Review Fully Flavoured Takeaway & Restaurant - Penrith

Never trust the owner of this restaurant. He took an advance for a function for my daughter's birthday party. At the last moment he said he won't be able to conduct the party. The worst thing is - it has been more than 2 months, he has not returned the advance money . He initially said that he has already deposited the advance money but even after many days it was not showing on my account. So I called him and send him message many times but he neither picks up the phone nor he answers the text. I have never seen in my life such a disgraceful and deceitful person. I am on the process of reporting this to the appropriate authority to get my advance money back through legal means.

If I could give minus numbers, I would. My husband and I pre-ordered at the Penrith location through delivery hero before 5pm to have our food arrive at 6pm. I get a phone call at 5:50pm from the restaurant saying that the options on delivery hero were wrong and they would only provide things that were available in the buffet. I explained that I had ordered and paid for the food an hour previously and it wasn't my fault or my problem if they hadn't told delivery hero that their options had changed. They refused to honour my original order, even though I was willing to compromise on the dessert. They tried to change almost every aspect of the order and acted as though it was my fault. Luckily delivery hero were very accommodating and gave me an expedited refund and a $5 voucher for the inconvenience that this restaurant caused when we had to cancel our order at the last minute and order elsewhere.

Amazing food with the best flavor combinations my mouth has encountered. Staff is incredible and nice. Certainly would go there again with friends and family!

Absolutely loved it. Had such good Indian food after a long time. The rates are reasonable and staff is lovely! Would definitely go back.

Best indian food in through out sydney, No one can compare with the quality l, speed, flexibility or any thing else. They provide the food, which every customer desires.

Pathetic..... Waste of time waste of money...... Now I know why it was empty on Saturday night..... I don't want to give one star either but it won't let me post the review.......one star for me is -ve.......
