Each Subway Restaurant is its own different rules and cultures. As far as I'm concerned, Each Subway does things differently to other Subways in which I will call best suited to their operations and to community responses. Some Subways are filled with trained staff, and some are not experienced enough to deliver exceptional service we often expect
What I can suggest however is talk to your local staff, or any staff anybody and ask for specifics like how is the products aquisitioned? how frequent are products refreshed? what are the actual opening hours of restaurants? are they fresh or old breads?
By doing some critical questioning, you are doing yourself and the Franchise a favour through mutual development
Enjoy visiting Subway for fresh hygienic food. Please fix the broken door so flies won't swamp the food. It's broken for many months now. Poor junior staff is struggling to keep the flies off the subs.
