I honestly cant tell you what was more satisfied, my eyes or my stomach, the food looked amazing and tasted even better, the maple beans were the bomb, the bruscetta was wrong you should not be serving food that good so cheaply and the cashew cream mac and cheese may have convinced my carnivorous family to give up dairy.
I loved it, actually we all loved, hopefully i can convince my friends to try something new. Thank you are doing a fantabulous job.
What an amazing place this is, truly a hidden gem, the food is always amazing and looks so pretty. The highlight being the high tea, a feast for your eyes and your tummy. A big thank you 😊 🙏🌻

Quite literally the best vegan breakfast / brunch / lunch IN TOWN. Cannot be beat. I rarely bother going anywhere else (unless F&F is closed!) as I know that it doesn't get better than this :) If I could give it 25 stars I would <3 x
I am not a vegetarian but i loved the food and especially the food presentation. �� it was very tasty and the browne was to die for... not to forget the service with a smile. A very very enjoyable breakfast out.

Fantastic spot for (vegan!) Sunday brunch – amazing banana bread and waffle (amongst the most instagrammable plates out there). Smashed avo was just as beautifully presented but nothing special. Good selection of juices and drinks (they even have Yerba Mate, haha).

Finally paid this infamous raw cafe a visit! The prices of most of the menu items has gone up from the menu that is on Zomato but my friend and I ordered the banana bread and the miso baba ganoush. Presentation was beautiful and both dishes had great flavour and it’s great that the food they have on offer cater to any diet. Seating is primarily outside though so can definitely see it being a lot busier on warmer days.

Was recommended Flora and Fauna by several people and I’m so glad that I checked it out. With a beautiful outdoor seating area it’s perfect in the warmer months and makes for a beautiful morning in the sunshine eating delicious food & enjoying some vitamin D! I ordered the waffles which were amazing, both delicious tasting & beautifully presented! Matched with a fresh juice it was the perfect brunch spread! Any ordered the apple crumble which was incredible, the perfect amount of sweet and spice! Both dishes are a must order! We also tried the cookies and cream cupcakes which were delicious & reminded me of chocolate ripple cake! Delicious! Can’t wait to visit again soon!
We were looking for healthy and found this gem. Love the foods, the ingredients are fresh, we enjoy all of them! We will come back again and try the cupcake next time.

Finally came here to have breakfast today. Not a good day to come as it was a little bit windy and the fact that the seating was along an alley made it hard to enjoy the atmosphere. A bit chilly. Moving on, I was surprised when I stepped in to order the food. Really small space inside and there were already like 5 people in that tiny kitchen. I was impressed as to how they manage not to bump into each other every other second. Anyway, I ordered the mushroom bagel and a flat white. Found myself a small corner and waited for the food. The food and coffee came out quick. The mushroom bagel was huge...as with the other dishes that came out from that tiny kitchen. Big portions of food. I liked the fact that they added flower petals onto the dish. Coffee was good and the mushroom bagel was flavoursome and tasty. I don't frequent many vegetarian cafes as I like a bit of meat on my plate but I must say this is good stuff here. I had to eat just a little bit quicker than usual as there was a cool gentle breeze blowing through which made the food cool really quick. Coffee was lukewarm within 5 minutes of arrival. Maybe on a much warmer day this place would be awesome to chill out for brekkie. Btw, staff were friendly too.
A small cafe tucked next to Varsity Burgers with plenty of space to sit in the sun. They specialize in vegan food and this mac and cheese dish was so tasty! Vegan cheese and truffle sauce was perfect. The coffee and juice was also good, a great spot for a bite.
I love this place. Not once have I not absolutely loved what I’ve eaten there.
So far I’ve enjoyed their chocolate waffle, banana bread, peanut butter Bircher and a variety of yummy cakes and cookies. My fave being the peanut butter blondie, Wowee!
I must go back and get the banana bread again because it’s literally one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.

More of a 3.5. Tasty but I wouldn't be back (again, this is as a vego faced by a menu abounding in options for a change). I think the dishes often were missing something, be it sauce or perhaps salt, or just a certain something you couldn't put your finger on. Service was friendly though, and the desserts were yum.
Went for the presentation (flowers with my food, count me in!) but keep coming back for the delicious menu. Such a cute cafe with a teeny kitchen that makes me wonder how the staff don’t knock each other out, but the tables are all outside in this decorated alleyway, lovely in warm weather. The menu changes up a lot, but everything is good, recent recommendation is the new corn fritter stack. Even if you’re not vegan or veggie, you’ll love it!

Baked #applecrumble from Flora and Fauna in center of Perth... So colourful and inviting topped with all this fresh fruit! The slow cooked apples are topped with oats crumble and then drizzled with raspberry compote and yoghurt.
Tucked away in a corner at Northbridge there is a chic looking cafe. There are outside and inside tables but I chose to sit inside cause of the afternoon heat. Had the banana bread and with a mix of peanut butter and berry compote because I just couldn’t decide which one to have. But I think I prefer peanut butter. Presentation is on point and looks almost too pretty to eat! The banana bread was really good - it was fluffy, soft, moist and not too sweet. None of that dense and hard banana bread. The edges were slightly burnt and bitter due to caramelisation though. But hands down one of the best banana bread I’ve ever had!

firstly, yes it's pricey - but please don't let that turn you away! the outside seating is so pleasant, and it has a really good atmosphere. the staff are all super friendly and accomodating which for me is a huge bonus !! it was lovely to see them cooking food fresh when we went to order, you can tell a lot of effort goes into making this cafe so lovely. it's like lovingly homemade food away from home ! honestly, i wasn't a huge fan of the coffee as it was slightly bitter, but that's really just a matter of taste as the coffee wasn't badly made. i ordered apple crumble and oh my gosh it was amazing !! the presentation was absolutely gorgeous, decorated with flowers and fresh fruits! the portion sizes are also really generous. the crumble was lovely, sweet and crunch with a hint of cinnamon, and the apples were divine - slow roasted, full of flavour, super sweet and so soft. i'm so happy places like this exist in perth, the food and service is just such good quality.
The food here is 100% amazing and the presentation even better:) The apple crumble is literally impeccable. I wish I could rate this place a 5, but unfortunately ever time I've gone here a majority of the service has been horrible. The staff when ordering are SO rude and incredibly unfriendly. It's a shame, but for food this good I'll cop it. Perfect for vegans :)
My first visit was a fabulous experience. The outdoor seating in the sunshine just added to the joy. My bruschetta was to die for and friends Mac and cheese was incredible. We both had a passion juice which was delicious and cold, which I was surprised by as most fresh juices I’ve ever bought have been less than chilly. Will definitely be back!

