good we didn’t want to ruin the platter. And everything on it was really fresh & hot. We will definitely be back!!
Went to Manic Organic Cafe yesterday with the family and i must say the place was fantastic. Service was first class and nothing was a problem. First time at this establishment and it wont be the last. Enjoyed the Vegan burgers and pink salt banana and maple syrup smoothie. Too full for dessert we purchased cakes and coffee to take away for later. Would highly recommend a visit whether vegan or not as the menu is very extensive and covers most peoples tastes.
Absolutely yum! Went here for lunch with my husband and a couple of friends. We ordered the maniac platter and breakfast platter and enjoyed every bite. The manager and staff are very friendly and welcoming who catered from the time we got there till the time we left.
So glad we found this cafe little piece of heaven in our very own Penrith ���

My first time here with my kids to celebrate mother's day. The place was full and nowhere to sit except for the outdoor, but its a very cold day. But it didn't take us long to wait and we were given a table inside. Ordered food at the counter and told that there was a bit of a wait, and we dont mind as there are a lot of customers waiting ahead of us. I requested if we can have the french toast and our drinks to come out first because we were very hungry. The guy was so courteous and understanding, he arranged for the french toast and drinks to be made asap. It came out within 10 minutes (considering the amount of queue that they have to make). Not long after, our main meal arrived. Beautifully presented and delicious! Im very satisfied with the service. Didnt expect that from a small cafe. Food are great and beautifully presented. Friendly service in spite of the chaos. Highly recommended! Will definitely go back.
Food is fantastic. Owners and staff are friendly and provide fantastic service. The quality of the food is fantastic and caters to a lot of people with dietary needs. Would highly recommend the manic benedict the sundried tomato’s are amazing and the choc banana smoothie amazing and dairy free

This is the fourth time ive been here & I am always happy. We went for lunch. I ordered the Veggie burger & it was divine. Coffee was great, service was fab. Cant fault them
Amazing ambience and great food. The portions were HUGE and the food was super tasty. The oy drawback was that the food was served a little late but it was worth the wait.

Not only they serve an extensive menu including some breakfast platters, they also sell a variety of healthy stuff which is quite interesting to see.
I tried their coffee and it was awesome (from Schibello). There are many options of raw desserts too and this time I tried the raw lemon turmeric slice. Pretty good.
The highlight for me was the option to get your logo/photo printed on your coffee/hot chocolate for a few extra dollars. Pretty cool!
Might try their food on my next visit.
Today I go to manic organic cafe, there shop has arrived a amazing machine, that can print ur own digital photos on the top of the coffee. My husband print a picture for me that romantic and miraculously.

I came here for brunch after walking by and seeing advertisements about their business ethics (organic foods etc). I gave it a try and wasn’t disappointed. Monster size servings and quality meals! Everything on the Aussie brekky platter was perfect. From the pancakes to the bacon and egg roll to the scrambled egg to the baked beans! Come here if you ever want a mean feed to satisfy your craving.
Stop in for morning tea. Beautiful range of cakes. I had bounty slice. Michael had snickers slice. The cakes were delicious. The cappuccino were hot, creamy and frothy. Just how I like it. The staff were friendly. We had a lovely chat to the gentleman. A wonderful morning tea. Thanks guys
Absolutely loved Manic Organic Cafe! Left feeling so unbelievably happy with my experience here.
I had the gourmet omelette which was amazing, the highlight was the homemade tomato relish that I’m sure I won’t stop dreaming about until I can get my hands on it again. A friend had the smashed avo, and we both shared an açai bowl afterwards.
The staff were super friendly, I felt so comfortable and welcome. I can’t wait to come back and bring more people. I’m so excited, I think I’ve found my new go-to eat-out place. Thank you Manic!! You’ve made my weekend ☺️☺️☺️
Best $6 special I've had in a long time. Worth a visit for lunch. What a steal! I had the Beef (mince) and Zoodle special on the board at the register. Casual atmosphere. Friendly staff. Strong coffee. I wish they used Bonsoy!
Love the atmosphere of this place and the fact that they have a whole vegan platter! Not too busy (probably because it's far from the CBD), and the sweetest staff who was super knowledgeable! The also had live acoustic music which was great.
Our group of 4 got the vegan platter (for two people) and it was more than enough! The presentation was perfect. The taste of the items were quite average to be honest, my favourite would probably be the sweet potato wedges, chutney and the avo on toast! The vegan spam and sausage were pretty good too!
Many of the items didn't have much flavour so they tasted quite bland. Some of the sweet potato was burnt, the acai bowl (more like a smoothie bowl) and the vegan egg yolk... just tasted terrible (luckily that was only a tiny part of the platter).
Definitely come here for the experience though!
Some really tasty food here, especially for alternative diets being paleo, gluten & dairy free, vegan options. I ordered a raw blueberry cheesecake and it was really smooth and you could tell the ingredients were wholesome. I also got a chicken wrap and it was very tasty. A good amount of seating space with small young families, newspaper readers and the odd bypasser. Nice atmosphere and cheerful service. Very good!
Had a very delicious breakfast here!! I would strongly recommend the manic breakfast platter for a sampler of what is available.
The cacao banana smoothie is a very delicious accompaniment to the breakfast.
Staff are very friendly and do their best to look after you.
We ate in a large group (10 ppl) alongside the cafe being half full and all our orders came out together and fresh and a reasonable time.
Look forward to our next visit!
Great place to have breakfast / lunch. Been there twice and have ordered the manic eggs Benedict. Good service very polite and respectful. Table water without asking. Good coffee. Good rewards system (every 6th coffee free)

The guy there, I assume he’s the owner, couldn’t speak English that well and I had to ask him three times when the cakes and such were made before he gave me a straight answer: “they take a week to make so no they weren’t made today.”
He also cut me off while I was ordering.
I got an “all green anti toxic” ‘freshly squeezed juice.’ The presentation was nice but the drink had too much celery for my liking and not enough of other vegetables. It also had a lot of ice in it for the cold overcast day that it was.
Their warm veggie salad, however, was very good value and was delicious with a great variety of greens.

Nice coffee. A good variety of quality organic and paleo food. Pretty decent prices (organic and paleo is expensive). Would come back.
