Your coffee really is something else. You can tell that you have taken the time to carefully consider the blends and roasts. The bag you ground for me worked a treat, and turned my little sunbeam machine into a commercial. Its *almost* as good as the one you made for me at your shop. Recommending you to all my friends.

Great guys, cool atmosphere and delicious coffee. Don’t take my word for it. Go in and have a chat and taste it for yourself. It’s great to hear how much they know about coffee. But best of all, they dead-set love doing it. My favourites are their single origins.

Just made an espresso of the Ethiopian Sidamo Guji Kercha Woreda..... what a beautiful experience that was. Melon, mandarin & that beautiful acidity that comes from an Ethiopian bean..... Yum!!

Came to store 9/3/18 and got the low down from Josh, great guy! Left with 1kg of Klaus. I'm a home barista with Saeco SE100 Aroma 1grp 5L boiler HX machine and Compak K10 and Breville smart grinder. Breville ran out of range for this light roast, but managed espresso at 18g/45g yield - slightly sour and toffee taste, pleasant but inconsistent. K10 gave me ristretto 16g/23g/30s, espresso 16g/36g/34s, lungo 16g/60g/35s Tasting R: roasted nut, earthy, smooth delicious. E: hint of caramel, milk choc finish, delicate. L: smooth roast, bitterness is rounded and pleasant. Pseudo pour over from m/c with coarse grind 16g/160g/25s nice afternoon brew! Very versatile blend, my favourite was piccolo using ristretto recipe. Other notes, had to overdose with breville which gave both sour and burnt toffee notes. Well recommended and will try again.

I hosted a farewell morning tea at Underground Roasters this morning. The staff went above and beyond to make this event really special and completely AWESOME 🤩. From setting up extra tables and chairs, ordering additional delicious pastries to always being friendly and accomodating when I called to work out specifics for this event, Underground Roasters staff really delivered!! 🎉🏆The Coffee was superb, pastries mouthwatering and the service was in a word, Faultless. I can’t thank you all enough for your help and support. I encourage everyone to come and visit this hidden treasure. 🥰

Very cool Cafe. I love buying coffee beans from them and having an occasional coffee. The staff is very friendly and always very helpful. I recommend it to everyone who is into coffee. It's definitely worth a visit.

I was part of a group hosted by Underground Roasters and was very impressed with their service. The pastries were delicious. The staff really went out of their way to look after us.

Honestly the best coffee in Sydney! Every cup of coffee is smooth and tasty and I always make a beeline for their van if I see them at events. I would recommend the White Mouse or Petrov affair blends. Their toasties are very tasty too! I always get the three cheese toastie and portion size is generous.

Consistently the BEST oat cap coffees I’ve had. My unfortunate trips into Sydney CBD have been made all the brighter since I can grab one on the way (and I can’t find a coffee near as good down there...) The beans are also the best you’ll find. There are a range of robust flavors and cool characters to match. Oh. Also, one of the best croissants I’ve ever had. Did I mention the great spacious warehouse the cafe is housed in? stellar. Keep up the great work.

Robust flavour, great taste and brewing options with friendly staff and awesome mobile cafe set up. Smooth and strong taste without bitterness. Great customer service to get the right coffee and grind for the right purpose. I prefer Aero press and it's great.
