My friends and I were greeted and served by Emma last night, she was polite and had a smile, the order was correct without anything missing.
A 10/10 which is pretty rare nowadays given the dip in service and quality from fast food outlets.

An inviting and warm restaurant complemented by friendly staff and efficient service. Food is hot and tasty, and staff are courteous of edits to the menu. Drive through is fast, speaker is loud and clear. A very solid KFC experience.

The worst KFC I have ever had in my life. The chicken drumstick was rock hard couldn't even eat it, the Zinger burger was dry couldnt eat that either. Only good thing was the chips. The girls on drive through looked so unhappy to be there. Will not be back!!!!!!

Asked for hot fresh chips and when I got home (2 minutes drive) they were literally getting cold. On top of this, no napkins. Are things that bad that I have to asked napkins with my meal??? This is not the first bad experience with this store but it will definitely be my last. South Penrith KFC next time!!!

Great service. We placed a very big order and they were able to get the order correct. Its amazing how many places we have been with our group and they get it wrong, but not here. Thank you very much, good food, great service.

I bought food last Sunday from this KFC establishment. Monday comes and I have food poisoning which has caused immerse pain to me. One week on and I’m still suffering!
I would like to receive a form of compensation otherwise I may impose a legal lawsuit.
