Review Kelly's Brasserie - Penrith

I attended as I had a birthday voucher given to me. Staff were very quick to attend to my request. Meals were well presented. The place was very busy when I arrived. But were very quick to clear tables and keep the place clean. Jason service manager was ever so friendly as well. Immaculately dressed with Suit and Tie on. I give all staff a rating of 100 stars. I have been attending Panthers for over 40 yrs. Service gets better. Highly recommended. Heaps of parking

The food was good but the portions were small. The burger is was not the best, it tasted like the frozen burger patties. The seared chicken and herb was pretty nice. But the size was quite small. Chips were great but again very small

Great venue. Friendly staff. Tiered seating so good views of the stage from all areas. Anthony Callea last night was fantastic!!!

Yet again we have had to get a refund due to the service staff not placing our order, we paid got the buzzer to advise us when the food will be ready and waited patiently, 1 hour goes by and no food so we enquire? Where is our meal? Sorry sir we made a mistake, the buzzer number was wrong so you don't have a meal!!!! This is just unacceptable for a modern club. Twice we have come for a meal and 2 from 2 we have left without a meal due to the Grose negligence and attention to detail by staff. You have one job, take the order and proved the food as ordered. If you go for a meal check everything they clearly cannot be trusted.

Food was alright, but the desserts bar...ohh boy took almost an hour to finally able to get to the counter with 4 people lining up. People were clueless when ordering holding people up waiting. And the mobile signal here is really bad almost no signals at all.

Cheryl must be one of the most sour elderly ladies I have ever met, whoever decided it was a good idea to have her serving customers probably needs a fairly decent performance review. Secondly, the bread rolls, although only $1.80 were actually dry enough to be used as foundation for the new carpark. Abigail in the bar is probably the only redeeming quality

This place has great food. You need to try the black panther burger and yes the bread is black. With carmalised onions and the usual burger ingredients this was so delicious but a little small then most cafe burgers for the price. Comes with a side of fries which were perfect. The wife had the Barramundi and veggies and the were perfect. Environment is perfect for everyone especially families.

The menu lacks variety and the food is nothing special, but it is decent pub food that is enough for a quick bite to eat. There's penty of room around the seating area and conveniently located within Panthers.

Poor people were so busy because the football finished nearby but the employees were still friendly and happy and not on the verge of tears. <br/>Place was completely packed but the food was still prepared nice and cooked well. Good on them!<br/>

Good value for money. This is not a 5 star restaurant but the food is pretty good for a quick cafeteria style family dinner. Many options for adults and kids and great to see a section of the menu with smaller sized meals - nice to have some portion caution choices as not everybody is looking for large heavy meals. We enjoyed pork ribs with a side of polenta and asparagus, calamari with mash and salad (they were happy to substitute chips with mash for us) and cajun lamb kebabs with cous cous salad. All very nice.

It had been very over priced for the food you got very poor indeed push the two chicken schnitzel that we ordered had been rare