Holy guacamole! This place is one of my new favourites! I have been trying to get here for what feels like forever and it DID NOT disappoint. There is so much awesomeness about this place, the cute laneway atmosphere, they extensive vegan menu, the dish presentation, the tunes.. and you can take your puppies!! Pick a nice day, grab your four legged furry friend and head there ASAP. We. Had turmeric lattes, fresh juices, vegan mac n cheese and a mushroom bruschetta, all of which were yum, but the vegan mac n cheese was the real winner here. Can't wait to come back and feed my face full of awesomeness once again.
First time visiting this cute hidden place and I am in love with their banana bread! Although it was a rainy day, the seating area was designed nicely however only for a few customers at a time. Other than that the service was very good with the food being delivered very quickly with amazing presentation. I had a berry sauce with my banana bread and a pear pash, both very delicious but also very filling! Can't wait to try other options they have to offer!
the cafe had a cute aesthetic but I personally expected a bit more decoration. I ordered the mac and cheese and my friend ordered the apple crumble and we were overly thrilled at the serving portion and taste. Ak thought $23 is a lot to pay for mac and cheese it did taste great for vegan food. my juice wasn't overly tasty but my friends drink was and so I think it's just subjective. staff were very friendly overall 100% would recommend.

I had their heirloom tomatoes on a quinoa loaf- the dish had avocado, strawberries, red pepper... Amazing 👍🏼😀 The look and the taste- just nailed it. My partner ate their cashew mac and cheese. He was very happy with it and most about the fact the taste was good and he got full! :D Sometimes is left hungry after choosing a vegetarian plate but not this time. Yay.

Being a fan of rustic styled cafes with fresh homey meals, this is a place you don't want to walk by. I had their healthier take of an apple crumble (but not as you know it) and it was extremely delicious! It was so good I've been finding excuses to go again, such as my mum visiting next week :D Cute place with scrumptious food!
Great food poor service
Came here for "brunch" at 12 and we were waiting for a table for 10 minutes which was no issue. Orders the apple crumble and mushroom bagle which were both amazing great vegan and vegetarian options. Also orders an almond milk latte and it was made out of organic almond milk and in my opinion these don't make for the best coffee. However we were sat with other people's plates till they come over with our coffee and they still left the coffee cups.
Mushroom 🍄 burger was so delicious and fresh 😋. The flower bomb cold pressed juice was 'da bomb.'

Cute little place tucked away in a North Bridge alley. Food is presented in such a way that at first you slightly hesitate putting your fork into the food as it would mess up the whimsical looking creation. Just like the visual presentation of the meals the Ingredients are fresh & tasty to match the appearance. As you can see on the images a bee had been intrigued with my meal with it's inviting colours & fragrance.

Sunday autumn sun needs were met with this cute little and enticing café. They have one window bench inside the small café with the rest out front in the nice space with plants scattered on tables and benches. I was early but the staff were cheery and I got to see the current little exhibition here; even bumped into the artist herself in for a quick caffeine fix. I ordered the smashed pumpkin and avocado on toasted bread and a long Mac topped up. Coffee arrived fairly quickly and was good. Food looked as beautiful as all the photos on here, and tasted fresh and deliciously healthy. A great way to start the day and love the ambience and the wonderful dreamy California music.
Possibly my favourite cafe in Perth! Been here so many times and have tried everything on the menu with the exception of two things. Everything has been absolutely incredible - favourite would possibly be the fritters, best salsa on top. Love the banana bread and the peanut butter blondie is my favourite treat in the world, will probably never get sick of it. Its abit pricey but worth it for the quality and freshness of the fruits and ingredients. The presentation and detail is also very nice and colourful.

The layers are chia seed pudding, berry sauce, coconut yogurt, vegan choc mousse, choc crumble bits, then finishes off with fresh fruit and a fruit kebab 😍 amazing! And great staff! I Will definitely be coming again, and I recommend this to anyone.

This tiny venue is absolutely adorable, and the food even better. Even though it was 37 degrees outside we kept cool by sitting in the shade of a tree. I ordered the apple crumble with a juice, both of which were amazing. However, it was disappointing to see my juice in a disposable plastic cup when I was dining in. The apple crumble looked and tasted beautiful, and the over-the-top seasonal fruit garnish and coconut yoghurt went perfectly with it. My friend ordered the smashed pumpkin which also looked amazing. Though a little pricy I will definitely be returning. Great option for vegans!
The banana bread itself was a massive serving, moist and flavoursome and made even more satisfying with the berry sauce alongside it. There was the option of Nutella but I declined, trying my mightiest to stick to my ‘low sugar’ diet. Yes, I’m surviving and my taste buds are thanking me for it. The medley of fruit served was delicious and fresh, I hadn’t had dragonfruit in ages so it was a delight to have some on the plate. I sipped my juice while tunes played through the air, relaxing in the sun.
I am in love with this place😍💞 apart from the very appealing deco and presentation, the taste does accommodate its looks perfectly! We ordered the raw parfait and the banana bread. The raw parfait was over-the-top amazing, not only with its photogenic looks, but also with its great health benefits and delicious taste. The banana bread - absolutely divine! I've never tasted such great banana bread and well, Flora & Fauna is the place to go. The staff was really friendly and would come up your table to offer free tastings which was absolutely awesome. Would definitely come here again:)
Only got coffee, so can't comment on the food but it does look amazing! Small venue but the coffee is OK. The beans lack flavour but I think that's because they do a lot of nondairy coffee so if it was too much of a strong blend it would be tooooooooo much with the soy/almond milk! Mochas and iced lattes are nice :) vegan desserts in the cake cabinet look amazing!!! Food looks tasty and fresh. Staff are pretty blasé here... Interesting considering the place is busy!
I've been here a few times before and my all time favourite is the banana bread with peanut butter!! So amazing I can't believe it's vegan and sugar free 😊 also liked the muesli it was very nice. The space is very small and not ver functional but it's very cute. Staff weren't the best which was a shame but I'll be sure to come back for more amazing healthy food

