I went for a drink at the roof bar which has a great view and great service. Also had dinner at Santini restaurant and enjoy my steak. Good customer service and great food. Loves the decor and felt in Melbourne. I recommend it to go and eat there.

Beautiful! Great space, lighting, decor, and ambiance. Stylish but welcoming. Fine dining but also comfortable, with friendly staff who will have a laugh with you. Generous, interesting bread bowl, delicious wines (with their own wine station), and attentive service. The truffle Mac n cheese is a must. Highly recommended, would go again.
I will describe this Italian fine dining restaurant as a beautiful place with delicious food & spot on services. The food menu is also interesting and different to other restaurants. Whilst the menu called pasta & pizza medium size, they are still big enough if you are planning to order bread/tapa or dessert. Bread are good but it would improve if served hot (ie. Serve on top of hot stones). The risotto is perfectly cooked and match well with calamari, roe, & lemon/salad (I would suggest to use larger size roe instead to its appearance). Rib Eye is cooked very well (crispy outside and juicy inside). Clams pizza is also great but can be better if clams and pancetta are spread over more evenly. I can't give 5 stars as I still want to see some improvement, but if this app allow half a point, I would definitely give 4.5.

Met for a work lunch and had an isolated table of three so unlike others no space issues. Place is well presented and nicely fitted out in stark contrast to the surrounding area. Best to get Uber to the door. Once inside the hotel the restaurant is secreted away upstairs away from the street noise and dereliction. We were greeted warmly and our service was faultless. The menu has plenty of options from something light to the substantial. We ordered the rib eyes and they were cooked to perfection, rare and medium rare. In fact after finishing I realised I’d left my steak knife untouched. Coffee was also excellent. Only gripes being $54 ribeye came with chips and nothing else so you probably need to add a $15 to $20 side. Maybe not uncommon but a practice I dislike. Second gripe was a simple request to replace a yellow pepper in the pork chop dish with anything else due to an allergy was politely refused by our waitress on behalf of the kitchen. I’m unsure of the reason why. Perhaps the pork chops were covered in yellow peppers already? I want to rate it 3 for what could be perceived as the chef’s arrogance but I’d be making assumptions. Would I go back? Maybe not as in my book sometimes you go out of your way to make your customers happy and I really wanted that black pig pork chop!
It’s not often a restaurant surprises you these days but that was the case when we ventured to Santini Bar and Grill. Our experience also reminded me that it’s the little things that make all the difference. Located upstairs at the new QT Perth hotel we knew the decor would be interesting. We weren’t disappointed. The minute you walk in you feel special in the unique space. While I don’t usually like bench seating this layout works. The tables are far enough away not to feel claustrophobic, nor hear your neighbours conversation. The inclusion of a real single candle, that silently slipped away throughout the night, was a lovely and well received touch.
Good hotels don't usually have great restaurants, but QT bucks that trend! Highlights were the clam pizza and wood grilled beef with an excellent selection of sides. Tiramisu for dessert was so boozy there was no way I could drive home! All-up, I can't wait to return and eat at the sexiest restaurant in WA!!
One of the best hotel and also resto in Perth. Located in CBD so it easy to find the hotel. Which also can be reach by free public transportation. Staff are friendly and warm.
Took my parents out for dinner. Steaks were amazing!!! And salad was very refreshing.
However, understandable that it’s still new restaurant, so hopefully ‘service’ could be more alert next time

This place has all the markings of a schmicko restaurant, artistically designed and decorated interiors, flamboyant uniforms, open kitchen and the potential to let you down with the food and service. But it doesn’t!
I cannot rate the staff higher; they were attentive, informative and on the ball. We had a very unique situation unfold which we casually mentioned to our waitress. Within minutes the floor manager was advising us that alternative plans had been made for us. Plans very much out of the ordinary but arranged and offered (and gratefully accepted) all discretely and professionally.
And the food was sensational. Berkshire pork chop and sirloin steak cooked to perfection, silky smooth pasta, definitely try the scallops and the pea salad.
To be picky, our round table was a tad too big for the five of us, made conversation difficult. Perfect for a larger party of 7. However plenty of other tables more suited that we will request next time but were understandably already occupied on the night we visited.
Already looking forward to our return visit.
