I love the food and coffee here. Eating in a large group can somewhat be quiet expensive tho. The staff are absolutely divine. They're helpful, polite, courteous, just down right angels. I always eat here with my mum and enjoy it. Food is awesome quality same with the coffee 👍🏼
First and last time eating here. The staff were unfriendly, very slow service, and the food was below average. The price you pay I expected better quality.
First and last time visiting the Heritage Terrace Cafe. Waitress didn't wait for us to hardly sit down before wanting to take order and her attitude was one of don't care. Got the order wrong. Took part of it back but by time I received meal back the rest was cold. Food substandard. Cooked terrible.
Had some random customer threaten my life and throw breadcrumbs in my face in front of everyone as i walked in. The manager/staff apologised to that guy trying to keep the peace instead of kicking him out or calling security. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from both the customer and the staff ther
Good size Cafe with plenty of room for diners. Food is always A1 served in a timely manner & made / cooked to your liking. Highly recommend this Cafe.
