First time trying this place today. Bought a 6 pack of cupcakes and i wish i bought more. These are the fluffiest and most delicious cupcakes i have ever had. The store is also very pretty inside.

The staff member I spoke to this morning was absolutely gracious, understanding, helpful and polite. The cupcakes were a HUGE hit and the recipient said they were so pretty and delicious. Again a BIG thank you Mrs C's. Highly recommended.

Ordered a cake for delivery for Father's Day and it was delivered on time, with care. My Dad reported that the delivery person was incredibly warm and friendly. All reported that the cake looked great and tasted even better. Big thanks for the ability to deliver to people during lockdown so they can still celebrate occassions safely.

Received these as a lovely birthday gift. Cupcakes were super soft and flavoursome... the Lemon Meringue was the best cupcake flavour of I've ever had 😋
Editing this 6 months after my original post to add that I since ordered myself custom cookies for an event and not only was it very easy to communicate and order what I wanted but they were delicious.

Mrs C's Cupcakes made me the most beautiful gender reveal cake I've ever seen! It was exactly what I asked for and came out even better than I anticipated. It was super yum, and had some matching cupcakes which were gorgeous. Customer service was also incredible! I'll be using Mrs C for all future events, thank you!

The missus had to drive out to Penrith to pick up the kids from Grandparents and apparently this place is an institution so we had to stop in. I'm not a huge cupcake fan. But these were nice. Moist, good amount of frosting.

The cake cream dry and too sweet, I think the shop look normal ,but the cake shop pric more expensive then same Label shop, the cake can be more soft !

This is an extremely poorly run establishment. It's a shame the business owner hasn't taken a few courses in the "how tos of customer service" because the cupcakes are to die for!