I've got to say, as a breakfast meal, I was pleasantly surprised with Flora and Fauna! I am definitely a vegan food skeptic, but the flavours in all of the dishes here were fantastic; pungent, well-balanced, not at all bland, and beautifully presented! Since the first time trying Flora and Fauna, I have been back 3 times, each time an acknowledgeable experience!
The bruschetta was delightful with the sweetness of tomatoes complimented well with some feta cheese. The Breakfast Bagel was equally delicious, topped with buttery mushrooms and a distinct basil aroma. The serving size was absolutely tremendous! It would be impossible not to feel full after!
Tempeh is one of my least liked food things around (I've personally had some scaring experiences with the matter), but Flora and Fauna has turned that around for me with their burger! It was delectably moreish for a vegan eat, with a tender patty bursting with flavour, accompanied by the tart, spiciness of the slaw. I could hardly taste the health!
The baked goods are unforgettable! One of the best brownies in Perth, but the icing on some of the cakes is far too sweet and, on occasion, has a strong, overpowering margarine flavour that is highly off putting.
My experiences here at Flora and Fauna would be unflawed if not for the serious lack of quality service. Although some of the staff were friendly, on two accounts of my visit did they misinterpret our order. When asked for a take-away coffee, we were served with a dine-in mug. On another instance, the coffee was forgotten completely as well as an entire dish that failed to be made, and the add-on of feta omitted completely.
We came here at this long weekends. This time actually is my second time that I've been here. Although I am not a vegan, I am crazy crazy keen on veggie cafe like Flora & Fauna. After I tried the dish, I promise that Flora and Fauna will be one of most best choice for vegan and most another foodie like me. This time I tried pumpkin n avocado on vegan bread. The pumpkin mixture was so good that I have ever tried before as I am not a big fan of pumpkin. But this time I totally finished it at all. I also ordered a coffee as daily routine. The long macchiato tasted really excellent!

Have heard about Flora & Fauna and seen many great pics from this place before. Finally decided go pop in for a coffee and a breakfast this morning. Absolutely beautiful on a sunny day like today. Mostly outdoor seating with a few stools inside. Love the cruising ambience. The coffee was ok..could be better...
but the food was so aesthetically presented with well combined tantalising flavours! It's a vegan cafe...so don't be surprised that you don't find Bacon and eggs on the menu ;)
Loved this little place !! I had smashed pumpkin & feta on sourdough with eggs on the side and my friend had the chia pudding with seasonal fruit. The presentation of all the dishes they serve is exceptional - picture perfect! Food is fresh and delicious- definitely will be returning soon😊

Such a cute little place with the prettiest food! Everything is covered in flowers and fresh fruit. I've tried the GF and vegan banana bread and it was delicious, as are the vegan treats from the cabinet (especially the choc chip peanut butter blondie, yum!). The food is a little pricey, and the service isn't overly friendly, but they always seem super busy so maybe that's why.

It's pretty good. Very healthy. You leave feeling very full after your smashed pumpkin with feta and scrambled eggs on the side. Love the pine nuts they add in as well. Best advice is not to go on a wet or very cold day. You're very much exposed to the elements. After reading the "this is how we started" bit at the back of the menu I was left a bit... Mixed. It tells you how the owners are very passionate about their food and coffee but... Left me feeling Like they are separate or even better than us locals. I doubt they meant to have it sound like that, but it was what I was left with, "separate". I think the line "you West Australians do love your brunch" or words to that affect. It's like they don't want to integrate or want to be one of us. Anyway... Food was lovely, extremely tasty. For those that put "healthy and bland" in the same category, you can split those two after you have been here. If you're a coffee snob, you might be disappointed. I'm not, but the wife is and she says the coffee was average. (It wouldn't have helped that it was delivered luke warm on a cold morning.) my hot chocolate was okay. Tasted great, just delivered luke warm as well. Would I go back. Sure... On a lovely spring morning. You have to feel for the little burger place next door though. Flora and Fauna was packed... People coming and going, eating and drinking. The place next door was dead. Not one person until we were leaving and we had been there an hour. That's gotta tell you that you need to change your menu hey. People are no longer looking for healthy alternatives.... They expect it. We are now looking for the occasional unhealthy alternative. The only person we saw sitting at the restaurant next door sat down with a friend, ordered a drink, and proceeded to unwrap her own sandwich. That's saying something hey.
People have asked me what my fave Perth cafe is…it’s a tough decision but I have to say Flora & Fauna takes the cake. The food not only looks like art but it tastes spectacular! The outdoor setting is perfect for a relaxing brunch in the sun and the owner is super friendly and personable, always going the extra mile to ensure you love your visit.
100% my fave brekkie spot!!! Never have a bad coffee or plate of food here! Menu is also super innovative and for a "healthy" foodie spot is so incredibly delicious 👌🏼

Tried the Cardamom and coconut chia bowl, it was topped with coyo (coconut yogurt), almonds and beautiful fresh fruits! The ginger was much more tangible than the cardamom in this dish, but it was pleasant and everything melded well together.
Bottom is the banana bread, with fresh fruits and PB! The banana bread was really dense and moist👍 best part of this café is that it's vegan/vegetarian! Also tried the walnut muffin which was sooo moist and banana-y.

this is an excellent place to drop in after a long night trip through the finenst Nortbridge drinking establishments. I do appreaciate a healthy snack anytime but this was beyong delicious. I recommend the banana bread - i ate like 6 of those. Very good

The pumpkin feta and Avo smash was AMAZING. I definitely recommend getting it.

