Review Elegance Carwash - Penrith

I rang this car place before going to ask if they have any availability. The lady on the phone was lovely. When I arrived she asked me what I needed done and I explained that a client of mine had thrown up in my car this morning and I needed an interior clean. She was very happy to help. My work were going to pay for the clean. They only paid a portion of the price to have only the front passenger seat cleaned but the whole car needed a clean. The lady informed me of this and I was happy with just the passenger seat being done if that was all was paid for. I left my car for an hour and came back and the lady told me she had done the whole car for me. Her and her team cleaned all the seats and floor mats, vacuumed the whole car and wiped down all surfaces. I was very pleased with the end result and have never seen my car so clean. Would HIGHLY recommend this company for a car interior clean and will go back when I need it doing again. The price is expensive but for what you get, very worth it.

The best carwash I have ever used all our small vehicles come here. Wish we could take our bigger vehicles here to but high restrictions won’t allow. I can guarantee you no matter how bad your car is it will come out sparkling and spotless clean. I have been coming here for about 8 years and a top service every time. Great team of people.

Was in the area and needed my car washed so saw these guys on Google and was impressed with the reviews so gave them a go. Highly impressed with their work and hospitality. Didn't get the chance to try out their food or coffee but their workmanship cleaning my car was second to none. There were no dried out watermarks as some places leave because they rush. Price was a bit on the high side compared to other places for the same money offer hand polishing and interior polishing and their driveway is a little confusing to navigate, but the staff were helpful enough to move my car for me to where it needed to be. Will I be back? Most defintely, and hopefully be able to try their food and coffee. :)

This place is amazing. We took a hire car there that we had hired for one of our employees who left in appalling condition. Elegance car wash took the job with no notice or a booking and turned the car back to looking brand new. We will definitely be regulars here now.

Definitely the best carwash in Sydney. I drive 40 minutes to get my cars washed here. I have tried so many other car washes and there is always imperfections and you feel like they just rushed the job. These guys have a very high attention to detail and provide a consistently good service.

Took my Jeep to elegance today to be washed and cleaned inside, first time there and I have to say they did a fantastic job well worth the price, would definitely go back and I highly recommend them to everyone, the staff there very friendly. Thank you for a great job.

Missed a few spots here and there during the outside car wash. But overrall done a great job 8/10 fast and easy service will visit sometime again.

Went to my sisters birthday dinner there last night. When I heard it was going to be at a car wash I was a tad sceptical. However, I was blown away. The food was sensational. Service was fantastic even for a busy night. I ended up in a food coma. Pizza's were out of this world. Chicken was fantastic. Served quickly, piping hot and very very tasty. Would highly recommend this place and I would definitely go back.

Great service and accommodating people. Did a wonderful job getting all the dog hair out of the hire car. Was very surprised as dog hair is very hard to get out. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you! �

10/10 would recommend this place. The staff are friendly & accommodating, the food, drinks & shisha are absolutely delicious I’ve brought my girlfriend here for date night for the first time & to say that she’s happy is an understatement. We’ll definitely be back.

Just had dinner with the family food was great and priced. Plus as a added bonus my little girl Got to watch her Nutella pizza being made fresh in the wood fired oven. Thanks George and the team.

One of my favourites � the food was amazing and the Shisha Argileh was great too.... Well I don't do Argileh but the smell was great and ppl where loving it � their charcoal chicken and woodfire pizzas are so yummmmmmm . The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful ...

i have been going here since they started and couldn't think of anywhere else I could get the same personal service always a delight to dine in or drive in for a nice car bath or even stop in for a coffee and raisin toast

We are so much pleased with excellent customer service by Michelle. Wonderful staff and good ambience. Food was amazing. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends. Michelle is really a great asset for business.

Food was average, I was a little disappointed as I thought there would be more authentic Lebanese on the menu. Ordered the fillet steak and it was too tough for me to eat or enjoy! The waitress who looked after us deserves a special mention as she was on top of everything and could not have provided any better service to your customers.

Very impressed ! First time there. Service was awesome. A lovely lady greeted me at the gate and told me how they operated. Had a yum coffee and little muffin while I waited, she even added a blob of cream � My car was so much cleaner it even drove faster ! They even left ME a tip in the console �� (found some coins under the seats) Now how honest is that �
