What a convenient and forgotten treasure of the Southwest. Everything you need for a family day (or friend) get together. Even a private room with a private bowling alley for your own event. Party planners were patient and enthusiastic with kids. Just wish there was a kid door at the front so they couldn't exit as they please... parking can be a hike on the weekend.

Went here today with my daughter and my neighbour and her grandkids so good to he able to finally go back here.The place is very organized.QR code check in, checking if vaccination status.Place is very clean and hand sanitizer available. The staff at the front desk when we arrived were very helpful and the girl on the door who checked my vaccination status was very polite and talkative to all the children in the group. We booked in for two games of ten pin bowling each and when l ordered food it came out quickly and was tasty and hot. You even get a $10 credit for the arcade games when you spend $30 on food. Plenty of parking (which is free at the moment) in marcarthur square Car Park) Shout-out to Luke our waiter who kept checking on us and asking if we needed anything. I'm pleased at the level of customer service you had. It makes our day alot better. We were at LANE 14 Will definately be back 😊😛😉💚 Natasha

My son Caleb enjoyed his 10th birthday at Kingpin Macarthur Square today. He had so much fun with his friends playing laser tag, bowling and spending time in the arcade. A huge thanks to all the staff that made our time there today not only enjoyable but stress free. A special mention to our friendly hosts Gabby & Sienna for their efforts today, you guys were amazing! We are looking forward to enjoying more parties with you guys in the future 🙂

We had my daughters birthday party here and had Gabby as our party host. She went above and beyond to ensure all the kids had an amazing time and catered to all the different age groups. She also ensure that the parents were able to relax without the stress of the kids running a muck. Would definitely recommend kingpin and gabby as a party host if possible!

Held my daughter’s birthday here. Teenagers really enjoyed themselves. Food was good and length of time for activities was perfect. We had a lovely party planner. Young and a little inexperienced but friendly.

Hannah our party coordinator was amazing. The kids loved her and she made sure they were all entertained. Will not hesitate to book another party . Thank you so much for making my daughters party so enjoyable .

Had my nephew's 5th birthday here and the staff were amazing! Emily, Braydon, Gabby and Lauren were really helpful and made sure the whole event ran smoothly. Can't thank them enough for being patient with our attendees and going above and beyond for us. Great service and would recommend them to anyone, especially these 4 👌😁

They were prompt, professional and friendly. My son and his friends were happy and well fed and excited. Our hostesses Gabby and Kayla did a great job looking after us and the kids and even the parents had fun!!