One of my favourite healthy café’s. They honestly can do no wrong. The mac and cheese is soo tasty if you feel like some comfort food without feeling guilty after. The chia seed pudding is so refreshing and tasty. Their pumpkin smash and French toast isn’t bad either. Their vegan treats are soo delicious too.
The banana bread,(which was suprisingly gluten free, vegan and sugar free!) was so moist and when combined with nutella, a perfect combination😛 The seasonal fruits were also fresh and tasty🍒🍌And my plate looked like a pretty painting😊💗
I was delighted to stumble upon this little gem nestled into Northbridge. What a splendid treat the smashed pumpkin on sourdough is with eggs on the side, a very large feast just for one person. Also tried the rose water cupcake and the Gateau. There was a wait for the matcha latte but it was worth.
Been wanting to try this place for a while due to the hype on instagram. The food looks good however seems a bit pricey for what you get. The food was good though and quite filling. More friendly customer service would make this a better visit.
This is a great place snuck in a laneway in Northbridge. The simple but gorgeous set up has a great ambience, great coffee and awesome service. The only thing that had us leaving early was the music blasting from the place next door, killing the laneway vibe! It's fair to say Varsity Burgers I will never be seeing you!

Anyone who knows me well knows to avoid taking me to places which are focused on health or vegan food. I am happy this time that my sister decided to ignore that rule and take us to Flora and Fauna for breakfast.
We ordered the 'Green Tea Granola', 'Banana Bread', 'Tropical Coco Chia Bowl' and the 'Smashed Pumpkin with Pine Nuts and Avo'. When all the dishes arrived, they looked so vibrant with all the fruit and florals that adorned the plates and bowls. I usually find it a common occurrence in health/vegan stores for the food to look amazing, but seriously lacking in flavour. This was not the case. All the dishes were very tasty and so well thought out! I especially loved the chia bowl and banana bread.
We also ordered 'Organic Matcha Green Tea Lattes' and a 'Pear Punch' juice. Both of these were also well done. The matcha wasn't the strongest I've ever had, but there was a decent amount of matcha in it so there was a little bit of matcha graininess at the bottom (so yum).
The staff here are very friendly and were very accomodating when it started to rain. During our meal, one of the waitstaff came to us offering small samples of vegan brownies which were so amazing and tasty too.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Flora and Fauna. I'm already recommending this cafe to all my friends who will be heading to Perth in the coming months.

My bestfriend took me here yesterday for breakfast for my birthday and it was the best! The service was so friendly and all the staff wished me Happy Birthday and gave me a matcha cupcake! So sweet! The food was delicious!!! The earl grey cookie is outta this world!!! So so good! Not a bad a thing to say about this place to be honest. I love it so much that i came back today with my sister and she loved it too! Thank you Flora & Fauna!!! :)
Never disappoints. The food here is amazing! First time we came we had to wait about 40 minutes for our food but to be honest the staff were that lovely and the food was that good that it honestly did not matter. Perfect presentation and amazing taste. Would definitely recommend the chia pudding.
Great experience dining here. Staff are very friendly and willing to ensure you have a good meal. Food was delicious, had the burger. Was full for ages after because it was healthy!! Obviously the flowers on the dish pulled at my heartstrings. Also brought a piece of banana cake home which was delicious!!
what a little slice of heaven for health food enthusiasts. plenty of vegan & vegetarian options. plenty of fresh fruits & milk options. good to know that they made everything themselves, like the cake, banana bread, granola etc.; i had the matcha granola (sesame seeds, oats, puffed rice & almonds) with almond milk, wasnt overly sweet which was perfect. my partner got the banana bread which he said was moist & also not overly sweet. we also had plenty of fruits with our choices. service was pretty friendly & atmosphere was also quite nice with chilled music playing. (however no toilets to use except at The Game next door, which was closes)
This tiny little cafe was slightly hidden away, situated right next to Varsity burgers (on the same laneway). Heard so much about this place and finally get to try it out. There are not a lot of seating available for this cafe.
The chia pudding was so filling and delicious. The seasonal fruit that came together with it was so fresh and sweet. Both the banana bread and the smashed pumpkin were delish.
Absolutely love the food presentation, feel like there are too pretty to eat!! Overall, it is a lovely cafe with minimal choice selection on the menu. Food was as good as it look but slightly overpriced.
If it wasn't so hard to park I would eat here everyday. The girls are SO nice. The portions are huge and hearty and delightful! The chef makes me this dish that's an altered version of one of the menu items and its A-mazing. I ordered a piece of toast for my daughter and it came out with fresh fruit. I love it here.
Popped in for Saturday lunch. The majority of the menu felt like breakfast food so we opted for the tacos. The presentation was beautiful and the flavours were fantastic. There is very limited seating so we were lucky to get a spot straight away. I would head in for breakfast next time - feels more like that kind of place.
Found this place on here! It was a bit tricky to locate it as its tucked away neatly which meant it wasn't crowded!
The lay out is super creative! As the initial cafe is tiny, the tables are all outside, scattered randomly about the outdoor area.
There was a cool herb garden in the front which they used for their dishes! Quite unique!
The service was great, super friendly and happy staff and they got the drinks and food out quickly!
I had the chia pudding which although contained mainly easy to access fruits was superbly plated up! The fruit was really fresh and refreshing in the heat! The chia pudding and yoghurt went superbly with the fruit and I made sure there was nothing left (except the flowers) on the plate.
Great little find which despite a small menu and limited tables is a great summer brunch place, I can't wait to be back!
Great service and incredibly friendly staff. Our table started to get hit by the sun and the lovey girl walking around passing out samples of the vegan brownie (which was amazing may I add) had no hesitation in helping us move our table.
The presentation is gorgeous, and the food just the same. I had the banana bread, which was incredible and the coconut jam was lovely! First time I've been able to have banana bread in such a long time with my intolerances and it was definitely not a disappointment.
Highly recommend Flora and Fauna if you're looking for somewhere beautiful to enjoy a meal.
Flora and Fauna is an absolute delight. The food tastes every bit as good as it looks and the staff are sweet as the decor! The menu isn’t huge but there are options to suit most people’s tastes; be they vegan or omnivorous. My banana bread was lovely but the real highlight was the coconut jam… Incredible!
We went here for the first time this morning for breakfast. Dishes were quite unique and we had trouble deciding what to eat despite the small selection. We settled on the smashed pumpkin and the raw parfait and struggled to finish because the parfait was very filling. Both dishes had good flavours - the pumpkin feta avo tomato was a good combo, and the fruit chia choc pudding was sweet but not overwhelmingly so. Servings were larger than expected.
Service was very attentive and overall it was a good meal. Would be interested to try out the rest of the menu.

