Review Kfc - Penrith

Got the 3 piece box and wicked wings. I am not sure what happened to my 3 piece box. chicken chips bread and grave, all pieces of chicken were small chips half filled, Grave half filled and bread was ripped in half. See my photo if you dont believe. Shame use to be good this kfc. Very disappointed

Ordered an ultimate box and recieved a 3 piece with only 2 pieces and half of my chips, no good.

Zinger box wicked wings are charcoaled. It’s like 4 time reheated. Chips also 3rd class.

I have been to this restaurant twice in the space of a month. Both times, I have not received my full order. Do not recommend. First time in drive through I was handed bags and assured the extra non standard items I ordered were in the bag. I hate checking people's work, so after this assurance I left for home only to find half the order missing. Second time, pickup inside the shop and ame again. We put in a decent sized order of almost $200 for a party. The staff were busy and it's almost anticipated there will be errors (sadly) so we checked the first half of the order when it was received. As much as I hate checking orders (doing someone's job for them) we checked and had to get them to fix/add some items. The second half of the order is handed to us, we started checking and found some items missing so queried the staff who pointed to a few boxes and containers in the bags, and assured us the order was contained inside and items we queries were definitely placed in the bags. With that assurance, we left for home. We start unpacking it all and ended up being short about $40 of food. There was enough food still to go around (we over ordered) but again, frustrating. Wouldn't recommend for a year or so until the staff are being nicer to each other and acting like a team instead of what was pretty clearly a hierarchy of longer standing 'experienced' staff clearly ordering newer staff to do stuff instead of working together as a coherent team. Poor form.

Waited 22 minutes in the drive thru for a burger box! Finally got to the window and 2 new young boys who had no idea at all what they were doing were running the show. Manager trying to instruct them from the background was no help, Seriously on a Friday night!!!. Cars honking and very disgruntled customers. Not the first huge delay at this store so I will not be going back

Generally fast via drive-thru, in peak is much faster than in restaurant. Have never had an issue with the order or missed items unlike many other KFC stores.

I picked up a nice, hot piece of chicken fillet to eat before going to the bloodbank. A healthy alternative to prep for my donation. Quick service & easily accessable.

Bought 2 zinger boxes last night. I know lettuce prices are high at the moment but c’mon…… 3 measly tiny strips of wilted brown lettuce, and chunks of cabbage on the zinger burgers…… yes…. cabbage! Talk about counting beans KFC, a warning would of been nice.
