Service is a hit and miss here. Enjoyed it the previous time I came here around Easter.
Came back today and it was just not the same.
Lined up where it said "Wait here to be served" but staff proceeded to help the person behind instead, but then finally was given a menu and told to go find a place

The tasty hot chocolate is to die for! Other offerings are very nice too, often it's hard to choose what to have. Prices are high, but it's well worth it. Very good and friendly service and comfortable seats.

I loveeeeee their ice chocolates. Probably my favourite ice chocolates around. Their desserts are always delicious and resented in creative and beautiful ways. Always enjoy myself when I come here. Only issue is that I overindulge with the sugar. But that's my problem, not theirs. Or is it... 🤔🤔