The parfait was in a 1L jar, looked huge and was super filling with chia seeds, choc cacao mousse, fruit salad, brownie bits and poached pear on top. a bit hard to eat but if you have a mouthful of everything quite tasty. Smashed pumpkin is new to the menu, GF bread with assorted addons like pine nuts, tomato, rocket, feta, avo. These 2 dishes are enough for 3, or even 4.
Drinks: drinks were ok, juice was juice, coffee was no Louve and a tad airy on the top.
ambience: was breezy outside with a hope to dodge the morning sun. However pretty relaxed atmosphere.
Service: service was great, people were nice. It's a small kitchen, so if it's busy it might take a while for the food and drinks. They offer us samples of their vegan cakes, were Delish and would eat another day. If you want tap water you'll have to let them know, no self serve.
Overall: nice cafe, would visit again
Went here with a big group of friends for a birthday. Tiny and gorgeous cafe tucked away, amazing food, great service. Despite having so many people, the food and drinks were served quickly. Beautiful and delicious, what more can you ask for?!
Cute outdoor seating. Banana bread was delish and beautifully presented but the stand out was my long black made with Micrology Barbershop blend. That Saturday barista really knows what he's doing. Price range is a little bit high but I would definitely go back
Visited with a couple of friends on Friday and absolutely adored everything about this cute little cafe! Location was nice and tucked away from traffic, and the food was lovely and oh so colourful! We plan to be back again!
Friendly staff at this vegetarian cafe. I personally thought there was too much cinnamon in my chia pudding. Looks beautiful and a lot of contrast with the various seasonal fruits. I actually don't think I'll come back though because of the high price points.

An absolutely beautiful breakfast spot with quite possibly the most gorgeous breakfast I've ever eaten! This tiny little café is not to be missed.
A small but wonderful menu, I chose the goji muesli with greek yogurt and fresh fruit. Not only did it look beautiful but it tasted incredible. The best muesli I've ever tasted! My husband had the smashed avocado on Turkish with scrambled eggs and it was wonderful. I've never tasted such a delicious version of this usually simple dish. He was reluctant to admit how much he enjoyed it being a big meat eater!!
Coffees are also fantastic and service was friendly and efficient. I absolutely loved this place and am so glad I came here to celebrate my birthday!
I've been here on two separate occasions and both times the service has been more than exceptional. The first time we visited it was only a half hour before closing but they were very kind and allowed us to order and dine in. The second time was for breakfast, I had the bruchetta and a matcha latte. Definitely recommend

Everything was a taste sensation & coffee just right. When they say 'small kitchen' they're not kidding yet all this tasty stuff comes out like from Aladdins Cave. Seating is in outside laneway & I was pleasantly surprised with cool playlist featuring ace tracks ranging from Zeppelin to Curtis Mayfield to The Clash. My ONLY complaint is dressing/sauce drizzled over food in zig-zag pattern, drives me bonkers but hey, we all have our little eccentricities.
I was so excited to try out this cafe for breakfast. Most of the seating is set out in the lane way which is pleasantly different. The service was great - I loved that the coffees came out with the food! I ordered the bruschetta and my boyfriend ordered the breakfast burrito. Unfortunately we were both quite underwhelmed by our dishes. My boyfriend didn't enjoy the combination of ingredients in his breakfast burrito and the sundried tomatoes just ruined the bruschetta dish because there were too many of them and they were very bitter. However, the quinoa bread used in the bruschetta dish was delicious, our coffees were great, and the dishes were beautifully presented. Despite our disappointment, I am keen to give this place another go.

I've been wanting to go to Flora and Fauna in Northbridge for ages after seeing many amazing pictures on Instagram. Being a slight skeptic, I was worried that my visit would disappoint my expectations of the tiny cafe, all these photos that popped up on my dashboard looked utterly photogenic, making me question in my head: will it taste as good as it looks?
It if wasn't for the horrible coffee the rating would be higher...the food is absolutely fabulous but the cappuccino I ordered tasted like Chinese herbal tea! It's definitely hot enough but it's so watery...and... Just off. Staff are very friendly and quick to respond to requests. Ahhh mixed feelings
Absolutely loved this place! There aren't many options on the menu, but everything is super tasty and so well presented. The avocado smash was divine! The dishes all have edible flowers which are a lovely touch! Service was a little bit and miss but but the staff very friendly.
There's a couple reasons why it's difficult to get a sitting in this place: 1. It is good vegetarian brunch place which is quite rare 2. The food is just aesthetically pleasing and people definitely won't miss a chance to put their food up their insta/blog 3. The place is small and there's not much sitting available (in fact the maximum sitting on their biggest table is 6 people - which is not too good for a big Asian group I am part of).Nonetheless, point 1 and 2 should give brighten your weekend. Check the photos and I am sure you will be mesmerised. The portion is also decent and filling. The taste on the other hand, is average. However, I am probably being somewhat bias as I am not a big fan of vegetarian food. The almond cake is delicious and worth to try.
We booked a table and also managed to escape their breakfast rush on a Thursday since we were the only ones there!
I didn't realise this place was vegetarian and I was a bit apprehensive since I usually like some meat in my meals but seriously, this place makes food that is so flavourful that I didn't mind there not being meat!
As everyone says, the food is super pretty. In my experience, the majority of pretty food does not taste that great. This place was different! Everything was also very fresh. In addition, the owner was happy to change my avo smash on turkish to avo smash on bagel free of charge.
It's safe to say that the whole experience, including the company I was with, brightened up my day.

