Review Mcdonald's - Penrith

Service was a little slow and no smiles. Food was average. They give new meaning to the word 'small' when it comes to their small chips! Half empty when you get them. At least they were hot, which is a nice change, as were the burgers. Place wasn't overly clean but seems to be a rarity theae days anyway. Only went there as we had no other option.

Missing products, tried to call to explain & after i stated what was missing, the male on the phone hung up on me. Great experience. Can’t believe they got that in training. ‘If there’s an issue, hang up’

My wife and I called in for an evening meal at 8 pm Sunday. 10 th July 2022, placed order after waiting for a staff member to be served. On getting order chips not fresh burger and rap meal NOT Hot rather then complain at counter I need help with order to table the look I got was not nice . I phoned Head office On Monday 9 th July 2022 only call centre who placed my complaint to Manager of Restaurant to call me concerning my complaint. Swearing on phone. Saying it was some one came into the office that is no excuse speaking a person who has been a customer for many years till now Customer service night mare D W Goulding JPret.

Worst small Mac, soggy bun, dripping sauce, absolutely disgusting. Acting manager yelling at workers. Will never have anything from here or any other MacDonald's again. Ya don't care about the customer just your dollar count at the end of the day.

unprofessional staff and manager , waiting for my order for last 50 minutes and asked them multiple times and they keep lying saying yeah we making your order and finally i realised that my order was not on preparation list. Anyone visiting this store make sure your order is ok preparation list other wise you will wait for 1 hour for no reason

This McDonald's is conveniently located on Mulgoa Rd, Penrith at the turn off to Penrith Leagues Club. Was in the area around lunch time and wanted to grab a quick meal before visiting some shops in the area. Without having to battle a shopping centre for a food outlet ~ this McDonald's has good access off the main road at the traffic lights enabling an exit out heading north or south. The traffic on Mulgoa road always moves pretty well so you won't be in a jamb to get in or out. Plenty of on site parking. Again the ordering interface on the self serve inside the McDonald's store's need to be reprogrammed by their tech-heads ~ A lot faster to order at the counter ~ grab a number ~ and sit. It's good the see how promptly the staff can get the order to the tables ~ HOT! Well done. But just make sure what you order is up to spec ~ if not, take it back to the counter. Legit mistakes are often made but will be corrected usually quite easily. Generally all McDonald's Restaurant Standards are much higher these days and it's good to see. The fries I initially got were only 3/4 cup full ~ took it back & got the proper [hot] amount ~ no probs there. The staff are friendly and the this restaurant was well presented in all observable areas. Will visit again when next in the area..

Worst service , cant get the order right , which wouldnt be so bad except it was happy meals for kids , and you gave wrong sauce , left out the fries . This isnt the first time by a long shot , only two weeks ago i was charged $30 for an order that was only $15 . When i asked why , i was made to feel like it wasnt a problem , and the staff member was the victim . Mcdonalds has lost their way . This is only two instance out of many ,many more by this.poorly run store . I wont be back .

Came here after Panthers on a Friday night. Very limited customers but clearly heaps of staff on. Heaps of bugs (beer flies) everywhere too. Staff can't manage to clean any tables. My friends and I felt dirty after eating here. How hard is it to clean up some tables whilst counter staff are chatting to each other about nothing. All this whilst there are massive soft drinks spilt all over the floor, chips squashed into tiles and tables, serviettes and food wrappers (at least 30) on the floor and cheeseburger wrappers and food stuck on windows (have photos to back this up). Very poor management. We'll just stick with Dominos or Harry's for late night snack next time. Very disappointed.
