Greeted with a smile by friendly staff. Coffee was bang on and the food just as delicious! Highly recommend.

The fungi bowl was delicious. My partner brought me here and I didn’t really feel like breakfast so I picked something different and it was amazing. Was worried it would be very spicy from the chilli oil but it was well balanced. Lovely staff, nice coffee great service.

Platform 8 Definitely the worst croissant I’ve ever eaten. Initially served up warm (not something I requested) and 'soggy', I then asked if they were fresh today (as many cafes warm up old pastries to make them seem fresh) and was told yes they are fresh today. So, I trusted this and asked for a normal room temperature serve. My first bite made me feel that it was not at all going to be enjoyable, and I’m not going to be able to eat this. It was very stodgy, heavy and flavourless; Very heavy – not at all light like a good croissant. I’ve eaten croissants all over France and never before have I had anything as inedible is this. Looking forward to my morning coffee I took a sip to find it only warm not hot and flavourful. One thing I dislike about Australian cafes (and I am an Australian) is ordering your coffee when do you think there’s only one person in front of you and then finding yourself in a line half a dozen people along on the other side of the building Not at all a good experience. Plenty of room for improvement for good service and quality

As a resident of Thorton Estate sometime now this morning was actually only the first time as a customer here. Came for a bite and cuppa before seeing my friend off at the station and we were accompanied by my adult children and toddler. After much indecisiveness on my part we were met with very accommodating, friendly and patient staff and meals of generous portions. Very handy location for me and we will definitely visit again. Thankyou for a lovely morning.

We were happy with our lunch time eating experience starting with a cappuccino and three lunch meals of two Drunken Burgers(one with potato chips, one with sweet potato chips) and a Moroccan Lamb Salad.

Really nice cafe with a lovely staff. The coffee quality is always consistent and I love the mini cookie that's handed out with it. They have a good breakfast menu. We have tired shakshuka, the avo and Egyptian dukkah and banana/raspberry breads which were really delicious. Highly recommend this cafe.

Great service and even better food. A nice little Cafe next to Penrith station. Enjoyed my short visit here. Everything was excellent. A perfect Saturday morning breakfast.

Paid $11.50 for reg coffee and toast, more expensive than what you'd pay in the Sydney CBD and honestly, coffee wasn't great.