Flora & Fauna was just as magical as I had hoped! This cafe is right up there on any food bloggers list. The food doesn't only look like art but it tastes fresh and flavorsome. The service is fantastic too. You can tell who the cafe owner is because she seemed genuinely excited to have us there. My friend and I booked a table for mid Friday morning, knowing the place usually books out. I had already planned what I was going to order...mmm banana bread! Not surprisingly it had jumped up in price :/ With the sudden popularity of the cafe I guess they can get away with charging more. Jumping from $9 to $11 and now $15 for some banana bread! $15 may sound ridiculous but for the portion size and accompanied fruit salad it still wasn't bad. To think it was all healthy too! :o (minus the deliciously sweet and sticky coconut jam hehe) It blew my mind! My friend who had the avo smash and summer juice loved hers too but she was pretty jelly of my dish. Coffee was nice but not incredible. You definitely want to have a visit and experience this unique spot on a sunny or overcast day. Pretty much all seating is outside (on colorful, girly tables decorated down to the finest detail.) I wouldn't mind paying another visit before summer kicks in to try one of their raw slices or a juice.

I didn't realise this was a vegan/veggie cafe and I am not a healthy food person but the bagel with avocado and tofu sun dried tomatoes was really tasty and the staff were great. Definitely worth a try . I'm a convert particularly as I usually think tofu is like eating an old mattress !!!would definitely go back

There are rare occasions where I wake up and feel like eating healthy. On one of those rare occasions, my mind immediately thought of Flora & Fauna. Photos of food from F&F have been popping up everywhere and everything looked so colourful and healthy! So, Mrs. M and I made a trip to F&F, and to top of my healthy stint, I walked there! Which turned out to have been a horrible idea as it started pouring halfway through the walk. Despite the weather, and F&F's very tiny cafe, we both still really enjoyed the food!
Beautiful looking food and tastes pretty good too! I had the French toast and my friend had the bruschetta (I didn't try it so can't comment). There was probably not enough egg in the French toast for my liking and the berry compote meant the bottom and top pieces were a little soggy but overall it was tasty and fresh. I don't like it when French toast is drowned in sweet things but luckily the fruit was quite tart. The outdoor setting is very cute and the sweet things in the cabinet look amazing so a trip back might be in order. If you're looking for meat, give it a miss!
I love this cozy small place! The food is awesome and great decorated, like an art. It's big portion and healthy with lots of fruits. Coffee is great as well. Definitely come back again!
Eating with colour at this "tiny yet mighty" popup vegan cafe. I was stunned from the decor to the super foods and mouth-watering drinks offered at this pretty little gem perfect for the weather nowadays. We had the herbed smashed avo on turkish bread ($15), gogi superfood museli ($17) and banana bread ($15) accompanied with cold pressed juices ($7.5) summer love, cherry and flower child. All dishes were presented so elegantly with colourful and FRESH fruit salad with edible flowers! It truly is something different and a colourful experience with the healthy side of eating. Huge servings, friendly service, reasonably priced. Would definitely come back! ❤️

Went with my coworkers and we ordered the chia protein bowl, the smashed avo on turkish and the Canadian French toast. I'm personally not a fan of vegan food but I honestly couldn't resist paying Flora & Fauna a visit after seeing so many lovely photos of the delightful and colourful plating. And we were not disappointed at all! Everything was presented fresh and arranged with care on the plate and it was very aesthetically pleasing. The food was quite interesting, portions are healthy and reflect the price reasonably. Portions of fruit were very generous. We all loved the herbed avocado, so refreshing and addicting - making you chase after your next bite. The service was wonderful, staff very friendly (with a good sense of humour) and considerate of us, occasionally checking in which we appreciated. On the downside, it did take a while for our food to arrive, but it's understandable considering the kitchen isn't large - and it takes time to create artwork, doesn't it? More than happy to make a return trip!
F&F was strongly recommended by fellow foodies Bake You Smile & Inexology hence why I was so keen to try >_< Their food looks so pretty on IG, colourful using edible flowers, fruits and different type of nuts. We shared their famous Canadian French Toast & Baked Apple Crumble. They were both tasty and got a lot of textures. For drinks we had Organic Matcha Latte & freshly pressed juice Immune Boost Elixir. Matcha Latte was okay. We enjoyed the juice more, it's got strong ginger hit, something different! Hubby had a good time, but the food weren't manly (meaty) enough for him, lol. I think F&F dishes are more suitable for women than men. I suppose I'll have to bring my sister or girlfriends instead next time.
So recently I came across perhaps the most amazing little cafe I ever did see. Flora & Fauna. Situated next door to Varsity Burgers in Northbridge this tiny little cafe (micro cafe the cool kids call it) is a slice of heaven and that can be said with absolutely no exaggeration. The inside of the cafe was all higgaldy piggaldy and really very cute. I loved how mismatched everything was. It looked like these guys had been to some pretty amazing swap meets!
The food was really good and A LOT hahaha I couldn't even finish it! The food decorated nicely and made up out of healthy ingredients. The customer service was really good and the atmosphere was nice
Honestly so delicious and the service was lovely. I had the smashed avocado on Turkish bread and my mother got offered to have a salad made for her because there was none of the quinoa bread left to go with the bruschetta. The juices are also fantastic and the little set up they have with the outdoor seats is so cute. The only problem I had was that at 1:30 they were out of most meals on the menu. Understandable for a small cafe though so I'm not complaining :) would definitely recommend. Love their connection with organic local foods and nature.

There are only four bench seats inside looking out onto the outdoor tables at this tiny cafe, so I think the best time to enjoy a meal here is on a sunny morning as we did today. It's an eclectic mix furnishings and one of the tiniest kitchens I've ever seen - that they manage to produce such pretty and tasty food in a space that small is a credit to whoever is wielding the chef's knife.
I'm surprised to see some reviews commenting on the prices - our meals today seemed like exceptionally good value. Toasted turkish bread topped with a lots of lemony avocado, strewn with petals and micro herbs was a very filling breakfast and seemed fairly priced at $15. The coffee was not to my liking but that's a minor niggle. The service was lovely. Seems like I might be spending a few more Sunday mornings here in the future.
The plate presentation of food is amazing. The service is good and friendly but they asked many time for clean the table in the end guess the reason is there are too many people waiting it.
And a bit pricy for out door seats.
This hip “hole in the wall” cafe currently stands as my favourite cafe in Perth and all for good reasons. Scrolling through their Instagram feed will brighten up even the gloomiest of days. Everything on the menu (including the menu itself) is prepared fresh daily. Make sure you get in early because this 18sqm micro cafe only has 6 tables and are all outdoors. If you are lucky enough (we got lucky) you can snag up a seat at their high top window seats inside the cafe. A great seat to people watch.
My boyfriend and I came here and had the French toast. It was quite nice and I loved all the fruit and nuts on the plate. The coffee was good. While I enjoyed my meal I'm not sure I'd returned, I found it slightly overpriced for what you got and it is a very small cafe with not many menu options.
Love this place !! If I'm being hypercritical it is a tad small and on the pricier side - but that wouldn't stop me going back ! I tried the bagel and it was a very generous serve - and full of beautifully sourced ingredients. I'm very keen to give the protein bowl a go next !
If you haven’t visited F&F yet you need to get down to the new Northbridge garden cafe ASAP! Beautiful food, lovely staff and the cutest out door seating area I’ve seen in a while. If you’re keen on visiting try and make a booking because anyone and everyone has been pulled in by F&F’s charm. The food is all vegan and vegetarian, made from the best quality local produce and is plated up beautifully with fresh flowers. My breakfast choice go to is the Breakfast Burrito (vegetarian of course) stuffed to the brim with organic refried beans, avocado, peppers and more. Whilst it sounds super healthy (and it is) you still feel satisfied and happy post meal. Oh yeah! The coffee is also top notch, and I’ll admit I went back for seconds. And if you’re more of a sweet tooth I’ve heard the Banana Bread is to die for.
I wanted a healthy cafe to have lunch at between meetings and found this place! I had the bruschetta and it was sensational. They staff were helpful and friendly and the only thing I'd say is that the menu is a bit small. I have already recommended this place and know I'll be back!

I finally visited Flora & Fauna with friend and fellow food adventurer, Jasmine. Tucked away on Aberdeen Street alongside Varsity Burgers in a quirky outdoor habitat, this stashed away treasure of mouth-watering goods showcased a satisfying mix of sweet and savoury choices. The menu in F&F changes a little every week, making it worthy of many revisits with friends.
Nice little gem! Ordered the chia pudding and it was amazing! Definitely going back until I've tried one of everything on the menu. Order coffees when you first get there though as they can take some time :)
Went here on a Thursday and there was only one other table of patrons at the time we arrived. I couldn't decide whether I wanted a varsity burger or to try f&f which I've never been to before. At the end my friend and I decided to give it a go and I'm very pleased we did! At first I wanted to try their noodle broth as it was quite a chilly day but they haven't got it and so I went for the bruschetta which I thought was quite pricey at $19 when it's theoretically tomatoes and bread. However, it wasn't just any bruschetta!! It was made with lots of care and love and it really shows. 10/10 for presentation and same goes for flavour. It also kept me full and happy for many hours after my meal.

Decided to check out this place after hearing my cousin raving about the French toast. It was presented beautifully, lots of fruit, almonds for the crunchy texture and maple syrup on the side so you could add exactly how much you wanted. The portion was satisfying and left me very full but not overly sick. Definitely worth a taste! The only downside is that the majority of the seats are outside so make sure you bring an extra jacket and go when the weather is sunny.
The best place in Perth for all the vegans of Perth!!! If your after fresh and beautiful food and a awesome coffee for good measure then I highly recommend getting here with plenty of time to spare and trying everything on this ever changing/ evolving cafes menu!! Love this place :)

We were trying to find a parking spot around Aberdeen Street and didn't know that this cute establishment was just next to the Wilson Car Park! So parking shouldn't be a problem to find.
I booked for a table for two and we were given the big table (yay!). I like how they decorate each table with a succulent plant on a ceramic plate.
We started with fresh strawberry sunrise juice and a glass of OJ.
The New York Bagel tasted so awesome. The Bagel was served with tofu steak! One Bagel was topped with home made hummus and capsicum and purple onion, while the other one was topped with sweet New York relish and fresh spinach. I ordered this with a side of extra scrambled eggs.
Another dish that we ordered was the heirloom bruschetta. This dish was served with varieties of tomatoes, that gives different gradations of colour (so pretty!) I'm excited about pretty things... Hahaha.
I ended the day with Harvey and Sons' Paris tea that smells so good. I think it has vanilla and rose in it (pretty sure........ Hehe). As well as a cup of coffee for takeaway.
At the end of the day, what's good food without good service. We found the service at this place was quite excellent. Staff were warm and friendly. They showed that they care about little things such as getting us a glass of water, remembering name and offering us to move to a shaded area. They made a good use of the lane-way area too. We will definitely go back to Flora & Fauna in the future.
There has never been a time when a pile of green mush looked more delicious. I sneaked a spoonful or two of the smashed avocado and my tastebuds swooned in delight - the avocado is slightly tangy and bursting with flavour from the lemon, basil and whatever other seasonings were added to give it that full flavour punch. On the other hand, it was a slight punch in my face that I didn't order this for myself!

Food was perfect- albiet it did take quite a while to come out. This was no surprise as it was quite busy and there were only 3 staff working. Presentation and service was brilliant. The three lovely workers there took the time to make sure everything at our table was going great and were polite and friendly despite obviously being under the pump.

I enjoyed the Apple and Elderflower juice which was refreshing, however could have used a bit more elderflower flavour to come through more.
All in all, very happy!
Literally the best breakfast I've ever had. The banana bread and Nutella combo was heavenly, and the lupin falafel to die for. This is where I become at a loss for words. Truly. It was breathtaking. My friend ordered the muesli with fruits. Sounds basic enough. In fact it sounds rather uninteresting. But could you be more wrong. I very much doubt it. Muesli didn't come out of the kitchen. A work of art did. A plate so beautiful that eating it almost felt wrong. I was gobsmacked. Best part is apparently it tasted bloody good too. So really a win win. This is a rare case where if per chance it had not tasted great I would have still commended the dish highly for its' visual effect. I had the tomato brushetta. This was an huge plate of toast with tomatoes many different ways. Absolutely superb. You could add feta but I opted not to as the idea of the simple taste of tomato appealed to me. I am glad I chose it like this because I could really taste the varied ways the tomato was prepared. Semi sundried, roasted and fresh. An journey of taste. I am not going to go on and on because sometimes less is more and I have already been very vocal about how much I love this joint. Just go there. Seriously. Just go. I heard the french toast is epic and just the coffee cups are a joy to behold so seriously whatever you get large or small you will walk away with a smile. I can guarantee it. ten out of ten. out of ten. out of ten.

Imagine sitting under blue skies, cool breeze and sunny days, sipping on coffee or tea and indulging on a beautiful plate of food comfortably. Sounds good? It sure does.
Situated in a small laneway just along Aberdeen Street, is Flora and Fauna. At 18sq m and six tables, this cute little micro cafe is unique for its outdoor seating area. It’s also great to see that this laneway shop space is getting some love as it had been empty for four years. There’s also a mini herb garden and you can also find flowers, tea and cards for sale in the cafe. The inspiration to visit Flora and Fauna with my family comes from reading Flora and Fauna’s appearance in an article from the Sunday Times Magazine by The Sunday Times Newspaper. And so, I set out on a beautiful, cool day to have my brunch with my family under the bright blue sky.

Newa favourite place!. Found this on urbanspoon and after reading the reviews I went with 2 friends and checked it out for lunch. A small hole in the wall place, but with fresh colourful and quaint decorations, this place with the most friendly staff is my new favourite brunch place! What I love is that they offer so many gluten free and vegan options that I actually ordered a dish without having to substitute anything! ( I am allergic to both wheat and dairy). The dishes were plentiful, beautifully presented and so tasty I wanted to keep eating more! Check out their desserts too, it changes all the time so you get a variety. The chai truffle cake was soooo yummy! Definitely recommend it to all!
Lovely little place that deserves more attention. I only discovered this place because of having Varsity Burgers next door, since it's quite out of the way tucked up next to the old Deen, but I'm glad I did: it's definitely my favourite cafe in Northbridge now. Lovely service, great coffee, delicious cake, one I'd definitely recommend.
Hidden gem in a Northbridge alleyway. This place is fantastic for delicious vegan and vegetarian cuisine that even non-veg people will love. Really chill ambiance and the menu changes from day to day. I'll definitely be back for more. Tried the banana bread, brownies and burrito - awesome! The owners are lovely too - keep up the great work Allie and Abel!
Top notch. This is such a cute cafe with an insanely lovely vibe. Very cute decor, value-for-money menu with top quality food, and the customer service is beyond incredible. The people serving my friends and I were more than friendly and very approachable, and definitely made me want to come back. Customer service is everything. If you want a place where you can sit in a cute little laneway eating delicious food and feeling gleeful, this is the go.
A Beautiful, Friendly Place.. A wonderful place to spend a morning or afternoon. The two staff I've seen the two times I visited the cafe are literally the most lovely people imaginable. The setup of the cafe is mesmerising, such as the flowers, selection of arts, craft and tea leaves available for purchase. Even more importantly, the food is delicious and gorgeously decorated uniquely in line with the floral theme.
All in all, as a veteran cafe explorer in the Perth region, this place is the most unique and fresh cafe establishment in North-bridge, and arguably all of Perth.

I have been wanting to visit here for awhile now and finally had the chance on Saturday.
It is small and I wasn't expecting much of a menu but to my surprise they had a small selection of brunch items on their Saturday menu - they all sound delicious, along with fresh pressed juices, delicious Micrology Coffee, Harney & Sons Tea and sweet/savoury delights - vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free friendly.
Oh and there's fresh flowers available .. it is in the name after all!
With the most gorgeous staff, amazing food/coffee and a cute setting, why wouldn't you want to check out Flora & Fauna?! I am looking forward to my next visit :)

One of my new favourite cafés - a hidden gem. Great coffee and the chocolate truffle (four layers of chocolate) is complete heaven. Worth every calorie. But the best aspect of this café is the service - I visited 5 minutes before closing time and was greeted with big smiles, lovely conversation and fast service. Love it!
Tasty treat. Walked by this little shop and was caught by the music. Decided is give it a try and was was not disappointed. Ended up grabbing a long black, some fresh juice (passion fruit and something) , and an espresso brownie truffle. It was all great, but that truffle blew me away.

Straight to the Top of the Class!. Working in Northbridge there are plenty of places for bites and beverages, but a student of mine insisted I try out this new little place, and I'm VERY glad I did. Whether your into Vegan or vegetarian food or not, ended up being irrelevant for me as from the food I had was really amazing. The coffee was also on par with the best I've had around town and would rate in my top 5 in Perth so far. Also the staff were relaxed and very friendly too which goes a long way in my book. It is however quite small and seems very new, and with that brings a few limitations such as menu size and availability, but to be expected with more "petite" like venues . Will definitely be back and would recommend paying it a visit if you in the hood, peckish or thirsty. A+
A gorgeous hole in the wall cafe on Aberdeen Street in Northbridge, serving coffee, juices, tea, delicious vegetarian lunch options and take away desserts. There is also a cute selection of flowers out the front and inside you can buy cards, candles and tea. I almost don't want to write this blog post as I want it to remain a little secret, but it's too beautiful not to share.
A little vegan food cafe with gluten free options, outdoor seating serving vibrant meals, and good coffee with plenty of dairy alternatives. We just had coffee of which the coffee blend used is less acidic giving a less sweet and a little more bitter blend which I quite enjoy.
Service is ok, and the lady who brought out the coffees had a very friendly attitude.
Sensational! Stopped in for breakfast with my granddaughter. Loved it. Possibly the healthiest and definitely tastiest breakfast I have ever had. Beautiful presentation. Wonderful way to start a great day. Thankyou.
Oh my goodness this place!!! A vegans dream 😍 Without a doubt the yummiest brunch I have had in a long time. I had the magic mushroom bagel and it was a taste sensation. Be sure to stop here!!
Came here for a small farewell lunch..it was a rainy day and the workers were so accommodating by setting up tables in a separate room.
We got the Banana Bread, Apple Crumble and Chicken Thai Salad (I think that's what is was)..Food was super delicious!! Presentation is on point👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 could not fault!! We will be visiting a lot more in Spring and Summer time. Def worth a try if you haven't been! 🤗
